Great pizza if you will go and pick it up. We live the pizza here and have ordered for years, but made the mistake of getting delivery tonight. Ordered it online, scheduled to arrive at 6:45. Called at 7:15, told that the driver had just left. Called at 7:45, told that the driver had left 15 min ago. Pizza shows up at almost 8. Warm, but not hot. And not correct, both pizzas have the wrong crust. No turbo! But at this point, we are too hungry to go back and try to get the right order. We do not live in the area and took a chance on Jets. Our opinion: it's the BEST pizza we've had. I was tired of the standard pizzas with the standard toppings that now run +$60.00. Now this is Detroit style pizza!!! The 8 corner pizza with premium mozzarella cheese and hamburger is really on point when its on sale. They use premium mozzarella. The crust is how Pizza Hut's use to be back in the early 1980's.... That fried skillet cornbread crispy taste ... Awesome..... This location is what would be consider downtown Webster Groves. Yes, I gave a 2-star review to Jets even though I think their pizza tastes amazing. The problem has something to do with their ingredients. Digestively speaking, I have a distinct problem with THIS pizza, and this pizza alone. Every time I eat it, even if it's just one square, I get painful and spasmodic bowel movements within a few hours. This is not a problem I have with other food or other pizza. Only Jets. I have no idea what ingredient(s) causes it, but it's a truly miserable experience. Nevertheless, I still order it from time to time, willfully suffering the consequences later. I have been wanting to try Jet's Pizza, once I discovered that you can buy it by the slice, I took the leap. This location is clean and the employees are very friendly. I love that I have found Detroit style pizza that is delicious, affordable and quality. A slice is $2.46 after taxes and the slices are huge!!! The crust is thick and chewy, not like Chicago thick. I took the suggestion of one of the employees and tried the sausage, OMGggggg. It's absolutely flavorful and wonderful. They have a 2 slice option with a drink for $6, a small 1 topping for $7. I just love how reasonably affordable this place is. The pizza isn't greasy and it absolutely re-heats wonderfully. This is my new go-to for pizza. read more

Not a good visit. Sat waiting for my pizza for 35 minutes and still waiting. The phone has no stopped ringing and I can heard the workers say let that phone ring we ain't answering it. There are 5 people in line and they are not helping them. The first guy has been in line for at least 15 minutes. People pizzas have been ready and put in the warmers without asking the dinning room if it's there pizza. This is ridiculous. The air is not working in the building as it's probably every bit of 75-80 degrees in here. Just a terrible experience. Won't be coming back to this location. read more

This is only for take away! We got both styles of pizza. My husband got thin crust with triple anchovies, I got the "Detroit style" deep dish with sausage, onions, and mushrooms. I was pleasantly surprised most deep dish tends to be a touch greasy, but not this! It was crispy, crunchy, toasty in a great way. The sauce was thick, with a touch of spice, very nice, perfect amount of cheese, and ingredients. Also, a small thing but important to me, they paid attention to the placement of ingredients! They were evenly placed not just flung on there. It was even good the next day! Which is a big deal for me I don't usually eat 'next day pizza' . We usually get Amis or Farratos. This is sooooo much better and 2/3 the cost. Detroit style is so much better than Imos and other thin crust pizzas we are all supposed to love, and the salad was super fresh. Service: This Webster Groves Missouri store does make good pizza. BUT!!!! At the beginning of each shift the employees must remove their brains, personality, and intelligence, before starting their shifts. For example, ordered a pizza online, waited way past the delivery time. Called the store to inquire where and when my pizza was going to be delivered. One of the living dead employees answered. Discovered my order was still there. "Any idea when it will be on it's way," I asked ? The person who could barely form a coherent response says, "Let me see where my driver is." Then proceeds to make sounds like disbelief and wonderment and says, " Not sure where she is." So I say I'm just come get it because it's obvious you have no idea where this person is or when they'll be back. Uh uh uh I guess you can come get, like it was some sort of problem or something. So I leave go up get the pizza the person, and I use that term lightly, says it'll be X amount. I say, "It's been paid