I've ordered almost every Friday for 15+ years. Things have changed with the web site that won't let me make comments about the order. (Like do not cut pizza) So I started texting my order with specific instructions. Didn't matter. Some manager said "we missed it". And I ordered 2 orders of boneless wings Hot, but they didn't include the sauce. So I'm done with Jets. I've found another Friday go to. All the best to you. read more

Asked for deep dish pizza with pepperoni, bacon and, turbo crust. The pizza I got looks like I ordered bacon with a side of pizza. There was no seasoning on the crust instead it seems they just put bacon as my crust seasoning. I'm not one to write reviews but this pizza really killed me. read more

Delicious pizza, substantial salad, and hearty cheese bread. This location is professional, provides quality service, and a memorable meal. The pizza toppings are not skimpy which is appreciated while the pizza itself has good flavor in the sauce & dough. The salad is standard fair though is a decent size for a party to split where everyone is able to get 1-2 servings along with the pizza and cheese bread ordered. The cheese bread was heavy yet when paired with the red dipping sauce, filling and enjoyable. Jets is a great place for pizza and can hold its own in the pizza circuit. read more

I want to start off my saying, the usual staff that was there today wasnt there. I have had an excellent relationship with them in the past, as I have custody of my daughter on Mondays. THAT being said; I am a combat Veteran, USMC, served from 2001-2008, in Operation Iraqi Freedom. I have been dealing with symptoms and stressors of ptsd ever since.. While in there today, Monday, the 30th of December, My daughter and I took my service dog in there with me. While waiting for my pizza to Cook, I heard someone in the back mumbling about "Not supposed to be dogs in here, no dogs allowed, there should be a sign on the door" in a real smart ass tone. I waited for my food to come out before I attempted to discuss the situation. I repeatedly asked for the manager, (I will update with his name later) as it was him who made the comment, at this point, I was still at peace. I waited and waited, he then told the young lady he was staying in the back (this is a manager!) that he didn't have time to come out and address my concerns where I was going to inform him the rules and regulations of service animals. He refused to come out, I then said I will refuse to leave and everyone that comes in will know about his complaints. He finally came out and I said "you arent the manager who is usually here, where is the other manager" he wouldn't tell me, then he doubled down and REFUSED TO TELL ME the other managers name, until I told him what my service dog was for. (yes! this is a manager, of a large chain, in 2024!!) Refusing to provide the other managers name to me. Then I started getting Irate as He was questioning my reason for the dog, Now it gets personal because to me, you are questioning my service and my experiences. I started to raise my voice and tell him that he doesn't resrrve the right to do question me when I tell him it's a service animal, While at this point I was raising my voice and using choice language, he then went on to question me as a PARENT because I swore in front of my daughter. Now, YOU REALLY pissed me off, again, I told him I don't play about these issues and of course, just like the manager that hid behind the counter, you know his next move- "i'm calling the police" Okay. I made no threats. My daughter And I left, I will make it a point to contact his boss tomorrow. read more

Always hot and delicious, and service is excellent. Friendly staff, most important. This is one of my favorite pizza chains in this area. We like the Detroit Deep Dish and the regular crust round. I switch between different pizza places, but this one is top notch. On one occasion, they didn't receive my order(I order on their website), and showed up with my confirmation in hand. They never got the order, and made me a new pizza while I waited, no charge. Not their fault, not mine,, and I offered to pay. They wouldn't hear of it. So I put some money in the tip jar, and left a very satisfied customer. They understand customer service. read more

Food is always good, however the service is another thing. I placed an order thru door dash last night. I'm in a walker after brain surgery. I asked that it be left on my front porch. About 45 min. The doorbell rings so I assume it is my pizza being delivered. I started to make my way to the door when I get a call from a jets driver that "per the owner" he is not allowed to leave it. I explained my situation, he replied if I didn't come to the door he would have to take the food back. I opened the door and said, now that you see me can you set it on my porch chair. He did it, begrudgingly. I said thank you which he did not respond to and turn to march back to his car. I tipped thru the app which now I wish I hadn't. $55 for pizza, bread & a salad from #MI-150. I get the instruction was from the owner, but sometimes common sense needs to be used. It's not like I would report him since I asked it to be left in the first Place. read more

