Then they posted it and are making people more aware. Then my son went for his preventative apt which is always 100% covered and we got a bill for almost $300. Come to find out, they are no longer in our network as of a few months ago. We had been going here for almost 10 years and they should have advised us when we scheduled the apt. When we called to cancel our future appts, there was no apology or anything, she was just concerned about us paying the bill. This office is going downhill, nothing but bad service now. I recently had another appointment for a cleaning and had the most amazing and thorough cleaning with Jennifer. All I can say is that Dr. Drilling is fantastic and so is her staff. And I've been to my share of bad dental offices in the past that tried to sell me on tens of thousands of dollars of work (that I didn't need). Plus, I'm an insurance agent and I sell dental insurance so I hear of horror stories from many of my clients. I'm always wary of dentists now. We just moved to Tulare and I asked a friend that used to work in the dental industry for her thoughts. She didn't hesitate and referred us to Dr. Martin. I brought my 85 y/o Mom in for an exam and cleaning (for her few remaining teeth that are crowned). Since she was experiencing a bit of pain, it would have been easy for her to tell me she needed new crowns, we probably wouldn't have known the difference. After x-rays, a thorough exam and cleaning, she announced everything looked great! I soooo appreciate her honesty and have happily referred her to other friends and family.

I enjoyed going here because of the family friendly atmosphere and they never caused me any pain. My issue recently has been going though their receptionist. Any time I needed to reschedule I was told I would receive a call if anything opened up. And then I would never hear back. Why not make an appt even if it's far out, and then call me if anything opens up sooner. Same issue with my family members who went there. Their voicemail indicates that they do not take cancellations over the voicemail. When I called several times ahead of time to cancel, nobody answered or returned my calls, so I had no choice but to cancel via voicemail. I then received a message asking me why I didn't respond to the postcard sent out weeks prior. I feel this was unprofessional and if I need to cancel and still did so more than 24 hours prior like they ask, then that is appropriate. I was then sent a bill for a no-show. I have since had to find a new dentist because of this. I believe there is something shady going on and she just wanted to bill me. You can't speak to anyone else because she's the only receptionist so you can't even make a complaint.
