Horrible experience! We love Jets back home but this was awful. We ordered online and our total was $52.40 and the driver hands us a receipt charging us $57. The food was 35 min late and all cold. Ordered a Cesar salad with 2 dressings and got a Greek salad with one. The driver was so out of it and caused a seen at our hotel. My first experience with Jet's Pizza was a free sample at the Destin Beer Fest. As you can imagine, I was more-than-slightly-tipsy, and raved about how amazing it was so much that my guy and I ended up buying ourselves a pizza for dinner. (In retrospect, I think he was hoping the carbs would help sober me up... No such luck. The last time I lived in Destin this place had recently opened up. The pizza was a top 3 in Destin at that time. The whole pie was delicious all the way through the moist fluffy edge of the crust. We moved back recently and was so excited to sink my teeth in a med hand tossed Super Supreme specialty pizza. Honest is was a bit like card board and the crust was dry and hard thru the crust. So disappointed to see one of the best pizza recipes crash and burn. Maybe a change in ownership or cutting corners. This pizza is so-so. I got a small cheese thin crust ($7.41) which they cut into 12 small squares, and they aren't kidding it is extremely thin. I've tried their deep dish before which is what Jet's is known for (according to them) and it is much more flavorful than the thin crust however very greasy. I ate the entire pizza all by myself and I was still hungry...this girl can eat! All in all not my first, second or third choice for pizza in Destin. I only like a thin crust type of crust and I am so happy I found Jet's. They have so many different combinations to try but the veggie is for sure my fave. They also have fresh salad options that isn't just iceburg lettuce and cheese but actually has vegetables and romaine. I have done takeout and delivery and it's always fast and delicious. Breadsticks are a must as well. Even in awful summer Destin traffic, we had super quick delivery by Dan who was so friendly and helpful. Great! We ordered an 8 side Jet 10 pizza, Hawaiian pizza, cheese sticks, cinnamon sticks and 3 orders of wings to feed 9 people and it was all absolutely great. The Jet 10 was loaded with ingredients and not skimping at all. We ordered the crust regular (not well baked or light baked) and it was baked and crispy edges and bottom and that perfect crisp. The cheese sticks are on the same crust and crunch as the 8 side and was very good and cheesy. All 3 of our orders of cheese sticks were different flavor. BBQ(sweet baby rays), Honey BBQ and Mild Buffalo. The mild buffalo was barely warm to me but hot to the others. The wings were good but in my opinion all chicken wings are the same. The cinnamon sticks were great and hard to say they were our favorite but all the food was great. I highly recommend this place and will be adding it to our annual vacation place of where we need to eat. Thought Jet's sandwiches looked pretty good so I went online and ordered a Pepperoni calzone that they call a boat or something. Waited about an hour and a half and still hadn't received my order so I called and asked about it and was told, "After checking with our dispatcher, it looks like your order should arrive momentarily". Another hour passes by and we are 2.5 hours since ordering. I called again and the same lady told me that they had the order marked for pick up. I asked her why she told me an hour and a half ago it would be delivered momentarily and she said she wasn't sure what was going on or why it was still there. I verified the order confirmation email had my address and the estimated delivery time was 8:04. They never made any attempt to make it right or even offer to actually deliver the I'm sure now stone cold pizza. They clearly had no interest in trying to make sure I ever order from them again and that's just fine because I now know what kind of establishment they are running and have no interest in ever ordering from them again. read more

We got cheese sticks, pizza, wings, and cinnamon sticks from here. We didn't eat it right away but when we did it was decent. I even liked the marinara on my cheese sticks and I usually don't like that. The pizza we got was the wrong one we ordered but that was Grubhubs fault and not there's. The cinnamon sticks were the best and I ate most of those by myself. My husband enjoyed the wings, bread sticks, and some of the pizza. We didn't like the pizza since it wasn't the one we ordered and we don't care for the type that was received. They were very helpful on the phone though when we asked about it. We discovered Jets about 2 years ago when we moved to Santa Rosa Beach. Well worth the drive for the Detroit style pepperoni, as well as the everything. I've lived all over the country, even Chicago. Have heard of but never had Jet's Pizza...needed to grab a quick bite with my kiddos, so we stopped in. We got the slice combo and it was so delicious! This pizza is legit. We arrived in Destin late Saturday afternoon, and weren't really in the mood for a huge meal. After reading some other reviews online, we decided to give Jet's Pizza a try...and OMG so glad we did! We ordered the Super Special and a garden salad. The pizza was HUGE - each slice was a delicious treat, a party in my mouth. The toppings were fresh, the cheese was gooey, and the crust was delightful. The salad was very fresh and had lots of goodies in it - and very large in size, despite ordering the smaller size. Delivery to our condo was reasonable, and the Delivery Specialist (what is the proper term for them these days?) was very friendly and easy to joke around with.
