The worst customer service I have ever encountered! Let's just start with it is not legal to charge a card when the product was never delivered (due to not being open) and it is TERRIBLE customer service to raise your voice and SWEAR at a customer--especially when the location/store is in the wrong 100%.
Placed an order online on 4/16 (Easter night) and the order went through and and got an email confirmation for the order. Over an hour later still no delivery so I called and they weren't' open. Okay, we are all human and they didn't' turn off their online ordering--no big deal. The big deal was they charged my card. The next day I called and the associate that answered the phone didn't take my name or anything but informed me the manager was in the process of reversing all and I would see the reversal in 7-10 days. Fine and dandy but the catch is I didn't receive a credit and the charge actually finalized on my card. Fast forward to over 2 weeks later (honestly i forgot about it) and still no credit. I called the store and the Manager told me the owner said that they did everything proper and gave the credit and that it was my bank that was holding the credit from me. Even though I know that was a lie I still gave the benefit of the doubt and called my bank and even the customer service rep laughed and said there isn't a bank that would hold a credit back to the account---maybe a charge but not the credit. The Manager also said he would talk to the owner and get back to me. So the next day hadn't heard anything from the store so called again and got the rudest most unprofessional person EVER! The associate identified himself as Mike the "Administrator" for the store. He informed me that they did credit it and I could bring my bank statement tot he store and prove that I didn't get the credit. So error on the store but the customer has to now drive out of their way and show their personal bank statement with all charges and credits to a company? When i questioned this he raised his voice to me. Yes, this triggered me and yes it did provoke me to swear at him---I mean are you kidding me yelling at the customer when you are at fault?!?!?! When I asked for the owners name and the corporate phone number he also delayed. He said "well if you stopped talking and let me talk....." and also that i was "f*cking"--YES HE ACTUALLY SWORE AT ME THEN STOPPED WHEN HE REALIZED WHAT HE JUST SAID. I'm sorry but I was done with him. I got the corporate number myself in about 1 minute online and called there. Unfortunately there isn't much the Corporate office can do and it took 3 phone calls and 2 weeks to even get a response from the owner to them. I sent a screen shot of my statement charge (only the Jet's pizza charge) and a screen shot from their online ordering account showing it listed as "delivered and complete". The owner, Rob, said I could bring up my bank statement to prove it--again I am not about to show my entire bank statement with all my activity to him. The Corporate office cant' do anything due to franchise besides put for review for the owners of Jet's pizza and try to advise the owner of that particular franchise location. I was trying to make it right with the actual company but after having an associate of theirs raise his voice and swear at me, the owner accusing me of lying pretty much due to the fact they don't know how to properly ring in the items as a negative (void) and close the voided negative check to my credit card (one of the ways you can reverse a charge), and never receiving the credit at the end of it all. That being said I ended up having to call my bank and dispute the charge--which the customer service rep and I had a good laugh at the hassle I went through and next time i should just call them direct instead of the headache Jet's Pizza caused me of a small charge.
BOTTOM LINE....IF YOU ARE GOING TO ENJOY JET'S PIZZA (CAUSE THE PIZZA IS ACTUALLY GOOD) CHOOSE A DIFFERENT LOCATION NOT OWNED BY THE SAME FRANCHISE OWNER THAT HAS RUDE ASSOCIATES WORKING AT THE STORE. read more