I have previously reviewed this Jet's. Their pizza is consistently very good. I tried their new 'text to order' 2 days ago. The manager told me that they never got the order. He said that corporate folks rolled this out before it was ready. So I made the order over the phone the old fashioned way and all went well. Text to order isn't ready for prime time. No fault of the franchise. They were great! read more

Nothing compares to jets - still #1 in fast food pizza. However they're severely overpriced. With more and more pizza shops coming out, they may want to reduce their price or else they'll just keep losing customers to buddy's , the cheaper domino and little ceasar deals, and of course pizza papalis if you really want to eat deep dish with service read more

Just had an unfortunate experience at what was one of my fave go to breakfast places. My daughter and I go in and are immediately seated. A woman I thought was our waitress comes over, brings us water and asks what we'd like to drink. She brings us coffee and hot chocolate and walks off. I thought it was odd but I assumed she was our waitress. I had to go get flavored cream from another table. When I finally get her attention to inform her we were ready to order she said she'd get our server. I watched two other ladies come in, get seated and coffee so damn fast I said they must be regulars! Then the waitress takes their order. Others come in and are seated. Waitress after waitress walks back and forth no one acknowledges us. No order taken. I had several $20s and 3 singles I left the $3 and told my daughter let's go. I DO NOT pay for bad service. I won't be back for a while. Ain't nobody's food that damn good. read more

This is beyond disappointing! I placed my order online. Waited the 30 plus minutes to go and pick it up, when I called to have them bring my order out, some kid picked up and said he would 'check on my order and if it was ready they would bring it out'. I was lacking confidence out of the gate. They were not busy at all. I waited in my car with my toddler for an additional 20 minutes, and finally called back AGAIN! The guy who picked up said he would check on my order, didn't even ask my name and placed me hold 4 times. Then told me they never had my order. You would think they would have told me that the first time I called. They charged my card, so my online order went through. I finally just left. This is the second time this has happened. I ordered pizza on Christmas Eve by phone since text to order wasn't working at this location. I wanted to pay for it in advance, but the woman who took my order refused to take my credit card information over the phone saying "we're too busy right now" and hung up on me. My boyfriend went to pick up the pizza and paid for it. Right after he left, I got a call from them saying that someone picked up my order but "the card didn't go through" so I gave him my credit card information. I called later when we realized we were both charged and both transactions had posted and the manager said that "one would be cancelled within one business day". Neither was cancelled so we were charged twice for the order. Interestingly, they charged slightly different amounts, too. It has been two weeks now and I can't get a manager on the phone to rectify the situation. Total scam. Beware! read more

Today is Christmas Eve so I tried giving the benefit of the doubt but this place is awful. I placed my order 5:45PM I was told 25 minutes. I arrived at 6:15PM sat here for 20 minutes to be told "sorry sir we are just putting your order in the oven right now. Here it is at 6:43PM I am still waiting for my order. I would never recommend this location ever. The Novi (Grand River & Haggerty) is just awful. They put a young kid on the register that has no clue what's he's doing. Every one that comes in he says "what did you have" that's utterly ridiculous. They didn't offer no discount at all the wait. I am writing to jet's corporate office about my experience. This place is dirty. Don't recommend anyone to eat here unless you want hair on your food and rude service. This place is filthy when you walk in and none of the employees where mask or gloves. I tried to get a refund and the idiot tried to give me only half of my money back.... I requested to have my full-amount of money retuned and he gives me extra money "3 cents extra" and says thank you for your time in a really weird way. I have a love-hate relationship with Jets (this location in particular) We order pizza about 2-3 times a month from here as it's closest to our place and usually pretty quick. Thing is, you really have to babysit them on your order if you want anything specific, ie extra toppings, specific crust flavor or extra sauce ...all of which is typical for us. For example, if you want EXTRA SAUCE (I would recommend at this location if you like sauce on your pizza because they are STINGY) you must ask for it "double extra sauce" since that's apparently Jet's vernacular. If you just ask for extra sauce, it's rarely acknowledged. We've tried telling them not to be shy with the sauce (didnt work), then we said go ahead and add lots of sauce to that pie (didnt work either) and then finally we asked their Manager, Phil - good guy - to help us determine what the best way is to communicate our preference. Hence the double-extra-sauce specification. Now, if you are not at all picky with how you like your za, this place is a green light and you'll be happy with your pick. They have fantastic Deep pan pizza and their regular handtossed (with sesame crust! YUM) is amazing. Ask for the garlic dipping sauce for the crust...delightful. I love you, Jets. You are wonderful. I dont mean to be hard on you - but come on fellas. It's pizza. Is it really THAT hard to do? As someone who has worked in the service industry and done her due-diligence dealing with the general public and getting her hands dirty, I can attest to how awful and mean people can be while ordering food. Since I've been on that side of the fence, I am forgiving and usually very, very nice. But when I tip you in your jar tippy-thing and you STILL screw up my order? Not cool, man. Not cool. read more

