I've been wanted to try this place and so glad I got to! They have a large menu of smoothies and Acai bowls. Any topping you could think of too! It's a really cute shop. It's small but we got a table to sit for a little while. They were so nice also. My husband ordered the li hing mui smoothie and really liked it. I got the delux acaj bowl and added bee pollen and peanut butter. They were both really refreshing. We both liked it and would suggest trying it out for a refreshing treat!

The entrance is right on the corner of Koko Head and Waialae. There is big step to enter and exit. The two ladies in the back were really nice. and even though we had to wait it was worth it. They greeted us when we entered and it was nice rush to order. Their menu also had very clear descriptions and listed all the ingredients so it made it easy to order. My son got the Peanut butter banana smoothie. I ordered the lava flow all fruit smoothie for my husband, and got a honey and nuts açaí bowl to go just for me. They were playing good music. It was clean and neat. I did notice was no air conditioning. It was peak afternoon so there was really no reprieve from the heat while waiting for them to finish. I considered leaving to the store next door and coming back because it was a pretty big order but my son was super excited. It was worth the wait because they filled the açaí bowl to the rim, all 24 ounces. It was jam packed with açaí sorbet and all the bananas and strawberries that were in the picture. I appreciate that they packed the granola in a separate bag with my spoon to keep it dry. The container was really good with a tight lid super spill proof. I will definitely repurpose it later. My son said that his tasted like the Jamba Juice peanut butter mood that he loves. And my husband drank his lava flow in 5minutes. I definitely call this smoothie run a win.

The number of times I've passed this biz as I'm such a frequent shopper in Kaimuki as the biggest problem for me personally is they close early like 4pm daily and 3pm on Sundays. Finally as I came up for some sammie at Sprout only to see that they're closed for a few days for the New Years was sadden only to realize that I'm early enough to enjoy a smoothie that would fill the void of a hangry mood. This cute little spot that sits on the busy corner of Waialae and Koko Head Ave with some metered parkings that I was lucky to find but knowing they have municipal parking in the back as well makes it a easy access any time for a quick sip. Walking in the vibe of this cozy spot is nice with a few seatings to enjoy your treat is greatly appreciated while looking at the massive menu is quite overwhelming from açaí bowl, healthier green smoothie and supercharged options to a fun dairy options while I was craving more of a all fruit blend. Lava Flow was the one and with the classic strawberry and coconut milk blend makes it what it is but adding some pineapple, honey and organic apple juice just kicked it up several notches though it was just a nice and mellow sip that I really enjoyed. The service here is so nice and friendly and a nice option for a cool treat is definitely found here in Kaimuki. Thank you!
I'm on da Juice!!! I've been trying to drink less coffee and replaced the ritual with juice and smoothies. I love the Li Hing Mui smoothie here. I'm a huge fan of Pineapple and Li Hing Powder. I think it's one of the greatest combos on earth. What happens when you blend the greatest combo on earth? Well I think you get a Jewel in juice form. Nectar of the Gods. It's like when Tony Stark created a new element to power his heart. What's also great is that the carrot Juice Machine isn't broken like Jamba Juice.
A solid juice and smoothie location especially on a hot day. Service is good. Please come and create your own experience.

Got us through the summer. They have been there for a long time- no parking but pretty good amount of metered, ticket parking in the area. One of the senior food businesses in Kaimuki town. (10+ yrs) Very friendly service. Better to call in your order than order through the app. Was less expensive when we phone directed the order.
Kinda hidden spot but super nice staff and delicious bowls! I got the warrior bowl after hiking and it was the perfect refreshing thing. I just wish there was a bathroom or garbage here!
One of my fave smooth shops since forever. Located in the corner across liliuokalani elementary and goodwill. There is plenty street parking as well as the municipal lots. Inside is very clean and bright. There are couple seats available if you want to sit down and drink. The service was great I ordered and got my drink very quickly. I got the li hing smoothie after a hike and it really hit the spot if you are li hing lover. A good balance up sweet and sour. The acai here is pretty good and their assorted bagels are tasty as well. Highly recommended checking this place out when you're around kaimuki.
I've been here a couple times but I'm honestly not too impressed with the acai! The acai is way too icey, it tastes a lot more watered down compared to other acai places. It was $17 for the 24 ounce which is pretty standard, but I really did enjoy the kindness from the employees!
I got the 16oz Warrior Açaí Bowl. Just enough for lunch and totally yummy & healthy. Lots of fruit -kiwi, strawberry, banana- with honey drizzled on top and granola on the bottom. Loves it. Service is good. Friendly & they bring out the orders within a reasonable time. It actually got quite busy while we were there, and they did a great job! There are only three two-seater tables. It's a small shop, but most people only came in to pick up their smoothies. Huge variety! Metered parking on the street or paid parking lot facing 12th Ave. read more
When I have some active weekdays - physical therapy - and I want a boost afterwards Jewel or Juice satisfies me. I had their smoothies many times over the years but since I've spending one day a week in the area I've rediscovered how much I enjoy a rehydrating smoothie with a nice balance of protein and fiber. Their specialty ones - Okinawan Sweet Potato! - are especially enjoyable because they're not overly sweet. The creamy, all fruit, or refreshing ones are on the sweeter side. The flavor combinations hit the spot with me. For a small shop, on the corner of Koko Head and Waialae, they have a solid menu with not only smoothie, but some nice looking acai bowls, and some baked items. There are a few seats with small tables along one wall. And the a/c on a hot day is welcome relief. But the best thing about them is over the years the service is always friendly and polite. read more

