My mom has been coming to this place for years, and for good reason! The space is huge, and they have a ton of options! Everything from plants, to fruits and veggies, to water features, sculptures, and more! There is a wonderful gift shop with anything you could want for your garden to help plants grow or keep animals away. They have all kinds of fun gifts and trinkets for the garden and around the house! I wrote a nice review about this place after the first time I went several years ago, but it undoubtedly deserves an update. I have been several times since my first visit, and love it every time! The owner, Gustavo, is a true gem. He is friendly, knowledgeable, hardworking, and an overall joy to interact with. He greets everyone with a huge smile, and is always happy to answer questions and help. He works seven days a week most weeks, and is truly passionate about what he does. This past weekend, they hosted their 17th Annual Christmas Open House. This event features live music, local wine, hot chocolate and cider, and homemade pastries by Gustavo's wife herself! They transform the gift shop into a winter wonderland, featuring around a dozen decorated Christmas trees among other festive decorations! People are encouraged to bring pastries to share, and they definitely did! There was a huge table with cookies, cakes, pies, and more! They also help collect donations for the local food bank by offering a discount on your purchase if you bring a bag of canned or non-perishables. We attended this event on Friday the 6th, and it was a lovely experience! The vibes were amazing, sipping wine and cider listening to live music by some fire pits. However, I want to assure anyone looking for a solid family-run and ethical jeweler that Jeff and Yvonne are the most genuine couple I've ever met. It's been an absolute pleasure to work with them each time we've visited. As an Elite member, we have a duty to be unbiased, which means we should always say it as it is. However, I find it a crying shame when I see a negative review. I click through to the profile and realize that the reviewer has way more gripes than praise. They jump on the platform to moan without caring to understand the ripple effect their negative comments can have. She really worked with me to select flowers and types of arrangements within my budget. She even came with me to visit our venue before our wedding to get an idea of what she could create to compliment the setting. Everything came together so perfectly on our wedding day. Ryoko arrived extra early to set up and ensure that everything looked perfect. The flowers complimented our color scheme and setting so nicely. All of the bouquets and boutonnieres were beautiful. I LOVED my bouquet so much... I was actually sad to part with it during the bouquet toss. The floral arrangements for our ceremony site looked amazing in the vineyard setting. We were absolutely blown away by the floral decorations when we first stepped into the ballroom. It was literally one of those jaw-dropping moments. The centerpieces really brought everything together. They were tall and vibrant to compliment the high ceilings and openness of the large ballroom. Ryoko was so creative with the design and usage of the arrangements. She made these adorable little arrangements that hung from shepherd's poles along the aisle during our ceremony, she moved them to the patio tables during cocktail hour, and then used them to decorate the ballroom during our reception. Other arrangements from the ceremony were also used to decorate the ballroom for our reception. Ryoko pays very close attention to detail. Our cake and cake table were decorated so perfectly. She not only did a fantastic job decorating our cake with hydrangeas, but she added simple floral arrangements and flower petals on the table. She also made sure the stair and ramp rails outside had some greenery on them. She even moved some flower arrangements into the restrooms. Overall, we really couldn't have been happier with the way everything turned out. We received TONS of compliments from our guests.
