Jet's is my go-to for hot and steamy pizza on demand! I love me a locally-owned restaurant--especially for pizza--but if you've gotta go with a chain Jet's is the one (and it's a tiny chain, anyway!) I've been ordering from Jet's for several years, usually opting for delivery but occasionally picking up. Let's start with the ordering: choose your location on the website then look for the "hot deals"-- there's usually a special that can knock a few bucks or more off your bill. I've tried a few specialty pizzas but now opt for build-your-own. The Detroit-style is what brought me to Jet's years ago and it's still my favorite. I don't know how authentic it is and I don't care! The pizza probably weighs a couple pounds. It's a rectangle cut in 8 pieces; each one is a light meal for me and two totally fills me up. The crust is fluffy but crisp on the outside. The cheese and sauce are perfect. All toppings are SO generous, as you can see in my photo (check out that olive distribution!) The corners aren't my favorite, but if that's what you're into you can choose "4 corners" or "8 corners" pizza. Pro tip: if you have leftovers, get them out of the box before refrigerating, or slide a piece of foil under the pizza--otherwise cheese is going to stick to that corrugated box liner along the cut marks. Hand-Tossed Round has a good, chewy crust. The sauce and toppings don't get near the edges, so you're left with considerable crust to eat after the good stuff's gone. NY Style is the softer, foldable crust (I don't fold pizza but I've seen it done with this!) and the Thin Crust is what folks around here call Saint Louis Style. Cheese and toppings go all the way to the edge and it's super thin. Detroit Style is definitely the most pizza for your dollar, but you can't go wrong with any of these! Toppings are plentiful on all of them. I don't think I've ordered anything but pizza from Jet's, but they also have salads, calzones, wings, and breadsticks. Delivery always seems to take longer than quoted; just accept it, pour yourself a cold drink, and anticipate! Pizzas for pickup are ready really quickly--even those Detroit-style choices that look like they'd take a long time to bake were available in about 35 minutes last time I ordered. There's plenty of room to wait for your order in the shop (a few chairs and a lot of standing room.) Everyone I've interacted with has been super pleasant and friendly. The shop feels very safe, even late at night; it's well-lit and the front is all windows. They have dedicated parking, and street parking's available as well. read more

The staff at this location is mostly young but they are all eager to help you out and get your pizza to you. We ordered ours well I was in Arnold and it took me a half hour to drive and get it the pizza was hot taste as good as it did while I was in Texas eating it for 15 years. Jet's Pizza doesn't get the recognition that it deserves. It's actually very good. I admit, I'm guilty of forgetting about them and I drive by this location all time. Today I ordered, Hot Boneless Chicken Wings and a Small Thin Crust Three Topping Pizza. For my toppings I chose; Pepperoni, Italian Sausage and my favorite topping, Jalapeños. To wash it all down, I choose Diet Pepsi as my beverage. The boneless wings were nice big pieces coated in hot sauce. The sauce was most definitely, hot. It was so hot, I had beads of sweat appearing on my forehead at my hairline. I enjoyed the spicy flavor. I only ate half and packed the remainder up for lunch at work tomorrow. My pizza was equally delicious. I really like the flavor of their pizza sauce. It compliments the Mozzarella cheese that tops it along with your selected toppings. Yes, no Provel Cheese here, they use the good stuff, real Mozzarella and they're not stingy with it. They're also heavy handed when applying the toppings. The staff is very personable and friendly. We called it in and ten minutes later I realized I didn't customize my crust so I called back and the guy let me do it and he helped me on suggestions. I actually liked this place, it is not like a world star pizza place but stack this joint up to Dominoes and those in that realm, and this is a good place. The pizza I had was good, a pepperoni, the problem is me and the wife was driving by taking care of some business across the street and she could not resist going in for pizza, right after we just got through eating 30 minutes ago, just being fat foodies, she saw a new joint and had to take 2 pizzas' out of there. It was good, I want to go back and try some while it is still hot and good, they let us sample a slice each and it was delicious at that time, thus making her want to buy more for later. Detroit style pizza done right from a chain. Always call in my order and they do a great job of filling it correctly in a timely manner. Love the pizza and wings!! We also always get a dinner salad too. Their ranch dressing is very good. Price wise, they are right in the ballpark of other chains.
