He had already tried that and it was worse than our couch recliner. She suggested that renting a powerlift chair might be helpful. It was on the pricier side, but the only other idea she had. Well, we thought about over lunch and just decided to just purchase a chair. Terri showed us the options and let us just try out the chairs on our own time. We never felt rushed. It was obviously more than we originally thought of doing, but we are sure we won't regret it in the future. The only thing that didn't make us happy, and why this isn't four stars, was the price tag. We picked the chair we liked best & thought the price was what was on the tag. There were options below the big price, like heat & massage, which were things that could be added to the base. Oh, but the material that the chair used was on that list (which we didn't realize because it was not a common name). It was not in the large number on the price tag and added $900 to the price. We didn't know this until we were checking out. We do not blame Terri for this, but the company that thought this was a good idea. The tag should have had the final price, before taxes & delivery not the base price if you could buy it off of the floor like we did.

His name is Abdalla (apologizes if this is not spelled correctly) but he was so kind, polite, and so incredibly helpful in every way. I have several chronic illnesses and have spoken to probably over 70 different pharmacy technicians over the years and he has the most composure, best customer service attitude, and the kindest voice of anyone I've ever spoken to. He was incredibly helpful in aiding me in getting my medication filled and I cannot express how truly grateful I am for his help. I know the job isn't easy, as I've worked retail and fast food. People can be unkind on both ends, however Abdalla doesn't seem to he one of those people. Thank you for making this easier for me, and for making my day better in a time where I am in pain. I wish you the best success in life, and I hope there is a promotion or a raise for this man at some point in the near future. He deserves it 110%.

The store has large selection medical supplies ( cushions, compression stockings). They also have bandages, vitamins, and other over the counter medicine. This store is average sized; however it has small section for everything. It's organized and clean. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The store also carries its own generic brand and brand name. The store opens 7 days per week. Monday to Friday: 9 am to 8pm Saturday & Sunday: 9 am to 4 pm. I definitely recommend if someone is looking for medical supplies.

My dad has been buying medicine from this store for a very long time and says the prices on…read moremedicine are really great so when he asked me to buy him some crutches after an ancle sprain, he insisted that I go to THIS store. I WAS able to find crutches here AND a wrap for his ancle but what I didn't realize was that I had to check the height of the crutches... so I ended up buying crutches that were too tall for my dad. I called the shop right away and talk to the what I assume is the pharmacist. He was also the guy who helped me check out so he remembered that I was there earlier. I was afraid he was going to tell me that there was nothing he could do, as the girl who pointed out the crutches to me did mention that they were non returnable... but he was so REASONABLE and even though he didn't have the height that I needed, he ordered the right height and had them ready first thing in the morning the following day!! He let me do an even exchange... and he made what I thought was going to be dreadful non returnable experience.. a simple pleasant exchange. I felt the need to write this long review about my experience with this pharmacist because people like him are hard to find. In a world we're people tend to be... lazy and would rather brush you off with "there's nothing I can do" and "we're out of stock, sorry".... finding someone like him in today's world is always an amazing experience and a breath of fresh air. I had just filled another prescription two weeks early at Walgreens pharmacy with no issues. She had me wait a very long time while she called my insurance company. Sure enough, they made a clerical mistake and had his member ID incorrect. Absolutely no apology or explanation. Also every time I fill a prescription at Hampshire Pharmacy it is more than double when I fill it at Walgreens with the same insurance of course. Very rude technician and pharmacist.
