The service is absolutely impeccable, like they hired a team of mind-reading pizza angels. The crew is that perfect mix of friendly, fast, and on-it; they anticipate napkins and somehow make you feel like a regular on your first visit. Now, the star of the show: the Cajun Queen. She does not play. Perfectly balanced heat, tons of flavor, and that glorious crust, crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside, like a warm hug with a little sassy kick. It's the kind of slice that has you nodding to yourself like, "yep... that's the one." The wings? Massive. We're talking pterodactyl energy. Saucy in the best way, bring-your-own-bib levels of saucy--and cooked just right. And the homemade ranch... listen. I am not saying I'd drink it, but I did consider writing it a love letter. It's herby, creamy, dreamy, and honestly might be some of the best I've ever had. Dip everything in it. No regrets. Vibes are clean and cozy, the timing is spot-on, and portions are generous enough to earn you elite leftovers. Prices are more than fair for how good everything is. This is the best pizza I've had in a very, very long time. Do yourself a favor: check them out. I'm so disappointed. We've been regular customers for a while. I'm New York born and raised, with a long detour in New Jersey, so I know my pizza. This one is fairly authentic, with some oil dripping off each slice, just like you'd get back east. And I do like that the crust is not overly salty. What gets my ire is the Incredibly Shrinking Pizza. A large pizza used to be 18", and still is, but apparently not in this town, and Red Rock isn't the only culprit. But we got a pie tonight, and when I opened the box, there was space all around the pie. The slices were incredibly tiny. What used to be a meal - two slices, in my memory - was just an appetizer. This was more like a medium. And when we finished, we checked the bottom of the box, which said 16". Where did the other 2" go? I feel gypped. Looks like the owner is just making smaller pies, instead of raising prices, which are already not cheap. I guess if we had ordered a Jumbo, which the menu states is 18", that would have been 16"? Not a happy customer this time. Edit: The leftover single slice fit comfortably into a sandwich baggie, not even quart. Sure says something. I used to freeze leftover slices in gallon bags, and never ordered a jumbo-sized pizza. Jumbo is now the old Large, if it's even that big. read more

Been here 4 years ago with my large family and spent over $120 here only to be disappointed by the mediocrity of the food and rude service. Flash forward to 2026 and stopped in for 2 slices for the lunch special. The man working (possibly the owner) stated he makes his own crust and has been there almost 20 years and tried to imply our family pizza spot we go to now has changed several owners, but funny because the place we frequent is named after the owner! We got our slices and was not offered pepper flakes or cheese. The pizza was dry and flavorless and because the pizza was premade, the sauce had dried up so every bite was like tasting sandpaper because of all the semolina on the bottom. I would pick Red Rock Pizza over the big chain pizzas ANY DAY. And if you have the chance, stop by to sit and eat your pizza fresh out of the oven, in-house. You won't regret it. You get amazing, genuine service and you feel like you're actually in New York eating some great slices of pizza. I've never been to New York, but I'm sure this is exactly what it feels like. The real deal! The thin crust pizza was excellent with a fresh homemade crust and toppings that stood out, especially the chunks of green olives and fresh roasted garlic. No cheap and nasty tomato sauce or jarred condiments here, just high-quality ingredients you can truly taste. The owner was super friendly, genuinely happy to have us there, and took the time to explain how the crust is made with only four simple ingredients. When we told him we were from Illinois and take our pizza seriously, he didn't skip a beat and responded if we weren't 100% satisfied, we'd get our money back. Needless to say, we didn't ask for a refund! The seating area is cozy and perfect for an individual, couple, or small group. Everything was clean, including the tables and restroom. A slice of Pizza in Las Vegas can cost as much as a whole large Pizza back at home, so when we are in Las Vegas, We like to travel to small towns outside of Las Vegas. We visited Red Rock pizza in Summerlin about 15 minutes from the strip. The restaurant was clean. The owner was great, a true New Yorker. The business has been there for 18 years. The pizza was hot and delicious. I highly suggest if you're in Las Vegas, you take a trip over for a good slice of pie at a reasonable price. read more

I wanted to like this place, unfortunately after the third time visit I cannot. I have had two different pizzas from this establishment and they were mediocre at best. Tried again a couple weeks ago, we wanted to try something different. The girl behind the counter was nice, had great attitude and suggested we try a calzone, she attempted to show my wife and I a picture board behind the counter displaying what the calzone looked like, Immediately the cooks yells stop!!! Totally ruined the vibe and we should have left on that note. We decided to order the calzone anyway because the front counter employee was trying. The calzone was a major disappointment, either the cook was in a bad mood or just likes to disappoint customers on purpose? We ordered olives, pepperoni , mushrooms, tomatoes and onions ,all extra. We ordered a pizza this evening that my husband brought home, and before I even opened the box, I noticed a strong sour smell. When I opened it, the scent was even stronger. A couple of people had already started eating, so I didn't want to say anything to influence them. But when I took a few bites, the pizza tasted sour as well. I couldn't finish my slice, and others who tried it also stopped eating. I called Red Rock to let them know and was told they had just shredded the cheese yesterday, so it should have been fine. I explained again that the pizza smelled and tasted very sour, but the person on the phone insisted it had smelled fine when they cut and boxed it. I asked for a refund (and said I could bring the pizza back), but she told me she wasn't authorized to offer refunds and that I'd need to speak to the manager on Wednesday (today is Sunday). She did offer to remake the pizza with the same cheese, but I declined. read more