for already." "We ordered it online with a credit card." DUH !! Then proceeds to tell me they don't have the soda we ordered. So I say then take that ambit off the bill and credit the amount for the soda's back. Looks at me after fiddle f^*king around with the register and seriously says, " That'll be nine dollars". "What are you talking about"? "I owe nine dollars to return sodas I never got and you don't have !! " He then gets the other person working there to come and see why the register won't ring the nine dollars. Jet's is not gourmet, exotic, thin, filled with a gallon of sauce or 3 inches of random stuff, exorbitantly expensive, or require a knife and fork. Jet's is pizza. GREAT pizza. It's thick, tasty, and made with non-frozen, good quality ingredients. Jet's specializes in my absolute favorite style pizza, "Detroit" style pizza. It's square, with a crispy, thick cheesy crust, and a rich sauce and cheese melted together and baked on top. This style actually won the 2012 International Pizza Expo in Las Vegas, yes it's a real thing. Jet's actually went a step further and offers an 8 corner pizza, hell yeah. Such a relief too, I've been so sick of boring old "St Louis style" which to me just seems flat and lazy, or messy, difficult Chicago style. They are known for Jet's bread too, which is better than your average pizza bread. All their sides, salads, sandwiches are truly fresh and tasty. I usually don't expect much of non-St. Louis style pizza. It rarely looks good to me. Jet's was no exception. But I was 1) in the neighborhood with an hour to spare, 2) hungry, and 3) had a coupon for a free small pizza that was burning a hole in my wallet. The parking situation is the only downside to Jet's. There was no room for me to park in the small shared parking lot, so I had to drive around and find someplace else. Once I was inside, I was greeted by friendly employees and a clean facility. I wouldn't mind hanging out there with my friends for an hour or two sometime--ample seating and good natural lighting. Oh, and delicious cheese pizza! I'd ordered the pizza to go but nearly devoured it whole in my car. It was perfect. The crust was so good. Jet's, you have a fan here. Jet's has exploded in the St. Louis area in the last couple years. I had it once at work and liked it, so we decided to add it to our Wednesday night pizza night rotation. I think that Jet's is so popular because there are tons of options for pizzas - deep dish, NY style, etc. Plus salads, calzones, breads, sandwiches, and pizza by the slice. I liked how I could order easily online, and there were a ton of coupons. I ended up saving about $5, which made the price more palatable. When I went to pick it up, this place was hopping! Really busy, lots of families and kids. There is a small seating area here and I didn't have problems finding parking, even on a busy night. The pizza was ready as promised and stayed hot on the way home. We got the 8 corner pizza, which is a deep dish where every piece is a corner piece. This is something we regularly order from Little Caesar's. I found it to be on par with Little Caesar's, but more pricey. Flavor was just ok. We got the turbo crust, which was flavoring on the crust but not much since the deep dish didn't have a large crust. Will I be back? Yes- especially if I want to try a slice. Favorite pizza place, like, ever!! I first tried Jet's Pizza (for delivery) in Detroit and LOVED it! I had it again at this location in Webster Groves and it was even better than I remembered! We order the same pizza every time - the bold fold pepperoni - and it is consistent between the two locations we have tried. It's greasy, thin, but not crispy, and the pepperonis are delicious with just the right amount of spice! I'm also one of "those people" who dip my pizza in ranch dressing and theirs is fresh made and yummy! The cheese breadsticks are great and the BBQ boneless wings as well! Not sure what we were going to be presented with, we were pleasantly surprised by the large menu. They have great lunch specials if you're looking for single slices and they have large quantity specials as well. We decided on an order of the cheesy bread and their all meaty pizza. They make it fresh for you so you'll wait a bit for it but it comes out nice and hot. We could have eaten the entire rectangle but saved a few pieces for leftovers. Stopped at Jet's for a late weekday lunch on the go. I hadn't eaten all day and was ravenous. I ordered one slice of cheese and one slice of pepperoni to go. This was $3.80. I find their thick Detroit style to be a little bit too much dough (I am a St. Louis pizza girl after all) but I have to say this hit the spot. I like the way the cheese melts a bit on the edges of the crust and gets crispy. I have had their thin crust before and like that too. This is probably one of the better pizza chains. read more

