I think Jets is a cut above most pizza places. My wife and I ordered the 8-square pizza and it was pretty good. I think I prefer my crust thinner, but what I ate was great pizza too. I plan to try their thin crust pizza in the near future and have high hopes it'll be just as high in quality as the thick crust, while satisfying my preference for thin crust. read more

Yo fam! This place has a got a few fan. I didn't used to like deep dish pizza all that much but I've turned over a new leaf thanks to this place. What a decadent and delectable delight! That turbo crust tho! STRAIGHT FIRE! Do not ever get pizza from this place without turbo crust people! You'll live the day to regret it. That crust is slathered with butter, garlic, parmasean cheese and baked to crispy perfection. Takes the pizza to a whole another level of crispy crunchy buttery heaven. Forget being health conscious and take a chance, fam - let today be your cheat day. I ordered an extra large half buffalo ranch chicken and half Eugene's supreme pizza. The deep dish pizza was a nice refreshing breath of fresh air from the usual round pies I usually eat at Domino's or Papa John's. Absolutely delicious. I savored every bite. Totally recommend this place if you want to get transported to deep dish turbo heaven! Boo yah! read more

Have honed in on our favorites. You have to try the cauliflower crust, it is amazingly good. Did a build my own this time with their ranch sauce, bacon, chicken, and tomatoes and it was highly satisfying. We've decided that the Four Corner Pizza, when we do another small pizza, is enough for us and that a single topping on that detroit-style Four Corner is more than sufficient. Not a fan of the bold pepperoni. It curled too much and got a bit charred for my liking but the regular pepperoni is perfect on that pizza. read more

I feel bad leaving a negative review. But the pizza isn't very good. We've been trying new places since our usual pizza pick has been in the news for some questionable comments. This place didn't hit the mark. My kids love pizza but only ate a bite or two and said they didn't like it. I agree. I found the pizza generic and rubbery. I would have been better off getting frozen pizza from the supermarket. Pizza lover should pass on this place. read more

Makes good pizza, lunch special has been a fave of mine since they opened. Today I walked in wearing a mask, and was asked to go outside. I gladly obliged and took my business elsewhere. Dont want me to come in? No prob. Wont do that ever again read more

Just tried this place since I was in the area. Was pleasantly surprised! I got a 4 corner pizza with turbo crust. It was crispy and yummy! I have never had Detroit style pizza before and now I am a fan. read more

Pizza heaven for anyone who appreciates deep dish and lots of crust. I always get the turbo crust which has cheese, garlic and butter all mixed perfectly. They have specials so be sure to ask or check online. These pizzas even taste great as left over and for that reason, I tend to order an extra large. read more

Not my kinda pizza spot but it gets a lot of traffic. The pizza ingredients seem to have a lot of filler in them, low quality. Sorry but from the two I had I wasn't impressed. I'd rather have Pizza Hut or Dominos any day ‍ read more

The food is terrible the bartender is rude don't waste your time going to this restaurant there are a lot of better options in the neighborhood. read more

Pizza is good. Very good. Have I had better? Yes. But I've definitely had worse. This is good pizza. Fast., quality is Consistent. Great pizza for the price. read more

Great! I'm from south Michigan and have eaten Jets hundreds of times. I asked for well done with light sauce (how I always do it back home) and it came out perfect. read more

Finally. Finally. FINALLY! I have found an amazing pizza in this wasteland we call Cary. Tried the 4 corner Detroit style with turbo crust today. It was amazing. Sauce is special - sweet, tangy and just the right amount. The crust is spectacular! Takeout process was super easy and the staff was very friendly. Thank you, Jet! I'll be a regular for sure and looking forward to trying out your other pizza varieties! read more

I tried Jet's for the first time tonight. I liked the deep dish, 8-corner cheese pizza I ordered through their online system. It reminded me of old school Little Caesar's square pizza from the early 90s. The sides were caramelized and crispy. The bottom was crunchy and the dough was pillowy. I did order lite cheese because I like more sauce than cheese. The cheese wasn't the worst and wasn't the best; I found it a bit oily. Very impressed that upon pick up I was told it may be a few minutes. They explained the cheese had burned a bit so they had already started a new one for me. They offered for me to take the burned pizza as well, but it was a little too brown for me and I really didn't need two pizzas. I thought it was great customer service that they didn't try to pass off a ruined pizza as their best product. I will definitely order again! read more

