Although we had estimates from several companies, we had a good feeling about them based on several factors: Professionalism, responsiveness, design ideas, willing to work on options to fit within our budget and their education and experience in the field. Creative Pavers would have started the project by date promised but we were held up by our township permits. There were a few small details that came up during construction that I was ok with, but they went beyond expected to make changes and exceeded my expectations. All I had to do was gently mention something and the foreman reported back to the owners and they made changes immediately. Team was always here early and worked a full day even through questionable weather. The word "Creative" in their name is not there by accident! We were very happy with the process and the completed project. Project: Rebuilt deck with Trex, Paver Patio and Firepit... all done by one contractor although I dont like to use the word contractor because it doesnt really describe this professional design/build company. For a number of reasons I was never happy with the enclosure. I was sure that there must be a better way to enclose a pool, but short of converting it to an indoor pool, I was clueless. None of the local pool companies was of any help, but fortunately I found Pool & Spa enclosures on the web. As others have written, John and Alex are absolutely great to work with. Their enclosures are everything they say they are. The engineering and quality of construction are outstanding, as is the performance of the enclosure. Today, April 21, the outside air temp is 78. Inside the enclosure the air temp is 97, and the water temp is 83. Even though my pool is unheated, I have been swimming in 80 degree water since late March. Previously with the screened enclosure my pool never hit 80 until May. Ditching the screened room and replacing it with a sliding pool enclosure was a great decision. The new enclosure has exceeded my expectations in every way. Great product from a great company!
