I missed pizza with some bite to it and this place did not disappoint. The crust was really my favorite part and I didn't want to put the pizza down! I walked inside and just ordered for take out and it didn't take long at all! Highly recommend if you want some Detroit style pizza!

Order plus eatery from the delivery guy because we just moved and he wanted to make sure we had EVERYTHING!!

I just moved into the neighborhood and found this amazing neighborhood pizza place just by Googling local pizza places near me. What a find!!! Omg amazing food and amazing service, down to the delivery and the very nice gentleman who delivered plates, cups, and silverware because he didn't think we'd have any kitchen stuff unpacked. We will be ordering again and again and again!!!! They went above and beyond. Thank you for welcoming us to the neighborhood

Jet's Pizza doesn't get the recognition that it deserves. It's actually very good. I admit, I'm guilty of forgetting about them and I drive by this location all time. It's actually the closest pizza joint near my house and I've got them all. Today I was motivated to order from them because of a coupon I got in the mail. Who can turn down a 50% off offer. Today I ordered, Hot Boneless Chicken Wings and a Small Thin Crust Three Topping Pizza. For my toppings I chose; Pepperoni, Italian Sausage and my favorite topping, Jalapeños. To wash it all down, I choose Diet Pepsi as my beverage. The boneless wings were nice big pieces coated in hot sauce. The sauce was most definitely, hot. It was so hot, I had beads of sweat appearing on my forehead at my hairline. I enjoyed the spicy flavor. I only ate half and packed the remainder up for lunch at work tomorrow. My pizza was equally delicious. I really like the flavor of their pizza sauce. It compliments the Mozzarella cheese that tops it along with your selected toppings. Yes, no Provel Cheese here, they use the good stuff, real Mozzarella and they're not stingy with it. They're also heavy handed when applying the toppings. The staff is very personable and friendly. They answered my questions and prepared my order quickly as I waited. Okay, I did leave to run a quick errand and my order was ready when I returned. I've never been disappointed with any of the times I've ordered from this location. I just need to remember to enjoy them more in 2020. I'll be back? - YES! When: December 14, 2019 Why: A man has got to eat and he was craving pizza.

Let me just say that today we got a welcome to the neighborhood free one topping pizza coupon from Jet's. We called it in and ten minutes later I realized I didn't customize my crust so I called back and the guy let me do it and he helped me on suggestions. We got the pizza and added some bread and a soda because who just takes something for free? Man that pizza was really good. The crust was freaking amazing. Thick and chewy and a little greasy and it had this garlic butter Romano topping on the crust too. It was seriously delicious and so nice of a place to give a free pizza for moving in. Best moving coupon I've ever received from a business and I've moved a lot. So yum.

This is where Fordo's Killer Pizza is located. There are spots outside but I didn't venture over there as we chose inside Lots of TV's going, a nice big bookshelf filled with games and beer to purchase. Waited in line to order pizza and then at the bar to order beer. I had a couple samples before I chose the Saison, it was fruity and refreshing. I had my eye on a cocktail, a Paloma made with their Tangerine Radler, which I love, but alas they were out of the radler. They could make it with grapefruit but I pass on grapefruit. We got the confit buffalo wings; the Deluxe pizza was calling my name with its jalapeno and Castelvetrano olives! My husband got his typical pepperoni and sausage. Food came out pretty quick, the wings first. They are so good! Confit makes them easier to eat but the flavor and texture are great. My Deluxe pizza was really good, a lot of char and bubbles on the crust which is what I like on a wood fired pizza! Lots of pepperoni and little cubes of bacon, plenty of olives and jalapeno. The Ranch for the wings is pretty good, a little dilly for me but great for also dipping the pizza crust!

We got a slice of the pepperoni pizza and their pretzel to share. Both came out in a timely manner and both were good. I feel like there might need to be more cheese on the pizza but I could be wrong and that's the style. The pretzel was great and the cheese that came with it was delicious. We will definitely explore more of the menu our next time in as I saw many people with other options that looked just as delicous!