I ordered from Jets with delivery and the order was correct but they have an application that you can watch your order so it showed my order left Jets pizza and I only live 2 miles from Jets and 20 minutes later I still have not received my order and I called the store and was told my order was out being delivered which I knew. Terrible service. Went inside told them who I was and what I had. 20 minutes later I had to stop a guy and ask him if my order was ready. Yep, it had been in the warmer for 10 minutes. They told me 15 minutes when I ordered but it ended up bing closer to 35 minutes. This is a terrible location and had a lobby full of waiting customers with orders that were not done on time, prepared incorrectly and it sounded like a couple orders were even lost. read more

4 and a half stars? Really! I got the "New York Crust" Pizza. What was it they called it? --- bold?. No relation to New York Pizza, more like a poor relation. I'm being generous. They forgot one of the key ingredients - pepperoni. How can you forget pepperoni pizza on a pepperoni pizza? I thought I would branch out from Domino'e. Big mistake. The crust was even soggy. I hate soggy crust pizza. That is the kind of crust you used to get from a supermarket pizza back in the seventies. Maybe you remember if you are old enough - the kind you get on a wet piece of cardboard. I would have done better with a pizza from Krogers for less money. read more

We ordered pizza last night, and as I don't live near a Jet's (delivered to hotel) I'm not familiar with their menu. Even with being it being a busy Saturday evening my call was answered courteously and my questions answered patiently. We received our pizza sooner then the expected time, piping hot, melty and delicious! It was perfect, and we truly enjoyed it. As we need to return to the area again, this location will be my go to for a satisfying meal. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Jet's Pizza! Every time I call for delivery, they're on time, and get EVERYTHING right! I love it when that happens. Today, I called for a large order for my office and not only did they deliver exactly when I asked, the delivery driver checked through the order with me as we unloaded it. I love when those in the customer service area really understand what serving the customer means. And the pizza ... OMG!! Its always good. I get a BBQ Chicken just about every time and its always yummy, melty and mmmmmm! If you're not a Jet's pizza regular, you should be. This place is one of the best! read more

I have ordered pizza here multiple times before, but after my last experince, i am unsure that is going to happen the guy who took our order was very rude. My boyfriend went to order our pizza while on the phone i had him change our medium pizza to a deep dish, the guy goes."no i cant, because we dont offer medium in deep dish" if he was trying to be scarcastic he definitely did not succeed. When it came time to pay we paid with my debit card my boyfriend was in the process of asking how much id to leave for tip the guy on the phone goes " arnt you going to talk". In my past experiences working in food service you cannot say remarks like those to customers. sad to say may have lost a customer. read more

my boyfriend and i entered this location 5 minutes before they were about to close. i really appreciate the nice service that we received here. everyone knows that if you enter a place before they close, you usually get a nose turned up at you. the worker treated us as if they had just opened, he was so nice and even gave us a better deal than the coupon that we were gonna go for. the pizza was great, he brought it outside for us since we went to wait inside of our car. amazing square pizza, and even better service! thank you. read more
