No pressure and we got to choose how much of the work we wanted to have done. The workers were very professional and did an absolutely beautiful job. Last Summer we had a pool put in and the condition of our yard was greatly impacted. Piles of dirt…read moreand small ruts were surrounding the entire pool area. We knew the backyard needed a major overhaul. After seeing so many pictures of Rainmaker's work on Facebook, we thought we would give them a call and we are so happy we did! First, we were greeted by friendly staff at the office and quickly scheduled our appointment. Soon after, Brian was out to survey our yard and give us suggestions on what he thought would look nice. After a few exchanges of ideas, we found a perfect design for our backyard. Fast forward to last week the John and the Rainmaker crew started sculpting our backyard. By the end of the first day our ground was level and graded to perfection. Within a short period of time the backyard really came together. We had irrigation put in, established an area for a fire pit, planted privacy shrubs, sod laid and stones surrounding our shed and pool equipment. From start to finish the Rainmaker team made our backyard paradise a reality. They really took pride in their work and listened to any concerns we had. The entire Rainmaker team was courteous, accommodating, and diligent in their craft. We could not be happier with the entire process and results! We highly recommend Rainmaker for your landscaping needs!

None of the workers care at all. The amount of time you have to wait to get help is insane. It's almost like they didn't want to do any business or make any sales they made it impossible. The girl at the counter walked back over to check there was no price and said she had to ask their contractor. The contractor told her they were $25 each. She then proceeded to not be able to find them in the system and all she could find were 3 inch ones for $33.99. Those were more expensive since they were thicker than what we were getting. She said she couldn't override the price in the system, even though the contractor just told her it was $25 each. We needed the pavers so ended up paying the $33.99 which amounted to an extra $45 after taxes. I am not at all happy with the service we received and will not be going back.
