Tony replaced them and one of the NEW ones died. I had Tony come out to look at the tree and he didn't know what the issue was with it dying. I did a soil test and everything was fine. When I questioned what our options were, he said he could replace it again, BUT the warranty expired. I asked if the warranty expired on the NEW tree that died and have never received a response back. I find it very sad that when you invest in a company to do a job and you pay immediately - you would think you have formed a good working relationship, but obviously I was wrong. I am done chasing people who won't live up to their commitments and frankly, I will find someone else to help... it's all very sad and disappointing...

Throughout the years he's the only contractor that has consistently been available when problems arise. Having built a new house and experienced many changes throughout the years, the one consistency that we had was Crawford irrigation. I could not recommend beau and crawford irrigation more. I interviewed several of the other irrigation companies in the area not only were their prices exorbitantly high but they made promises that a lot of my neighbors have since told me they did not deliver on. As a matter fact, I recommended them to many of my friends and they too have had much success.

We called American Leak Detection and were given a date to have someone come to our farm and find…read morean underground leak. We needed someone, quickly as we have a poultry farm and we were to get a new flock in four days. The bill is from MLH LEAK SERVICES, INC 717-627-4767 PA. That is who came. He said that he was showing a leak at a place and marked it for the plumbing company that was coming the next day to fix it. His mark was 216 feet away from the actual leak, and it was only 2 1/2 feet deep at a T-joint, a spot he had crossed over and checked. It cost us $650, due immediately, and the spot was that wrong? We received a followup text asking if we were satisfied, which we responded as a no. We never received any other calls. If the plumbing company had been as incompetent as MLH LEAK SERVICES, INC., we would have had a huge loss of income. No, we would definitely not recommend them. They didn't find the leak, and they kept the entire fee, with no followup as to why we weren't satisfied. If we need that kind of service again in the future, we'll be trying someone else.

I called these folks regarding a 1.75" per day pool leak problem and was told that they use a…read morehelium based technology that would find the problem(s). When they arrived they did a pressure test of the plumbing, which was fine. They then proceeded to jump in the pool and swim around with food coloring visually looking for leaks. I expressed concern three times and explained that I was told that a technology solution would be used. The technicians, who in fairness were really nice guys, said that the helium technology was not effective and that the manual/visual method would find the problems. They did find about a dozen holes and patched them. Over the next few weeks I noticed that I was still losing about .75" per day. I emailed American Leak Detection to see if they warranty their work. Their email response was that they checked the pluming, patched 10-12 holes and told me to buy a new liner ($4,000). The technician actually told me that I was good to go for the season but would need a new liner (probably next year). In summary, $400 spent for these folks to find a bit more than half of my problem. A very disappointing and expensive contractor solution on my part. I will now have to find someone who can do the same work and hopefully find all of the holes. I have heard that there are very capable companies with solid detection equipment. I guess I just need to be more careful next time in confirming (up front) exactly what I am paying for.