You can always count on Jets for a good pizza at the right price. Try the veggie pizza - delicious

Favorite pizza place and I have tried quite a few. I have ordered delivery twice and had the same great pizza, breadsticks and cinnamon sticks! read more

We love their 4 corner pizza and their gluten free pizza is super yummy We totally recommend this place don't let the outside throw you

YUM! We ordered delivery (delivery fee of $3) and got the large deep dish veggie pizza with the turbo crust and a greek salad. Both were fantastic! My boyfriend and I loved the pizza and got about 3.5 meals out of it. When having lelftovers, we just heated it up in the microwave and the crust was still crispy and the whole pizza was yummy! The crust is hard to explain but it's both doughy and crispy and just simply the best! Also, the delivery said it would take at least 45 minutes and they came within 20 minutes! read more

Deep dish WIN. North Carolinians don't appreciate deep dish, and that is a shame. The outer crust is crunchy, but the bulk of the crust is chewy and soft. It's really good, and the price is right... especially as coupons are readily available. read more

I'd say Jet's a step up from other chains, but certainly not the best pizza I've ever had. They have lots of options and I really liked the deep dish*. Service was good and makes for an inexpensive family meal that should please everyone! *Disclaimer: I've never had "real" deep dish, so I have no idea how it compares. Just stating that I liked it! read more

I've been trying to fill this void that I've had since I ate pizza in buffalo. Well, I'm glad to say I've found that place. The 8 corner pizza with bold pepperoni definitely is that. We also got some cinnamon sticks, and they were actually pretty good. I gotta say tho, the wings, we're not so good. They were extremely small and a few of the wings didn't have much, if any, sauce on them. All in all it was very good and we will definitely return for the pizza. Cause in the words of Meat Loaf - two out of three, ain't bad. read more

I ordered 8"corner cheese pizza based on 4 stars review to try it out. My pizza was burnt and it tasted weird. Just bad :(

Jet's Pizza - How I feel @ Jets! - Pizza Near Me - Cary, North Carolina

Excellent slightly crispy crust. Soft and delicious center. Delicious taste. This is how pizza should be, not these tasteless thin flatbread type deals that most places are churning out and calling " pizza." Thin pizza is awful, I don't even know why anyone eats that terrible thin stuff. Try it today- you won't be sorry! read more

Jets pizza...oh how I have loved you. WHAT HAPPENED? Is there new management? A whole new staff? Ugh. The pizza is delicious, I'll give you that. This is why I have continued to order it, but I'm done. I literally just created a Yelp account so I could do this review. I've called multiple times to let the manager now, my topping are NEVER correct anymore. I'm even super friendly when I call, as I just want to bring it to their attention so they can fix it. I dont want free food.....I want what I ordered. I ordered again tonight, annnnnnd it's wrong. It still tastes good, but it's too expensive to not get what I want. We had a good run Jets. Thanks for the delicious pizza over the years. I hope you can get it back together. read more

The absolute worst young managers in Cary .For 3 weeks straight had to send my order back .Chicken Wings Not cooked through .Pink on the inside I explained to them I eat my wings blackened Manager gets on the phone and try to tell me well we did what you asked .I said no take them back and run them through again .She goes on to say well we turned the temp all the way up .SMDH don't cook my wings by temp GET THEM DONE that's it .She tried to explain instead of saying sir Return them and we will make them right.Have lost my business For sure ... read more

If you are looking to dive face first into deliciously unhealthy, cheesy, buttery sin, this is where you want to order your slow death. The deep dish with onions is what we get, and turbo crust is a must. Just do it. You can't go halfway at Jets, thinking you'll escape with your dignity if you save a few calories. Jets is for people who want to give up the diet for a night to get lost in blissful buttery garlicky crust. No one will judge if you say no to dinner out with friends on Saturday night in order to sit in your underwear on the couch with a box of Jets on your lap. I promise once you learn to shut out the guilt it tastes a whole lot better. You've got tomorrow night to eat salad. You do you. read more

