Dr Wesslen was recommended by a family friend 3 years ago that had extensive work done by him, and they were very happy with his services; and so far we have been happy with his close monitoring and advice. The most I recall waiting was 10 min after my appt time, but that was a one off as most time I get called to the back within a few minute after being checked in. When being recommended treatment, I get well informed on the problem areas which they can see through visual inspections as well as their high tech equipment. This past year I also moved forward with Aligners that were recommend and it's been the best decision made. What I like the most is Dr Nagrani and his team offer this in their office so I communicated with them directly with any concerns. Then they posted it and are making people more aware. Then my son went for his preventative apt which is always 100% covered and we got a bill for almost $300. When we still lived in the Central Valley, I routinely took my two daughters to see Dr. Law over a…read morefour year period and he is a truly awesome pediatric dentist. There are really only two other pediatric dentist offices in the Hanford-Visalia area that I had heard of and, from what I had heard, I really hesitated to bring my kids to those other offices. My oldest daughter had eight small cavities when she was five years old. (And I fully acknowledge that I and her father are to blame for giving her too much juice and lemonade as a young child and we were neglectful in flossing her too-close-together teeth.) So I wanted to find a dentist where I would be allowed to be with her during the treatments and Dr. Law's office was the only office that allowed this. They also use nitrous oxide ("laughing gas") to keep children calm during the procedure rather than some other type of sedative and the nitrous oxide seemed to work well for both of my kids when it was needed. He did the treatments over four separate visits, fixing two cavities at a time. I preferred this because, even though it meant several return visits, each visit was less than 30 minutes at a time and I think it was a better option compared to one prolonged, possibly traumatic experience. The office setting is very kid friendly. We've never had to wait in the waiting room for more than five minutes because they schedule patients well, they never seem to over-book their schedules, the staff is efficient, and Dr. Law obviously knows what he is doing and does it well and is good with kids. Kids get to pick two "treats" on their way out--stickers, little toys, pencils, rings, etc. I just have one criticism which is that there is one dental assistant that works there who is not as kid-friendly and personable as the others. But, who knows, maybe she and I/she and my kids just don't click. There's another pediatric dentist in the same office, Dr. Canada. I'm pretty sure he's a nice dentist, too, but since my kids liked Dr. Law so much and were so comfortable with him, I only brought them to see Dr. Law. Procedures in this dental office were not even fully covered by our insurance plan, but I gladly paid the difference because it was truly worth it to get the great dental care in a clean, professional, very well-run office. One of the things our family misses the most about the Central Valley is the privilege of going to Dr. Law for pediatric dental care. He's the best.

Dr Settimi's office got me in fast and worked quickly to assess and make a treatment plan that was realistic, professional and sensitive to my needs. I'm one of those people who has had a difficult time finding a good dentist who would listen, consider my anxiety and fear (bad history with dentists), and provided very effective pain management. Professional. Communicative. Helpful. Clean. Up to date. Knowledgeable on all levels. We called to find out pricing for new dentures for our Mom. What a great deal we thought. The gal that quoted us made the appointment for us. So we took my mom for a consultation where they charged us $97.00. They proceeded to write up a quote totaling $3,559.00!!!!!!!! When we disagreed with the price they acted like they had no idea who would have told us that. They won't honor the price or even give us a discounted rate for the misinformation and my mom's trouble, not to mention wasting this 82 year old woman's time and energy. Bad business. 100% Bait and switch for sure!! I would not recommend this place!
