I HAD NO IDEA HOW MUCH THAT OTHER PLACE HAD BEEN OVER CHARGING ME!! Until, I discovered this wonderful, & trustworthy business!! These people are straight forward, & charge such reasonably rates, that I've questioned them, to make sure they did everything I wanted. Have no doubt! They've done the work on my 17 year old baby's car! They've fixed things, I thought were new... but, saw w/ my own eyes, the dealer had not done what they said!! The first time I called them, I had asked this cute little auto parts store, on Wilson, a few blocks away, where to take my Daughters car. They gave me Batavia Avenue Mobil's phone number. They went & picked up my Daughter's car, right away! Then, they called me, just an hour later, w/ the diagnosis, & price. I talked w/ them about different options. I, always do the best, most safe thing, for my Daughter (still my baby!). So, I braced myself, for the $1500.-$3000. I was used to paying, the dealer! Especially when he warned me, it would be expensive! So, he says: $300. I kid you not!! He got everything fixed perfectly, in no time!! I can't tell you, how relieved, & happy I am, to have discovered this sweet, little Bedford Falls-esk ("It's A Wonderful Life") Auto repair/gas station! I, considered not leaving this review, so, I could keep this little gold mine, my little secret. lol! But, these folks deserve lots of good business! They are just an honest to goodness little gem! Their name is either "Batavia Avenue Mobil", or "Citco" Which is how it's listed on Yelp. Whatever name, the address is the same: 27 N Batavia Ave, Batavia IL 60510. 1-(630)-879-0999.

She said the car wash acts up frequently and gave me a new code to try. I tried again, but the car wash displayed an "Out of Service" message and wouldn't even start. I went back inside and requested a refund since I had paid for a car wash that I couldn't use and had to wash the soap off my own car just to be able to drive it home. The attendant refused to refund me and blamed me claiming I might have moved my car while inside the wash. I explained that I had been in park and had a dash cam that would prove I never moved it. I also pointed out that she had already acknowledged that the car wash frequently malfunctions. It wasn't until I asked for corporate's phone number that she finally issued my refund. Anyways, I went to the BB down the road and got there top wash for four dollars less, it didn't break on me and I wasn't blamed for faulty machinery by an employee.
