Our rental had a theater-sized TV which made escaping college football tough. Rather than a downtown trip, we stayed out but needed lunch/dinner. A Yelp check should APC an easy drive away. One call took care of three pizzas and a salad. A 20-inch meat lovers disappeared quickly. The Buffalo chicken barely did. The cheese will be dinner -- or breakfast. This used to be one of my favorite pizza places in the area, but the last couple of times we have tried to go have been disappointed. I went there with a friend yesterday and tried their white pizza. I didn't have the Alfredo sauce and had the.tomato sauce with mozzarella cheese, spinach and added pepperoni. It was so delicious with its thin crust. The crust is a mixture of crunchy with chewy quality, so good!! I'll be returning and will try it with the Alfredo sauce next time! read more

This pizza lived up to its name. Absolutely amazing! The pineapple on the bacon pineapple pizza tasted fresh and sweet. The cheese pizza had the perfect blend of cheese. What a weird little spot to find a place selling pizza. This is off a main road in a parking lot located in a trailer. Yes, pizza to go in a trailer! I have a high barometer for pizza places, since I'm from Chicago, and living in North Carolina over a year now, good pizza has been hard to find. Amazing Pizza, was well, amazing, they did a great job with a thin crust style pizza....we had it loaded with delicious veggies and sausage.... It was outstanding! I'll be back! read more

I'm sorry. I wanted to like this place, but I can't based on my experience. I will say we were only there once, but hard to try it again based on our first time. First it's a shack on the side of the road. Easy to miss it. No real place to eat your pizza. That's fine if the pizza is amazing. Unfortunately the pizza was very mediocre, tiny and expensive. I know these "fancy" small pizzas are all the rage right now, but this was at another level, in as bad way. It was the smallest pizza we have ever had anywhere. The ingredients all tasted like they were decent on their own, however they did not go well together and the ratios were off it was also on the undercooked side. I'm glad we only got one to try it and planned to get another if it was decent. Ended up just going somewhere else. read more

I just spent the weekend in Mills River and we had Amazing Pizza for dinner both nights! The pizza lived up to its name. We ordered the margarita and the greek and both we really exceptional. The pizza was so good that on Saturday when we were heading back to the rental, we ordered the Greek again even though we just ate ate at a brewery and weren't even hungry. Also, they are cranking these pizza out from a little trailer/food truck in a parking lot. Highly recommend. read more

This is an interesting place - not sure how else to say it. This is a food truck/ trailer which has taken up permanent residence along the road. The family owned operation is clean, efficient and high on service. The pizzas are great and worth a drive to pick them up. The easy online interface makes ordering simple and straightforward. We ordered a supreme pizza with no onions and a spinach/ tomato/ sausage pizza. Both were good but the supreme was great! I'm looking forward to trying the Greek pizza next time. read more

Best pizza in Hendersonville, or at least right up there with West First. Different styles, both amazing! This is a new growing family business and I'm impressed with the quality. They keep the toppings simple, as it should be! I have always LOVED thin crust pizza and this pizza reminds me of when I visited Europe. This pizza is good if it's the kind you like. Fresh ingredients, wood fired and the atmosphere is very casual. It is, after all a food truck inside a building. Nice people working there and very busy- a lot of people coming in to eat just before closing time. I ordered a supreme. The sauce is a bit sweet and bitter at the same time (oregano, I think). It's probably just me, but I didn't like the taste of the Italian sausage. There's plenty of cheese though and lots of other toppings to choose from. And who doesn't like a wood fired crust?! The amazing thing about this pizza joint is how they can make such good pizza in the back of a tiny sprinter van. My sister had this truck come out to her wedding venue to serve pizza for the first day of her wedding weekend. They had a few different choices to pick from and everything was delicious. I particularly liked the white pie. They have different pizzas all the time so you may never get the same pizza we had that day but I'd highly recommend anything they sell. The slices are big and well made. The sauce is not to sweet and the crust is one of the best I've had down south and is a great NY style crust. If you're near this truck go get it! read more

So, I never really mark anything 5 stars but this is about as close as I could come before giving it the 5th star. Let me start by saying I understand that why this pizza won a pizza contest for best pizza. I ordered a 1/2 margarita and 1/2 Hawaiian pizza. The pizza was fantastic! The crust was think and crispy. The sauce was chunky and acidic. The basil had a great taste. The Hawaiian pizza was great from the other person that ate it. (Pineapple on pizza...I think not!) The staff was friendly and hospitable. The only negative I have is that the place is in an old tire shop and the parking is really bad. Also, I'd like to see the addition of a soda fountain. It would definitely add value to the customers and the business. It's a very bare location. As they grow I expect the location to grow with them.
