The ONLY repairs he does are those that are needed. Trust is a hard thing to find and keep these days but I know through and through if Adam says its needed - then it's needed. Case in point. I had my 78 Corvette in for an oil change since it needed it and I'd be out of town for a month so I couldn't do it. What I didn't expect is that the oil person noticed a very few ever so slight and small silver specks when draining the oil. (No other place would have noticed I tell ya.) Come to find out I was losing a piston skirt on the #7 cylinder of the engine. I had to do the engine rebuild to fix it but that paying attention, to even the most mundane of tasks, was the difference in an easy rebuild of a couple grand or whole engine replacement from catastrophic failure totaling about over eight. No doubt there are good shops out there but I don't believe there is a better one than O'Keanes.

I knew damn well I didn't need rotors and after coming here I was made aware I didn't really need pads either and that the squeak in my braking was a little defect in the rotor that might have been caused by dust. So they squared me away with the simple tire rotation. As an individual that can't afford thousands of dollars in repairs unless it's absolutely needed I really appreciated the honesty. I called Legacy on a Thursday afternoon, and they let me know they could take a look at it the following Monday. I was grateful to get an appointment so quickly and decided to schedule an oil change as well since it was about time for one. After scheduling, I received a text confirmation and then a reminder the day before my appointment, which I really appreciated. On Monday morning, I arrived around 8:00 a.m. when they opened to check in and drop off my car. I was greeted right away, and the check-in process was quick and easy. They already had all of my vehicle concerns in the system, so they simply confirmed the details with me. Since it was my first time at this location, they also suggested a full vehicle inspection, which I knew would be helpful. Later that day, I received a text with a link to a detailed vehicle report. It clearly outlined what needed immediate attention (the driver's side window) and identified a few other items to keep an eye on. I really liked how the report included photos and easy-to-understand explanations. I called to review the costs of the window repair and oil change and also asked whether there were any other priority issues. The employee I spoke with was honest and straightforward, explaining that the other items could be addressed during a future visit if needed. A few hours later, I received a call letting me know my car was ready for pickup. Unfortunately, I was still at work and wouldn't be able to make it before closing.
