I've had several instances where they ring you up incorrectly or when you ask a question, and they respond rudely. You are better off driving to the speedway. I purchased three packs of cigarettes and was given two correct boxes and one incorrect box, and the owner said he wouldn't t exchange them. After a bit of back and forth, he finally conceded to the exchange. I had just purchased them moments prior and noticed that one of the boxes was not the right brand. I've been a pretty loyal customer as this is close to home, and it has a Dunkin. Another time I purchased the .89 pop or whatever cost it is that comes with a free refill when you buy that cup. Well, the first time we went to get a refill, I felt the cashier eyeing my son. The 2nd time I purchased a cup, and we went to get a refill, the owner stopped me and said no refilled. I said to him the sign says that if you purchase the big cup you get a refill. He refused, so the next time we went in i noticed he removed the sign. The final straw was today. I asked if the chips I was purchasing were part of the special advertised. The tags on the displays said 2 for 7 or 3 for 10. I explained that I wanted to make sure I was purchasing the correct bags.she said they were. So she rung me up and after I asked for the receipt, it didn't seem to add up. Sure enough, the receipt showed that each bag was marked at full price. She said she told me that and I said she had not. I asked twice to clarify and when she responded was very rude. So, I asked for a refund and she claimed that she would not give me a refund.there's no signs saying that there's final sales or no refunds on items. I left the entire purchase there because they refused to refund. I would recommend you spend your money elsewhere. The owner and employees are extremely rude and I've gone in before and have had other employees correct an issue or at least be able to communicate a sale and what is isn't included. This would have been avoided had she answered that only specific types are included in the sale or that you can't mix and match. Which isn't true the ones she pointed out are supposedly on sale aren't even on the tag. Also, speedway has all the same items at less cost. We compared prices and speedway is selling them at sometimes even $2 less than what this gas station is advertising them as.

Said my insurance wouldn't cover the drug prescribed for an upcoming procedure. Yet they covered it previously. She called in the pharmacist who was equally belligerent and said he'd transfer the prescription to another pharmacy after I complained that it should be covered. After talking with my insurance company they confirmed it was covered and noted that Walgreens erred in their processing. This has happened before. Terrible experience. One funny thing. When my insurance company clarified that the drug was covered, and it was Walgreens laziness to process it correctly, my insurance representative said that the pharmacist suggested I use the drive thru. I inquired why and my representative said the pharmacist told her I was very upset when I left. Hell yea! So, did I use the drive thru, hell no! I wanted to see their sorry ass faces squirm. They never apologized and acted like their mistake never happened.

I went through the car wash, and it stopped working after dispensing soap onto my car. I went…read moreinside and asked the attendant for help. She said the car wash acts up frequently and gave me a new code to try. I tried again, but the car wash displayed an "Out of Service" message and wouldn't even start. I went back inside and requested a refund since I had paid for a car wash that I couldn't use and had to wash the soap off my own car just to be able to drive it home. The attendant refused to refund me and blamed me claiming I might have moved my car while inside the wash. I explained that I had been in park and had a dash cam that would prove I never moved it. I also pointed out that she had already acknowledged that the car wash frequently malfunctions. It wasn't until I asked for corporate's phone number that she finally issued my refund. Anyways, I went to the BB down the road and got there top wash for four dollars less, it didn't break on me and I wasn't blamed for faulty machinery by an employee.

He had already tried that and it was worse than our couch recliner. She suggested that renting a powerlift chair might be helpful. It was on the pricier side, but the only other idea she had. Well, we thought about over lunch and just decided to just purchase a chair. Terri showed us the options and let us just try out the chairs on our own time. We never felt rushed. It was obviously more than we originally thought of doing, but we are sure we won't regret it in the future. The only thing that didn't make us happy, and why this isn't four stars, was the price tag. We picked the chair we liked best & thought the price was what was on the tag. There were options below the big price, like heat & massage, which were things that could be added to the base. Oh, but the material that the chair used was on that list (which we didn't realize because it was not a common name). It was not in the large number on the price tag and added $900 to the price. We didn't know this until we were checking out. We do not blame Terri for this, but the company that thought this was a good idea. The tag should have had the final price, before taxes & delivery not the base price if you could buy it off of the floor like we did.
