Acropolis Supreme (GF crust, non-dairy cheese)
    Luca D.

Service and ambiance worked out well as I only had to wait 15-20 minutes. I got an Acropolis Supreme (consisting of pepperoni, sausage, ground beef, ham, mushrooms, green peppers and onions) on a GF crust with non-dairy cheese. The flavors tasted like the supreme pizzas I grew up eating and the crust had a good crunch to it, but it was also very oily on the bottom. Overall, though, an enjoyable pie.

Second visit to Acropolis Pizza, Dec 1, 2025. Very good! Arrived around 5pm and seated immediately. Not too crowded, but at least four take-out orders, while we got settled and ordered soda. That's great that they stay busy! We both tried something different. Hubby got the Chicken Gyro Platter, which is four large pieces of grilled chicken, placed open-faced on a toasted pita, served with house-made tzatziki sauce and a greek salad. I tried the chicken and the salad, which were both excellent, but they could have included another piece of pita bread. I had the Loaded Steak Sub, which is tender grilled sirloin steak on a toasted New York style hoagie roll with provolone cheese and mayonnaise. The cost for it was $11.99, but you can add additional veggies for $1.49 each, or all three for $2.50, saving yourself $1.97 if you want all three. "Loaded" means I added green peppers, mushrooms, and grilled onions. Wish I would have read the fine print: "Lettuce & tomato optional. Served with potato chips & pickle spear." I could have gotten lettuce and tomato, because the extra toppings of green peppers, mushrooms, and onions gave me severe stomach cramps and heartburn. I'm sure it was just *MY* experience, as I'm certain there was nothing wrong with those veggies. I chose to upgrade to french fries, which cost an extra $2.49!!! That's a bit steep, without telling me the price. Chips would have been fine. I asked for tzatziki sauce to go, as my husband had half of his grilled chicken left, and it cost $1.99!!! I get it, restaurants cannot give food away, but next time, I'll either ask, or they should tell us the price before we add or upgrade menu items. Once you order, the menus are removed from the table, so you're blindly ordering without knowing the cost! Our server, Claire, was very friendly and attentive, checking on us often, bringing soda refills without being asked. She offered dessert, but we were full, so we asked for to-go cups & boxes. We tipped 25% and saved a little by paying in cash, rather than using a credit or debit card, which *IS* clearly printed on the receipt. They do have an ATM on site, in case you wish to pay cash. Bathrooms are older, but very clean, and a recent paint job. They must have fixed the handle on the toilet in the handicapped stall, as it flushed easily, where I had trouble in August. See photos, as everything was prepared fresh and hot, and generous portions. Next time, I may try the tuna sub, as I'm still recalling my former coworkers *RAVING* about it, and that was 5 years ago! Thanks, Acropolis!

Lobster Ravioli Great flavor! I love the sauce & the ravioli were so perfect.

10" athena pizza, toppings on 1 side credit to door dash

The baklava was delicious! Thats what gave them 2 stars instead of zero. Bruschetta was mostly onion, no basil, no Balsamic. It was really over powering and just gross. The athena pizza was tolerable. The toppings to 1 side I credit to door dash, how ever even when I spread the toppings over the pizza it wasn't great. The side with just cheese was better. I would not order it again. I will not eat here again. But the baklava was good.

    Chicken Penne Alla Vodka

The service was good, along with the food! I've been here many times and the calzones and pizza are awesome. The penne alla vodka was decent, not my favorite ever but still good! The sauce was just a little more watery than I was expecting but the flavor was nice. The garlic knots are always good, just very filling.

You better come with your appetite and come to this place though because they are going to load you up with so many different sides and the choices are overwhelming. We tend to go to this place because we can satisfy so many people with such different appetites. My very picky child has a wide range of comfort food in my wife who is vegetarian also has many more choices than in a typical typical restaurant. One of the things I absolutely love about this place. Is that when you get the chicken Parmesan it's a grilled chicken breast. That's already cut up underneath the mound of sauce, noodles and cheese. It makes it so much easier to eat. Then at the end they have a display case of desserts that you see when you first walk in at the host station. Just like their food it is an enormous slice. It's very good and easy on the budget. So anybody shopping at the outlet mall that wants good food fast this is the place to go.