There's a charming patio out front, if you want it. You can settle in for a long dinner, post up at the bar for the night, or grab a quick bite before heading out on the town. Bartenders are warm and approachable, and the in-house mixology is confident without any "we spent 30 hours perfecting this" pretense. The whole experience is like Sam Malone the bartender (save the drama) at Cheers: friendly, self-assured, the kind of place that makes you feel like you could spend all night there without anyone rushing you. We had a Paper Plane and an Old Fashioned -- the latter served over a custom ice cube stamped with a double ax (a nod to the wood fire). The cocktail list leans classic and reliable: if you know you like gin or vodka, you'll find something easy here. The espresso martini is the standout, it works as a dessert drink or any other time of the meal. We started with the Smorgasbord instead of our usual garlic knots (which are their own delicacy), and it didn't disappoint: toasted brioche with mascarpone and strawberry jam, several cured meats (capicola, prosciutto, pepperoni), parmesan, gouda, dried cherries, and chutney. My one nitpick; the pepperoni and gouda were tiny cubes, which makes them tough to grab cleanly compared to the sliced parmesan or rolled prosciutto. In this situation give the man a toothpick. The tallow-fried wings are, in my opinion, the best in St. Louis. The beef-tallow-and-potato-starch breading produces a tempura-like texture and crunch that keeps them light. Adventurous-but-classic sauces, bourbon butter BBQ, buffalo, and pineapple honey habanero (legitimately spicy; bring backup). The wings stand on their own without sauce. For pizza, we got the Napoli (tomato, fresh and smoked mozzarella, arugula, parmesan, black pepper, olive oil) -- her standing favorite. Expect proper Neapolitan: soft center, thin crust, charred crisp edge. Don't lift and bite fold it. (She insists: no fork. I use a fork - I know how dare I!) The pizza menu reads creative but never gimmicky; meat-lovers, vegetarians, vegans, and gluten-conscious diners all have real options. Before Kyle took over, Pizzeoli was known as a vegan-forward spot, and that flexibility lives on. We closed with the seasonal ice cream sandwich, fresh-pressed pizzelle wafers, crème brûlée ice cream, and a torched marshmallow cap. Excellent. A couple of practical notes: they're dinner-only (4-9:30) and the new reservation phone line is a robo call. Easier to use the online waitlist or book online directly. Pizzeoli is dressed-down-or-dressed-up friendly, kid-welcoming, and somehow works equally well for a pre-game stop or your dinner of the week. I've never had a bad dish here, and there are several I come back for specifically -- Lesley for the Napoli, me for the wings. 4.9 stars out of 5. If that toothpick shows up, a perfect 5. ;) Worth the trip across town, an hour drive for a long dinner, if it were open for lunch, the suggestion for two trips in one day would be welcomed or two-days in a row.

Way too many pizza shops are tacky with the same decor thrown around. Pizza via keeps it simple: vibey music, some colorful--yet dimly lit--lights, and the centerpiece: a beautiful pizza oven with a roaring flame adding some extra light. I went on a saturday evening and it looks like folks prefer doing take out from here. But, I dined in. Just 2 fellas were working. They were hanging out having a good time together and I was just chilling soaking in the night. If was bliss. The exterior has some patio seating and the only indication this place is a restaurant is a small neon sign that says "pizza" and guess what-- that is all they need because this place is insane. Okay, obviously I came for the pizza. Expectations: exceeded. This is absolutely some of the best pizza I have ever eaten. They offer a limited menu for their speciality pies which I can appreciate. That means their pies are dialed in and perfected. The king pepperoni is no exception. Insanely light, pepperoni is fatty, and every bite you get a nice bite of that signature pepperoni spice. The crust has a perfect wood fired char that has an insane crunch on the outside, but the inside is still airy and pillowy. Top tier pizza no matter what city you're in. If you're looking for st louis style this isn't it; but it, without doubt, is in contention for best pizza in STL Cant wait to get back and try some of their other offerings!