The methodical patience in preparing a pizza for me that's a tad bit "off the norm" (allergies you know) is always done outstandingly "to order". This place turned out to be one of those "third time's the charm" case. Been craving pizza for a few days, and after striking out with 2 other places in an effort to order takeout pizza, OSP came through. Their pizza is a solid 4/5 - it's their stellar customer service that makes them 5/5. The phone ordering process couldn't have been easier. The guy that answered the phone was friendly and efficient. The pickup process was just as smooth. The cashier girl greeted me promptly and was courteous. We got a 14" custom with pepperoni, sausage and mushrooms, 1/2 no cheese. They got our order right, which was another plus. The husband hates cheese so we always order 1/2 cheese, 1/2 no cheese and it's been a crap shoot as to whether a place gets it right the first time. But then, we've ended up with free pies because of screw-ups where the place will give us the wrong one for free while making another one correctly. The pepperoni was standard but their homemade sausage was tasty! And they cooked the mushrooms to perfection, with nice toasty edges. Been a long time since I had perfectly executed mushrooms on my pizza. The sauce was bright with just enough acidity. Oh, and that dough.... I'm not a huge crust person but their dough is worth the carbs. And, the pizza, with tip, was only ~$25. Happy to add this place to our list of go-to pizza places. read more

We got delivery and it was quick and he was super polite. Place is expensive for its pizza but it is delicious. The Margherita pizza was excellent and we added chicken cutlets which made it even better. The garlic knots were a little tough to chew and the marinara was cold which doesn't work well. Came here for a quick bite for lunch since I've heard great things about this place. It's a small place, but plenty of tables indoors & even outside. They've got a giant menu posted up with the prices blacked out, but good to look at if you want it all in front of you. I ended up getting the chicken parm panini & a drink. Didn't take too long to come out since I was the only customer there. The panini overall was okay. The tomatoes were very vinegary so it overpowered the sandwich for me & i usually like vinegar. Highlights of their menu include: Tiramisu, which has a strong and flavorful espresso taste from the soaked lady fingers. The Cannoli is one of, If not the best I've had. Shell is fresh and crunchy, and filling is delicious. Slight cinnamon flavor from shell. The chocolate chunk cookies is amazing. If you like a cookie with a bit of a crisp bottom, super thick, and a bit "undercooked " gooey center, then this is it. And to top it all off, the ranch is best in town. Heavy on the dill. The salad was lacking dressing so we asked for more. The Caesar flavor just was not there (I consider myself a Caesar salad connoisseur). I would no order the casa er sale again. It was however, enough salad to spot between two. The boba chicken pizza was large enough to split between two people with leftovers, but again the flavor was lacking. It was a great experience. I ordered a pizza and salad from red rock pizza over the weekend and let me tell you it was delicious! I am a huge pizza connoisseur and I'm very picky when it comes to giving good reviews. I got half red rock and half bruschetta and it was *chefs kiss* amazing. I also had a Caesar salad, the Parmesan shreds on top were a nice touch. Unfortunately, to no fault of their own, we ordered take out, so I wasn't able to experience the pizza fresh and hot, but it was still a solid 8.5/10, so I'm definitely looking forward to going back and getting a fresh pie! We used to order pizza from Red Rock Pizza all the time and took a break for a couple years. Things have changed and not in a positive way. We ordered delivery. While convenient that I didn't have to pick it up, the pizza arrived over an hour after ordering and everything was barely warm. The onion rolls were really good. I think it would have been delicious if they were fresh and hot. Mushroom pizza was ok. It was cool upon arrival so the cheese had already congealed and the crust was a bit hard. The Red Rock Supreme pizza had good tasting toppings but again, the pizza was cool upon arrival so it wasn't fresh tasting and the crust was hard and stale. We also ordered a chocolate cookie. We order every single week from Red Rock pizza. Perfection! We order custom pizza and pick it up because we live close by. FYI....you cannot get the same freshness when a pizza is delivered in my opinion. With a closed lid and 30 minutes til arrival, it becomes "steamed" pizza....just like Chinese take out does the same thing. (Crisp veggies become soggy in its container. Customer service is great and flavors are authentic. The Italian sausage is fabulous. TIP.....if you reheat pizza, do it in a large skillet with 1 tablespoon of olive oil....not the microwave. read more