After having jets pizza, I won't eat any other pizza anywhere. Unlike so many chain restaurants, the quality is consistent every time. The eight corner Pizza is fabulous if you like deep dish and the hand tossed pizza is the best anywhere. Good quality mozzarella and plenty of toppings. Sometimes almost too much meat if you can believe it. Their salads are also better than any place else I've been in the wings, when they have them are extra good. Jet's Pizza is not, by any stretch of the imagination, the type of pizza St. Louis is used to. This is Detroit style pizza; square, thick and flavorful crust, with a sweet and tangy sauce and mozzarella, not provel cheese (what a concept!). Being a native Detroiter I was thrilled when I saw Jet's move to town. I refuse to eat Imo's so I haven't really touched pizza since moving here. Anyhow, give it a try. The product is delicious and the service has been great. It may take some getting used to if your concept of pizza is a saltine cracker covered in ketchup and velveta (Imo's), but it will be well worth it. We love Jet's. My husband and I are from the North East where we've been spoiled by the authentic Italian pizzerias. Now that we live in STL we are SO happy to find delicious thick crust pizza that reminds us of what we used to get back home. (And doesn't taste anything like that God awful Imo's!) Our favorite is the thick crust Hawaiian ordered well done so its nice and crispy. We ordered it every Sunday this past fall so we could feast while watching our beloved Buffalo Bills have another lack luster season. At least we had great pizza! Great service, review based on take-out (lots of it) they once gave us an extra pizza because they made a mistake, I don't recommend the regular circle pizza although the kids like it. I love jet's pizza!! They opened one just down the street from my house on Lockwood. When you walk in you are immediately greeted with a sense of welcomeness uncommon to most chain pizza restaurants. The employes all there seem to all love they're work, especially one bubbly, short brunette high school girl who had the largest smile on her face and seemed to know everyone who walked in the door by name. She made the experience quite comfortable. She looked to be the youngest one there but had the attitude of someone who worked there for years. She clearly loved working there and it made it easier for us to love it to. The girl recommended us to try the BBQ chicken pizza which she claims to taste just as good the next day. She was right! The pizza was perfectly crunchy, better than any other deep dish in St. Louis. All the ingredients tasted fresh because they were as I found the dough is made fresh every morning... Unlike dominos and papa johns. Jet's had so many choices! they not only had their deep dish, but they had New york style pizza, thin crust, hand-tossed round and not to mention all their sandwiches and wings. It was all simple but they had something for everyone I love jet's pizza, especially since the jimmy johns and other delivery places closed near me, it was getting almost impossible to find somewhere that delivers for a crowd under three people. Their individual slices are genius and the coupons they send out make the price almost free! The only thing i did not like was that there was no music playing. This review is based off Jet's pizza only. I haven't actually stepped foot inside any of their restaurants. My firm regularly orders Jet's Pizza for our in-house lunch & learns. Their pizza is THICK....like the complete opposite of "St. Louis Style" pizza. That isn't a bad thing, because I actually like (I want to say "love"...but I can't commit to saying that) it a lot. Jet's pizza sauce is also scrumptious. And they pile the sauce on the pizza, which I prefer. Be careful when you're eating the pizza, your hands will be covered in grease and sauce. Their toppings vary. The sausage is a little dry for my preference. Pepperoni is good so that's what I usually go for. They also seem to be pretty prompt and accurate with their delivery service. read more

This place is right next to Massage Envy in Webster Groves. It has other locations around town including a new one that is opening soon on south Hampton. I got a yummy Hawaiian type pizza. It is a thicker crust then Imo's but not deep dish although they have that too. It was very good, too good in fact. I try to stay away from pizza because of the sodium levels. But this was truly delicious. Parking is limited and there were some wild kids in there when i was in. I got carry out to save myself the aggravation. It was out pretty quickly too. read more
