Full disclosure, I'm an NY-style pizza kind of girl. Chicago-style is a very distant second place. Detroit-style isn't usually even on my radar, mostly because it reminds me of those rectangular pizzas they served in school cafeterias in the 90s. But we thought we'd give this Detroit-style pizza place a shot. Got it to-go, easy enough placing an order and they had a deal to choose an extra topping. Of course, opted for "extra cheese". And Jet's certainly delivered on the extra cheese, omg! Most places skimp on the extra cheese request and give what looks like normal cheese, but Jet's totally gave us EXTRA, it was noticeably generous and delicious! So as I mentioned earlier, I'm not a fan of thicker crusts in general. Jet's crust had a crunch at the very bottom and all around the edges, it was pretty heavily oiled and almost buttery and crisp, but right above that crunchy layer, it was soft like a Krispy Kreme donut. Definitely a unique texture profile. Even reheated, the pizza kept its crunchy base and pillowy soft center. So while they haven't converted me into a Detroit-style crust person, I do absolutely love that when you tell Jet's you want your topping to be extra cheese, man do they deliver!! It is ok- great pizza in this area is hard to find- but this place will do in a pinch. the staff is all young and eager to get the order right and fast- The price is also right- I would suggest always asking for the pizza be it a slice or a whole pie to be cooked well done- It helps a lot. read more

This is the first time in a long time that I have been to Jet's pizza here in Brevard, and I am impressed. Ordered a Detroit style pizza and a greek salad and they were great. My wife said that the greek salad was one of the best she ever had, and loved that the feta was throughout rather than just on top. Growing up in Michigan (many years ago now, lol) the pizza brought back memories to me, and loved the taste of all the ingredients. Definitely a pizza spot I will be returning to the next time I have a pizza craving. read more

Jet has the best Detroit style pizza I have ever had. They are hands down better than Pie Squared which isn't bad. I get the Jet 10 and my wife gets the Veggie and we are both blown away every time! Our go to for quick pizza in Brevard. Big Mike's is probably our second favorite. I really like jets wings. Way better than the other pizza joints around town. They also make huge salads that are great too with phenomenal ranch dressing. Employees are always nice and they have a couple tables out back with umbrellas. read more

On our last order, we lacked an item and upon realization, gave them a ring but requested we get it on the next go around. They assured us they'd make a note for next time. UNRELIABLE! Do not count on this crew for getting your pizza to you when promised. I had THREE contacts with Jets Pizza trying to ensure my order would be ready for an important meeting (the first when I ordered the pizza the evening before I needed it, the second a reminder at lunch time of the day I was to pick it up, the third a reminder one hour before it was due). Despite three requests that my pizza be ready to go at 5pm, when I arrived, it was half an hour behind schedule and way too late for me to be able to get it to the meeting at the time it was needed. Due to the nature of the meeting, showing up late with pizza would have been disruptive and unprofessional. The result was the large group at the meeting did not get the pizza they were promised. On top of this, when I called afterwards to speak with the manager she was extremely rude and defensive and had the nerve to tell me she was sorry I had ordered the pizza at the wrong time, accusing me of being the one who had screwed up the order. I absolutely asked for it to be ready at 5pm (three times) and they absolutely didn't have it ready until 5:30. I recommend trying a more reliable and respectful pizza business than this one. read more

Terrible experience. Call in for delivery and they said it would be here in 45 minutes to an hour. 1 hour and 15 minutes later they called and said they were just now leaving jets. I live 6 minutes from jets and it took 20 minutes for the pizza to arrive and it was very cold and poorly made and they did not apologize or show any concern. Three delivery experiences in a row were very inadequate. The first one, I added an additional dipping sauce for our jets bread...this meant I didn't get the pizza sauce??? Where do they charge you an additional .75 for a tiny cup of garlic butter and not give you the stuff that typically comes with the item? The second time, the delivery guy was AWFUL, anything but friendly. I tip, always. I've been in the food business for 13 years, so I tip. He didn't get a tip only because he pretty much tossed the food and ran. This last one was my last straw. I ordered online as usual. The ONLY good thing about this experience was the delivery guy. (New dude of course, the other anti-social guy has been at jet's for 10ish years I'd say so he should have known better) Out of the two subs I ordered, one was messed up and the other wasn't even in the bag. The delivery guy called the store and they told him they had put it with another order. He apologizes about five times. He returns promptly with the two subs, both are correct...but now we don't have the dressing that comes with them. Delivery guy was embarrassed, he apologized again and seemed baffled that they couldn't even get a remake correct. I told him it was okay, that he needed to tell whomever was running the show tonight that this was ridiculous BUT he was excellent. He grinned and said thank you. I wouldn't waste your time here, unless you dine in...that way you don't have to wait an extra 20min to get the rest of your dinner. read more
