Everyone has different perspectives and I would never want to hurt a business based on my feelings or praise a businesses for operating appropriately because that's what they are expected to do, that's the service we pay for. Business owners should take pride in their work and the services provided. I'll let their work speak for itself (see pictures). They are a nice family but nice doesn't get the job done and I can't do anything with apologies every week especially while they have my riding tracker in exchange for their services. I did that for them so they could help the community. There is a constant lack of; communication, consideration, scheduling, and the quality of service is highly neglected. As a last attempt, I was promised they would be here this morning (Monday 7/14) to make it right. It's 12 PM while composing this msg. The last grass cutting was on 6/20, the last communication was on 7/11. I tried giving one last chance before writing this review but I am done waiting and will no longer recommend them due to everything transpiring. It should not be this difficult especially for service already agreed upon and paid for.

The foreman was very pleasant during the initial visit to sell the services but had an attitude when I felt some more tree trimming was required on one of the trees. They then cut back a huge tree on my neighbors property which seriously encroached over the fence onto mine. They were able to access the tree without going on the neighbors property, even though I had the neighbors permission to do so. They did a beautiful job of taking off the offending limbs on my side without destroying the shape of the tree. While they were here on the second job, I mentioned that I felt that my front yard tree could have used a little more removal of the chipping. They promptly went out front and did so. Unlike many in the business, they throw down big mats on your lawn, so their tracked equipment doesn't chew up your grass. They seem to have a unique four-legged pruning platform that travels on treads and can fit in the narrowest of openings --- "I just need three feet [of width]!" their foreman told me --- and it can rise 100'. This equipment leaves an even smaller footprint on your property, unlike a heavy boom truck. Their people are considerate of shaping your trees when pruning, not just hacking. I also had them take out trees and grind the stumps, all done very nicely. Cleanup was commendable. And from the front office to the crews, they are courteous.
