They are also very accommodating at getting my prescriptions if my doctors office sent it to a different pharmacy and they always get everything filled very fast. I moved a bit further from this pharmacy and started going to a different CVS and didn't like the staff nearly as much so I now go out of my way to stop by this one! As an added bonus, the store is always well stocked with basic necessities, which is very convenient.

I go there tonight to pick up a prescription that was due on the 4th and they tell me that I didn't call it in- I'm sorry, what? Come back at 2:45 pm today- still not ready. Come back at 5:05? It's closed. I said wait can't you see if they're still here? As a school personnel we do that. I get businesses have hours. But when we went inside and asked about it I was treated horribly by the two workers there after I explained my situation. The one person was about 20 year old woman dark hair dark tan skin. Called me a karen because I said I wish I would have had a notification about the time when I called earlier. My daughter was upset and cried. I strongly dislike this cvs and hope it closes.

She has helped me on several occasions, and always goes the extra mile to help customers. Walgreens has a reward program, with reward points that accumulate, can be used as a discount off of future purchases. It's a great deal!

I went in to pick up some cards my wife ordered and some diaper cream for our 2 year old. Wife…read morereceived email saying the cards were ready so I go. When I get there, there's no one to be found at the photo counter, after finding someone they hand me the box and barely get out the words "you can check out up front"before walking away. I go to get the diaper cream and there is a layer of filth on the shelves... and this place sells food. A whole layer of grimy dust and mystery stains with baby products sitting right on top of it. I changed my mind about the diaper cream and went up front to pay for the cards. I get home, wife looks at cards and they're awful quality. Cards are bent and have black smudges like someone with ink on their hands packaged them. Needless to say we will not be returning for our photo or healthcare needs, unless as a last resort. The standards at this walgreens seem to have fallen drastically, from customer service to the quality of products and even down to cleanliness.

I came in to pick up the prescription for my wife who had arthroscopic surgery on her leg earlier in the morning. I needed to pick up aspirin for her to relieve possibility of blood clots and a a pain killer prescription. I spend abut 10 minutes looking at the wide variety of aspirins. I went to the counter and asked him and he told me I should select a low dose and something else which I cannot recall at the moment. He also told me the aspirins are included in the prescriptions and explained to me the dossages and frequency of the pain killer and the aspirins. I was very nervous coming from the my wife's surgery and he took time to explain the prescritions and dosages. Thank you so very much. This is why we have been using Walgreens since I was a kid growing up in Chicago, the employees care about their customers.

She is ALWAYS smiling and so incredibly personable. She brightens my mood when I'm lucky enough to shop at this location when she's working. The world needs more people like her! Said my insurance wouldn't cover the drug prescribed for an upcoming procedure. Yet they covered it previously. She called in the pharmacist who was equally belligerent and said he'd transfer the prescription to another pharmacy after I complained that it should be covered. After talking with my insurance company they confirmed it was covered and noted that Walgreens erred in their processing. This has happened before. Terrible experience. One funny thing. When my insurance company clarified that the drug was covered, and it was Walgreens laziness to process it correctly, my insurance representative said that the pharmacist suggested I use the drive thru. I inquired why and my representative said the pharmacist told her I was very upset when I left. Hell yea! So, did I use the drive thru, hell no! I wanted to see their sorry ass faces squirm. They never apologized and acted like their mistake never happened.

But she was maybe 19/20 years old and was the most energetic happy helpful person working at a drug store. I had a question on how many items you had to buy to get the red first aid kit free and she was so happyh go lucky to answer my questions. In april I cut my finger at the deli I worked at and I swear this place was my home away from home. I went there for gauze pads, saline spray, finger tubing, tape. I just about bought them all out. I had someone explain to me the difference of cloth and paper tape and when it was evident I didn't understand the associate even opend the packacges for me so I could finallyh get what she was saying. I feel bad that she tried ten different ways and was prolly thinking this person is an idiot. She however was still polite to me. If I need a drink or Im buying diapers for my friends baby I always find what I need. I love that they sell East hs apperal even tho I don't go there anymore it still makes it feel like a community connection. I don't know of a time when I was displeased there. They have all I need and if not I make do with what they have.

Ordered medicine I was told would be delivered within a couple hours…read more Next day 2pm and still no delivery. Since I had a doctors appointment nearby, I decided to go and pick them up myself. The pharmacy tech gave me attitude because they're ready to be picked up by a courier! I said "Yes. That was the plan but NO ONE has delivered them! They were supposed to be delivered last night. Can I just pick them up myself now?" She was upset she had to cancel the delivery order. Made me feel like it was MY FAULT that they didn't deliver it?!? What is going on? How about you deliver things when you say they will be delivered and I won't have to go do their job? Everyone there is ALWAYS MAD AND GRUMPY! Does anyone know how to smile anymore? The assistant deli manager can be a little grumpy but if u really get to know her she's amazing. I'm sure she's busy but a nice hello would be nice. When I turned 21 I went there and the bakery let my write on my pie. Actualluy my friend wrote it for me. Then I jumped in the basket of the cart and she pushed me around. We went to word floral and while the old manager Teresea is gone the new one is young spunky and so sweet. I shop there all the time. I went here the other day because they were running a 50% off Milani lipsticks deal (seriously, I stocked the hell up, these lipsticks are amazing) and I was looking at the display, wondering if I should just buy every single color, and I was stopped by a nice lady who asked if I needed any help. I didn't really, but I wanted to see if they had anything else in the back and she said no. Then she said they didn't have any of Milani's new liquid lipsticks, which was my next question, so clearly this woman was able to read my mind. I was all set with my selections so she led me up to the registers and we talked about makeup for a while. It's always nice to meet someone who shares the same passion that I do for cosmetics. She also went out of her way to try to get me a coupon to save even MORE money (as if 50% off wasn't enough). Just an all-around great experience. This CVS will continue to get my business.
