It has a decent pizza for $10/slice, and the ambiance is great. The ceiling tiles are metal for a double thick barrier, so no cell service there. That being said it has so much overtones of New York it seems overtly Italian, when everyone in there is not. They would be better off serving oxtails. It's gauche. As a New Yorker, I have been the original location and I have to say they did a great job mirroring the quality of the pizza here in FL from NYC. The caesar salad was my favorite - then dressing mix was just right and the perfect amount of anchovies. I would request no parmesan next time, that was too much for me but I didnt mind this time. The pizzas are quite thin, for a group of four of us we had two 18-inch pies and fully finished every last bite. It was delightful, plenty of fresh greens and vegetables, loaded with olives and feta. Dressing was a light oil vinaigrette which we probably should have ordered on the side. The edges of the pizza were perfect, the bottom was toasted nicely, but the middle was sloppy and wet. The other thing that seemed a little off was the cheese - there was very little. I'd call it sparse. The proteins were of good quality, they just needed to be dialed back and arranged better. Service was good and ambiance was first rate. It is a cute place worthy of having superb pizza. I was disappointed in my choice. Will go back, but will modify my order. Pizza, salad, 2 diet cokes and tip ran $70. We tried this place for the first time. We ordered two different pizza with our own toppings. The place has enough seating inside and some outdoor seating as well. We were seated right away and didn't have to wait. We tried their pesto and traditional pizzas and I liked the pesto one better. You can always order the marinara sauce on the side to go along with your pesto pizza, if needed. We also ordered their house salad with chicken. Hard to miss on pizza... but it happened tonight. First, this was likely good because we were aiming to eat our feelings, and this kept us from doing that, at least calorically. Crust and dough make the pie, and this was far more tearing doughy cardboard than anything. Big fail. Second, we may have missed the fine print on the arugula and prosciutto but it must not include any sauce. Just dough, light cheese, and the above. My mom and I stopped by this restaurant before heading to the Carole King musical. We started with the bruschetta trio and ranch salad, both of which were amazing! We really wanted to try the pizza, but unfortunately, we didn't have time while we were there, so I placed an order for pickup at 9:30 PM. While enjoying the musical, I received a call at 8:30 PM informing me that my pizza was ready. I mentioned that my pickup time was 9:30, and the server assured me that it would be ready at the requested time. Once the show ended, we headed over to pick up the pizza, which was just two minutes from the theater. To our disappointment, the pizza was very cold and clearly had been sitting there since the earlier call. Given that this place has been rated the best pizza by Food Network, my expectations were quite high. Unfortunately, this experience did not live up to them, and I won't be returning. read more

We both opted for the Dessert Trio I had Cannoli, Tiramisu, and New York Cheesecake and he had the same except he chose the Oreole Cheesecake. Our meal was absolutely amazing! The calzone were dope, and those cannoli were oh my god delicious! Was it unfair to ding them so hard for the wait and the reception? We saw this place being announced on a billboard coming in from Destin & thought we'd give it a try. The pizza was so yummy! It had a great taste and I can see why it was voted best pizza! The service was wonderful, we can in at 8pm and were seating quickly and our food was brought out to us quick! Our waitress was a sweetheart and was very helpful! Our server was also the bartender and a greeter. They were a tad short staffed on the Saturday we went. It was 2:00 in the afternoon and it was just a little busy. I've eaten here several times and it was great. Last night I picked up my pepperoni pizza and the box felt almost empty. I got home and opened what was the worst pizza I've eaten in my life. The crust was rdo tough you could not eat it. The tablespoon of sauce and limited were baked so long that they were hard. Forget the pepperoni. As someone who loves pizza and often makes it at home, this looked like a pizza that had been left in the oven since yesterday and put in a box today. You're never greeted and there's no one at the host stand. So we're all collectively standing there as servers go by without an acknowledgement. At least sorry we'll be right with you. I work at a food business as well and I understand how stressful it is but at least say something especially when the servers are always staring. We decided to try Grimaldi's Pizzeria for dinner. We drove up and there was plenty of parking. When we walked in someone told us that they would be with us shortly. The restaurant is bright and open. The bar was open to the outside which I thought was cool. There was seating inside and outside. We chose to sit inside and were seated shortly after walking in. Then our waiter came over and greeted us and asked about our drink order. He was very friendly throughout the meal. We ordered some water to drink and then looked at the menus. When our waiter returned he took our order. I chose the BBQ Chicken Pizza. After taking our order the waiter checked in on us multiple times. We got our pizzas at different times but that was okay. They placed my pizza on a pizza stand. I could see the heat coming off of it. I grabbed two slices and began eating. This pizza was really good. It was very flavorful. I could taste all of the ingredients. The crust was not thick or thin it was perfect, the chicken was tender, the cheese was melted, the bacon was very tasty and spread throughout, the onions that were on top tasted sweet and the BBQ sauce was very good. It was a delicious pizza. Overall the dining experience was positive. I'd return in the future if we are back in the area. read more
