Pizza Rock never disappoints! The food is always delicious, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying…read more On this visit, our waiter, Aaron T., truly stood out with his excellent customer service. He made us feel welcomed, valued, and appreciated throughout our entire experience. Thank you, Pizza Rock, for continuing to provide not only great food but also outstanding service. Experiences like this are why we keep coming back. We will definitely be back again and highly recommend Pizza Rock to anyone looking for delicious food and exceptional service!

Came in on a Sunday morning for football, that was the first mistake…read more.. The pizza at Pizza Rock is excellent, as always. We ordered the cracker-thin Chicago Classic and a Neapolitan Margherita with pepperoni and sausage. Both were fantastic, and the food itself was exactly what we've come to expect from Pizza Rock. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was extremely disappointing. The service was terrible we were not greeted promptly to be fair no one was and the TV situation at the bar was even worse. When we politely pointed out some flaws with the setup, the bartender became argumentative rather than acknowledging the concerns or trying to make the experience better. "I'm not allowed to change TVs 4x" "managers screwed if all up now I have to fix it" My buddy asked her if the sour was sweet or dry and she basically laughed shrugged, mite as well said I dont FN know.... But the biggest issue was what we witnessed from the bar back wearing a Beckham jersey. He was wearing the same gloves while bussing dirty cups, handling his personal phone checking his fantasy football, and then proceeding to pour drinks for other customers without changing gloves. That's absolutely disgusting and a serious food safety concern. There is no excuse for that kind of cross-contamination, especially in an establishment that handles food and beverages all day. It's frustrating because the pizza is genuinely excellent, but great food doesn't make up for poor service, an unprofessional attitude, and questionable sanitation practices. Pizza Rock is capable of so much better. Hopefully management takes this feedback seriously, because this experience left a very bad impression. Last time I went to GVR location the wood fire oven was down

We ordered like we were feeding a larger family. I stand by our decisions. The mac & cheese bites came in a generous portion and were delicious--a strong opening act for a table with absolutely no intention of pacing itself. The penne alla vodka was a standout. One of the best vodka sauces I've had, with caramelized onions adding sweetness and bacon bringing a savory, smoky edge. Those additions gave the sauce a distinct flavor and made this much more memorable than your standard bowl of vodka pasta. The Boss specialty pizza brought hot honey, chicken, and bacon together for a delicious mix of sweet, spicy, and savory. Appropriately named. I wasn't about to question its authority. But the plain cheese slice deserves its own credit: thin, crispy, and delicious. Specialty toppings are fun, but a simple cheese slice tells you a lot about a pizza place. This one gave me every reason to keep eating. The atmosphere had that classic New York feel, with the added luxury of not having to sit in a stranger's lap. All the charm, a reasonable amount of personal space. Fantastic experience from start to finish. We're already looking forward to going back, and Brooklyn's Best is officially on the short list whenever our Italian cravings hit.

Yes, I could tell you exactly where Secret Pizza is. But that would ruin the fun. Half the charm of…read morethis place is earning your slice, so here's all you get: it's in the Cosmopolitan. Look for an unmarked hallway lined with old record albums. Picture Sinatra-era crooners, a Godfather soundtrack and some Jackie Gleason mood music all staring down at you while you wonder if you're about to get pizza or get recruited into something. Honestly, it isn't that hard to find. Just follow the people eating pizza in a hallway and the line spilling out the door. This is New York-style pizza. I'm a West Coast guy, so I can't confirm it with a New Yorker's authority. What I can confirm is that the crust folds the way it's supposed to: thin in the middle, puffy and blistered at the edge, with a little chew and a crisp underside that holds up to the toppings. You walk up to the counter, look over the glass at a lineup of slices that should be illegal to display to tired people, and choose. Grab a couple of slices or commit to the whole pie. Fair warning: the line moves at its own pace, and a whole pie gets made fresh. If you order by the slice, they take a slice from the display, add whatever toppings you want and put it back in the deck oven to reheat. Either way works. The one rule is to eat it immediately. This pizza is a sprinter, not a marathoner. The pies: * White pizza: This is the specialty, and it earns the reputation. It's a creamy blanket of melted cheese with golden, leopard-spotted bubbles, streaks of herby garlic oil and flecks of green. The crust is burnished and crackly at the edge. It's rich, garlicky and quietly addictive, the kind of slice you swear is your last right before you take another. * Sausage and pepperoni (my personal favorite): Big, glossy pepperoni slices curl at the edges into little cups of seasoned grease, the good kind. Generous hunks of browned, fennel-y sausage sit on top. Every bite is salty, savory and meaty in a way that makes you look at your friends and nod slowly without speaking. * Supreme: This pie is covered edge to edge with pepperoni, sausage, black olives, green peppers, onions and mushrooms. It's the everything bagel of pizza. It's heavy and loud in the best way, and somehow the crust still holds it all together. Seating, sort of... There's no official seating. You might borrow the waiting area for a neighboring restaurant, or stand at outdoor tables (no chairs) that belong to someone else. Again, it's all part of the experience. You're not dining here, you're on a mission. The verdict: Nine of us finished three whole pies at 2 a.m., standing up and laughing, with sauce on our fingers. That's what Vegas is about. If your night doesn't end in a secret hallway with a slice in your hand, did it even happen?

