Immediately water started pouring out of the wall where the drain connects. Then, I woke up this morning to a shower filled with standing water. It was like pulling teeth to get them to even answer my calls today and when I finally got ahold of someone, they said they won't even stand behind their work. I literally went to their location and the lady on site completely gave me the run around and drove off in her truck. Then I got ahold of the plumber there again FINALLY, and he promised to give me a call back. Well that was several hours ago and still no call back. It doesn't even matter though considering he told me he would have to charge me the same amount all over again. The plumber that showed up yesterday just seemed rude on top of everything. What a f-ing nightmare! This company is just completely unprofessional in every aspect and I wouldn't give them another dime if they were the last plumbing company on earth. Oh yeah, they also claim to be 24/7 but ignore their customers on weekends. Dirty rotten company that takes advantage of people in tight situations!

The water heater was under warranty so I was just looking for someone to install it. Not only they installed the water heater, they also accompanied me to haul the water heater from Home Depot and installed it the same day. He also did stuff that the previous installer did not do like sealing some tubes, etc. They gave me the best price among all those who replied. The next time I hired them was because of the clogged kitchen sink. Unlike others, they did not stop until they resolved the issue to the point that they had to cancel their other appointments on that day. They had to dig and replace a very old sewer tube. They did this step by step. The best thing is that with all the efforts and time they did, they reasonably charged for their work. In all their dealings with me, they have always been professional and on time. These are really nice, honest, and helpful people. Just today, I recommended them to a friend.
