It's located in a strip mall at Hualapai and Elkhorn, and honestly if you didn't know you could easily miss the store since it's pretty unassuming from the outside, and that would be a shame. It's not a sit down place, it's just for takeout, though there is some limited seating for customers to wait while picking up. There is also plenty of parking available by the store. Their signature phrase is "It's the Crust" and it is really good due to them making it fresh in store rather than using pre-prepared frozen dough. Every pizza I've had from here has been of good quality, with fresh ingredients and perfectly cooked. It is also good value to boot, especially if you pick up rather than getting it delivered. Overall, this is a great local spot, and a step up from the big chains in quality. If you're in the area be sure to give it a try, I don't think you will be disappointed.

First impression? The "extra large" wasn't quite as big as we expected. But honestly, it still ended up being plenty of food for the three of us, so no real complaints there. Now for the important part--the pizza! It was really good. The cheese was generous, melty, and delicious, and the crust had a nice texture with just the right amount of chew. Every slice was satisfying, and it definitely hit the spot. We've tried quite a few pizza places around Las Vegas, and this is easily one of the better ones. No, it's not a corner pizzeria in New York, but for Vegas, it's a solid choice that we'd happily order again. If you're craving a classic, cheesy pizza with a tasty crust, Pizza Guys is worth a try. We'll definitely be back the next time a pizza craving hits!

No one else comes close even if Guy Fierri ate their slop on tv. The service is always friendly and attentive, and they're genuinely great with kids. They have a good kids' menu and make it easy to have a relaxed family dinner. Just really good pizza and a much better experience, unlike those other guys' pizza places who could learn something over here!!

I told him and he said it was normal and just sign. Went home and ate and went to sleep. Got a call at 8:55 then at 9:05 which I didn't see because my phone is on silent and I went to bed. They left a voice mail. Next day early in the morning I had a back procedure early in the morning and I was out of it all day. They called twice again and left a voicemail. Today, I'm back up and running and called them to resolve the issue. Spoke to Brooke and mentioned that it's a bit excessive to call four time and 2 voicemails in a 48 hour period. Give people time to return the call. I get that there was a billing issue but a $65 dollar discrepancy isn't the end of the world. She was quite dismissive with no apology. I gave her my card details and that was it. I get they are closing their locations left and right and maybe $65 is a make a break for them but the whole experience kind of sucks. Too bad as the pizza is decent but considering their service is atrocious I won't be coming back. I paid you what was owed and it was only due to your error this was an issue. An apology would be nice.

The place gives an old, hole-in-the-wallish feel to it. Clean, decent-sized, everything is service-based except for the crushed red pepper on the table such as parm and soda refills. Ordered the 2-slice and a soda special for $7. Added 3 toppings to the slices which brought the price closer to $14. After tip, over $17. The slices I ordered was delicious. Great texture, crispy crust, hearty savory sauce, and good amount of cheese. The topping amount and flavor was on target. I found the customer service to be pretty luke warm at best. It felt like the employees aren't down with providing any added assistance other than taking and serving the customer's order in a deadpan kind of way. Being this establishment is mostly a non self-serve outfit, the operation requires more interaction from employees to make sure the patron is attended to through and through, not just simply the order itself and walkaway. That's just my thought, anyway. I will say that it did improve somewhat towards the end of the experience when asked if wanted a soda refill which I obligingly accepted. All in all, good pizza, price is ok, customer service needs work/revitalization. 3.5 stars.