The hype is that this is "hidden" inside the Cosmo. You can easily find it on the 3rd floor down a…read morelong hallway with records hanging on the wall. There was a long line. 5/5 | Absolutely stellar. Worth the drive!…read more Every once in a while, you find a pizza spot that gets just about everything right. This was one of those experiences. I originally stopped in because I wanted to pick up one of their awesome T-shirts. As a Christian-owned business, I appreciate their willingness to share their faith and build a brand around something they believe in. Unfortunately, they were out of the shirts, but that certainly wasn't going to stop us from ordering some pizza! And I'm glad we did. The Grandma's pie was exactly what I was looking for. Beautifully baked rectangular crust, generous toppings, rich tomato sauce, melted cheese, fresh basil, sausage, and those fantastic little pepperoni cups with their crispy, curled edges. Everything worked together without feeling like the toppings were competing with one another. What really stood out was the crust. A good Grandma's pie needs structure. You want that crisp exterior, a satisfying bite, and enough substance to support the toppings without turning into a soggy mess. This one delivered. And then there were the garlic knots! Golden, generously coated in garlic and herbs, with that beautiful buttery finish. Exactly what you want from a good garlic knot. Simple food done right, and the marinara on the side was a welcome addition. One of my biggest tests with takeout is how well the food survives the trip home. I live in Mountain's Edge, so this wasn't exactly a five-minute drive. I'm happy to report that everything held up beautifully. The pizza maintained its structure, the crust was still enjoyable, and the garlic knots were just as inviting when we got home. Pooped it in the oven at 365F for 12 mins and it was like it just came out of the oven at the restaurant! I also appreciate the personality behind this business. Their message, their branding, and the pride they put into what they're serving all contribute to the experience. You don't have to share someone's beliefs to appreciate a business that operates with a clear sense of identity and purpose. All in all, an easy 5 out of 5 for me. I've said before that three stars means I'd eat somewhere again. Four means I'd confidently recommend it. Five means I'd go out of my way to bring someone there. This is a place I'd gladly make the drive for again, and one I'd encourage others to experience. Great pizza, excellent garlic knots, and a business I'm happy to support. Now, just get those T-shirts back in stock!

For dinner, we ordered the Pizza Pie, which was half pepperoni pizza and half calzone stuffed with fettuccine Alfredo. The best part is that you can customize the filling with whatever you like! The portion was HUGE and could easily feed 3-4 people, depending on your appetite. The food was great all around! I tasted a lot of garlic and herbs in the rosemary garlic knots that hit the table hot and with a pillowy interior, and you can top them with whatever you're craving. Don't skip the lemonade - tart, sweet, refreshing, and a little earthy. Service was fun, the food was memorable, and there's a tiny dining room, so reservations help.

The pizza hit just as perfectly as the one in New York. It was cooked with just the right amount of crispiness without burning the top. Served hot and quickly; maybe 10ish mins after ordering. It's still pretty big for 2 to share, so we took a couple slices home; which thank god we did because it was just as good reheating on a pan. It's really cute inside also.
