They communicated clearly, were upfront about pricing, and took the time to explain what was going on so we always knew what to expect. More than anything, they genuinely seemed to care about us as people, which means a lot when you're dealing with a repair that big. It's been three months now and the Durango is running great with no issues at all. Really grateful for Josh and his team and would absolutely recommend Speeler Automotive.

I've been a car mechanic for over 40 years - specializing in engine rebuilds. When I can't do the…read morework myself I take it to Adam at O'Keanes. The ONLY repairs he does are those that are needed. Trust is a hard thing to find and keep these days but I know through and through if Adam says its needed - then it's needed. Case in point. I had my 78 Corvette in for an oil change since it needed it and I'd be out of town for a month so I couldn't do it. What I didn't expect is that the oil person noticed a very few ever so slight and small silver specks when draining the oil. (No other place would have noticed I tell ya.) Come to find out I was losing a piston skirt on the #7 cylinder of the engine. I had to do the engine rebuild to fix it but that paying attention, to even the most mundane of tasks, was the difference in an easy rebuild of a couple grand or whole engine replacement from catastrophic failure totaling about over eight. No doubt there are good shops out there but I don't believe there is a better one than O'Keanes.

I knew damn well I didn't need rotors and after coming here I was made aware I didn't really need pads either and that the squeak in my braking was a little defect in the rotor that might have been caused by dust. So they squared me away with the simple tire rotation. As an individual that can't afford thousands of dollars in repairs unless it's absolutely needed I really appreciated the honesty. There hometown auto now and there under new management but the place was awesome and I'd definitely recommend it from my experience.