I have to say, I was extremely surprised by the quality and quantity of this incredible pizza. I was not a fan of traditional pan/ thick pizza but Jet's rocks! For the value, you cannot beat their offerings. We ordered two pizzas- bbq Hawaiian and Chicken Parm and both were fantastic. Needless to say but we will certainly be ordering again and again!! read more

Long-time Chicago resident, 'deep dish' is mostly crust and a topping of cheese. It's not a what you'd expect but tastes OK. The place is pricey for pizza. If you require delivery, be ready for their "$3 Delivery Fee" which is a rip-off. Here is the real rub! Drivers say that the Jet's company keeps 1/2 that fee but still pays drivers less than min wage? Driver say they hope to make up to min wage with tips from delivery? You take a $1.50 delivery fee, still pay drivers below min wage, and then I tip the driver because he's not even getting min wage. I'm paying $6-7 extra to get a pizza to my door. read more

Would give 0 stars if possible. Spent 8 minutes on the phone giving the employee my address for delivery. EIGHT MINUTES. After repeatedly spelling the street name with no response, he asked me if I could spell it for him. All to find out, they no longer deliver to this address even though we've had delivery from this location not too long ago. When I asked when their delivery radius changed, it was as if I was asking the question in another language and I received no coherent response. For the love of god, have someone that can articulate and converse with someone if they are going to answer the phones for your business. Eight minutes to find out they can't deliver. Get mediocre delivery elsewhere. read more

Best sicilian pie for a chain I have ever had. I highly recommend as a native New Yorker finding good silician is a challenge in NC.

Jet's serves Detroit-style pizza, as well as "regular" pizza. I've never had the "regular" pizza, but the Detroit stuff is authentic--think Buddy's or Shields, if you're from the Detroit area. What this means is, as several reviewers have said, is that the crust is thick, crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Toppings are also good, but the crust is what it's all about, and they get it right. I especially recommend the 8-corner pizza, which is baked in two small pans instead of 1 big one, so you get twice as many corner pieces. My guess is that all of the negative reviews are for the thin-crust, and all the positive reviews are for the deep dish. If they sold Vernors or Faygo as well, I'd move in next door. read more

I'm a Midwest transplant and have so been missing Detroit style pizza! I absolutely do not like wood fired or New York style pizza and unfortunately for me that is the most common type of pizza style I've found here in NC. We were so excited to try this place. The owner of the franchise happened to be there and he was incredibly friendly. THe cinnamon bread sticks were some of the best I've had! Thank you! The pizza was really good although I prefer it to have cornmeal on the bottom of the crust and the edges to be more cooked/Caramelized (ok kind of burnt). Our hometown place was more of a hand crafted pizza place and the prices reflected this but it tasted out of this world! This pizza was a good reminder of home for a lot less money. Cons were as mentioned and it was also far from home. It's carry out/delivery only so of course it wasn't as hot as we would have liked. read more

Having picked up there multiple times now, I finally feel compelled to leave a review. The pizza is great; some of the best around. The people are also very nice. However, each of the three times we have picked up pizza there, we've had issues. An extra 30 minute wait time....Lost order and had to make the pizza after we arrived....Forgotten ranch.....etc. Maybe we were just unlucky. Either way, great food but its not been a smooth process. read more

My favorite pizza in the area by far. I always get the deep dish square. Those are the pizzas that really set them apart from other pizza chains in the area. The BBQ chicken and supreme varieties are my two favorite and the BBQ chicken is the best I've ever had. read more

The pizza is delicious as always but the staff could use some training. Ordered a pizza online for pickup. The two people at the front counter spent the time deep in conversation with each other and paid little attention to us. I had ordered a Pepsi to go with our order but forgot to tell my husband. The person taking our money must not have noticed because we did not get our Pepsi. If I had been there I would have asked for it but really shouldn't have to. Like I said the pizza is good but some customer service training would not be a bad thing. read more
