Very poor customer service. I ordered a pizza and was told a 45 minute wait. Came back and told another 45 minutes. One of the cooks blew up at a customer who was upset about getting different information every time he asked about his order. I ordered through delivery and eat24 provides this service for them. The delivery service was not the problem. I had ordered wings with ranch and the ranch did not come. The salad I got was basic but tasted good and was just what I was looking for. The wings were a different story. They tasted like they had been sitting out for a while after being cooked and someone reheated them in the microwave. They were mealy and greasy. There was no flavor to them. What an amazing experience. Used a Groupon so wasn't sure of the reception, instead we got the best customer service using a Groupon I have ever received! We ordered a large pepperoni pizza, extra mozzarella, BOLD pepperoni, with hand toss, hot wings and WOWOW!!! From the super friendly service (who KNEW WHO WE WERE!!), to the HOTTEST, perfectly cooked, most delicious wings I have ever had from a pizza restaurant, (and I am a WING FANATIC!!) to the absolutely perfectly cooked pizza pie, we were amazed. Please leave these hard working employees (in a SUPER HOT OVEN place) a great tip. They totally made our first night here in Destin a great experience. Can't say enough good things about Jet's Pizza! We just got into Destin for Spring break and it was our first time trying Jet's. We were pleasantly surprised: most importantly, the kids LOVED it!!! The signature thick crust was fluffy, the pizza had the perfect amount of cheese, but the best part was the crust was crunchy. It's like no other pizza I've had (and I've had a lot of pizza). Horrible customer service, I placed an order through Yelp at 8:30pm and I called to confirm around 8:55pm, the guy made me wait for 10 min on the phone and when he finally answered they couldn't find the order and told that they couldn't take any orders beyond 9pm. That's BS! read more

I want to rate this place higher because I love their food but last time I checked whenever you leave a tip in store ( This doesn't include delivery drivers only when you physically walk into the store ) the store owner/operator keeps it. This is absurd considering that on a busy night they would probably make at least 50-80 dollars a night, let's just say 300 dollars a week. This money should be going to the hard workers making 8.50 an hour not the owner who's already making his fair share. If anyone has heard that his policy has changed I'd love to know. read more

Just ordered a medium pizza and a small salad. Somehow amounted to $18, cool, whatever. Took just under 2 hours to be delivered, my pizza was cold, they forgot my dressing, no utensils, and I was charged for the extra side of ranch that they also forgot. I've gotten better service from dominos for half the price. Gourmet pizza my butt. Just give me my money back. read more