It included stuffed manicotti shells, with another pasta dish with meat and a Greek salad. Everything was prepared beautifully. The Greek salad was delicious with their homemade Greek dressing. Having gone in the past and gotten an exceptional service, it might have been a bad night for her, so we'll take exception to that. I placed an order through the app and went to the mobile through. I was the second car and I probably waited at least 5 minutes for my food when I got to the front of the line which is an eternity in Chick-Fil-A time. The one in my hometown would have gotten 50 cars through in that time while saying "My Pleasure" without panting or losing their breath. Order accuracy was on par with what you would expect. Food quality was good too. Just slow.

I'm done…read morewith this Chick-fil-A location, the company has always been known for EXCELLENT customer service, company wide, seemed as though whatever Chick-fil-A you are at you are graciously greeted and issues are generally an afterthought. Previously, I always used the Chick-fil-A in Hendersonville, GREAT, but started using the Arden location more as it's more convenient. Over the past 6-months, I've had to go inside after ordering in the drive-thru twice because they forgot the fries in order and an entire kids meal in another. As a business I owner I get it, mistakes are going to happen, but you ALWAYS apologize for mistakes. The part that irked me and my wife, both times we had to park, then WAIT in line AGAIN when going inside to getting the remaining items from our order, both times we weren't even given a simple "sorry" instead getting just a, here ya go! Tonight was the last straw for this location, I pull in to the drive-thru and see that nobody is out taking orders (I've never seen it different at this location) as they are always on you waving their hands for you to pull forward (way past the speaker) and you then order with an individual on a tablet. So when I didn't see anybody standing outside, I naturally pulled around stopping near the pickup window. A young man with the tablet used to order comes out and says "can I get a name, I gave him my name and he said have you ordered yet?" Being a little confused I said no and he replied "my boss says I can't take orders on here and that you'll have to go back around and order from the speaker." What, you never take orders from there, well it's cold tonight so that's the way it's done. I'm like you're holding the order tablet, why can't you take my order as NORMAL. Before pulling through full I asked a female identifying herself as a supervisor and she said you have to go back through the drive through and order from the speaker. There was no explanation, just "tonight you have to order from the speaker." Nevermind every other visit there are employees constantly telling you to pull forward to order if you stop at the speaker, I've NEVER ordered from the speaker at this location. Maybe you're supposed to call ahead of time to ask which method of ordering they're using prior to arrival, you wanna talk about total confusion, if it's because it's cold, how about knowing what the cutoff temperature is???? Over something so trivial and childish really, you've lost this customer and I don't have to say what my "word of mouth" will be about this location. There's a computer 2-feet from her, that same young man holding the tablet to take orders was next to her. At this point it felt more like this was more of a pissing contest than about service. Bottom line, this is NOT a Chick-fil-A issue, this is a ARDEN Chick-fil-A issue, those reading this can decide on their own, but I know (3) people in this household that won't EVER be using that location again. This isn't just a one-off for our family, this is a systemic issue from THIS LOCATION that we've never experienced at other Chick-fil-A locations in the past 20+ years of being customers. I guess this is so polarizing because (1) being a business owner I'm just beside myself as to how something like this can even be an issue, (2) I didn't change up the "normal" way of doing things, so when a customer "does per usual" and then is admonished for NOT doing things the way Chick-fil-A is doing something "at that hour" the onus should NOT be on the customer. If this was the business I owned and know I just lost business, future business and word of mouth over poor decisions and lack of general customer service (saying sorry when drive-thru customers have to come inside and wait for missing items) I'd be having a serious pow-wow with my employees, they may not care but customers are how they get paid; apologies are given when we make a mistake and we don't tell customer to go back through the drive-thru when we're doing things different than normal. I think a 3.5 Yelp review "for this location" is a pretty telling story in itself. Either you have customers order from the speaker or you have them pull around and order from people using tablet, how are customers to know what your "cut-off-" temperatures are? And if you INSIST on doing it that way, you certainly don't PUNISH customers that are used to doing it the way it's done 99.9% of the time. I still can't grasp how you tell that customer, you shoulda known how we're doing things at this hour, go back and wait in the drive-thru line! Because 9 out of 10 customers are gonna just drive away and if they're like me, they're NEVER GONNA COME BACK!!
