Once you pass by their amphitheater you went down this trail towards a little river and we went farther still and there was this whole field of yard games and tables that you could sit and enjoy right next to the rushing river (French Broad River) . The person who handled the call said they were the one who delivered the order, and they would never take a slice of anything containing jalapeno peppers. Um, okay. Great. For a franchise that enjoys a monopoly on pizza delivery in the Etowah area, one would hope they would do right by their customers. In the past, they have and have done so quite well. Tonight, they not only dropped the ball, they spiked it. Normally I would give this particular location/franchise a 5 star review as all other orders have been spot on. Unfortunately, this experience has provided me a poor experience. I write this not necessarily to complain, but to inform management (or franchise owner) of this negative experience, considering their investment and reputation. At least the seven of the eight slices of pizza were good.