I always like stopping by this place when I'm on Oahu! The açaí bowls and smoothies are so fresh and tasty. They are perfect for a warm day. I really like the bee pollen granola they use as well. They make everything very quickly and they use fresh fruits for their bowls and açaí bowls. Stop by when you get a chance! read more

Casual place to get something while you are our and about in Kaimuki Peanut butter avocado and banana-so nice and thick with a touch of savory from the avocado and full of protein Lychee strawberry has a very light lichee flavor- but it is predominantly strawberry flavor Mango pineapple is very tangy pineapple and mango sweetness If you are thinking healrhy- the kale smoothies are a great way to go If you like healthy- the tropical kale Just be sure ti get there with enough time since they close @ 3 read more

Kaimuki has so many good eats and this place is one of it. Regular açaí bowl 16oz (~$9) - tart and sweet. I would say its on par with other popular health bars. Almond coconut smoothie 16oz (~$7) - real almonds blended it which helped with the thick consistency. Coconut was not overwhelming. Both were great on a hot sunny Hawaii day. read more

Stopped by Jewel or Juice while waiting on my sandwich next door. My memory of the inside was disorganized and messy (probably due to all the COVID precautions set in place since the pandemic). I asked for recommendations of green smoothies and the lady said Tropical Kale is one of the more popular ones. After ordering, I had to wait outside for my smoothie. Tropical Kale was refreshing and it didn't really taste like green smoothie from all the mango, pineapple, and apple juice mixed in. It alternates from being tart and sweet lol. Glad I just got the 16 oz. I liked Jewel or Juice but probably wouldn't go out of my way unless I'm in the area. read more

I've never been to this shop in Kaimuki until yesterday, but I wish I had gone sooner! It was cosy inside and had a few tables to sit at. I got the warrior acai bowl that had a perfectly sweet acai base which went well with the toppings. I really loved their honey but would personally opt out of the kiwi next time. I also appreciated the way they separately package the granola! A very thoughtful touch. read more

This place is soooo good. I'm addicted yo açaí bowls. Their smoothies are delicious. Jerry, the owner, is always there and her service is da best. She's super friendly and super chill to talk to. It's cozy on the inside and there are a few tables to sit at. It's right on the corner so I like sitting so I can people watch while enjoying my açaí and smoothie. read more

I love acai bowls, but I'm also very picky with my acai bowls LOL. I like when it has a sherbet texture and not melty and soupy. This is my first time to Jewel or Juice and my bf really wanted to take me here. We decided to share the warrior acai bowl. Honestly I haven't had an acai bowl in such a long time, so I really enjoyed it. The acai held up pretty good until half way through but it's not like it melted down so fast either. I love fruits and I love to eat them as much as I can... maybe next time I'll try the deluxe as it's the same as the warrior, plus it has blueberries with it! I also loved the texture of their granola. Some places have super hard and crunchy granola which I don't like. I guess you can take a free banana when you walk in? My bf asked if I wanted a banana but I was quite confused so I said no haha! Can't wait to go back... maybe I'll try the pitaya bowl next time :) read more

I do not know why I have never tried this spot before! In the attempt to be a decent mom, I walked here from my daughter's basketball practice because she forgot her water bottle. I saw through the window, bottles of water lined up, so I went in to buy a couple. I happened to see a peanut butter banana smoothie on the menu, YES PLEASE! The perfect ratio of peanut butter to banana. It was sooo yum, I will be back! read more
Great service and taste. Love supporting local businesses and I had a doordash deal so decided on pickup. They allow an upsize upcharge so I did that in order to get enough to share. Got the acai bowl with peanut butter and almonds, taro smoothie, matcha smoothie and lychee strawberry smoothie as well as a spinach feta pretzel. Pretzel was expensive but tasty. I love the peanut butter in the acai bowl, taro smoothie was tasty with a hint of coconut milk, but I didn't taste any lychee in the strawberry lychee. They have a reward program if you order online or in store vs. doordash so will need to sign up next time! read more
Stumbled across this place while walking around Kaimuki with a hankering for a something cool. Would have never walked in if it wasn't for the yelp reviews. Because from the outside does not look like anything special. So glad I walked in though. Was gonna go for acai but went for the okinawan sweet potato smoothie instead. Yes sounds totally bizarre but I like okinawan sweet potato and if they're making a smoothie it's gotta be good right? If you've ever had an okinawan sweet potato manapua from royal kitchen (see my review) this is basically the filling in liquid form. Add a hint of coconut and some extra sweetness. Pure yumminess. Other people were getting the Iilikoi smoothies and acai so I'm guessing those are the next things I'm getting... read more
