IF I COULD GIVE MINUS STARS IT WOULD BE -5 STARS The worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my 35 years of travel as an adult. 6/17 MCO to MJB arrived at the airport over 2hrs before loading. Checked in online only needed to drop bags off and show covid test asked an agent out front of the check-in, what line to go to, they directed us to the wrong line! We stood in that line waiting for 35 min only to be told to go to a different line that we waited in for a long time when we finally got to the counter the agent was very rude saying Jamaica? your too late. The check in closed 2 mins ago. We explained the we had Clear and could get through security fast to no avail, we then proceeded to explain that we had a wedding that we needed to get there for and begged to let us on they refused! They then rescheduled our flight for the next day at 1pm. We checked into the hotel to fly out the next afternoon now paying for hotels in two locations. The next morning at 7am we received an email alert from Jet Blue "flight time change" now our flight departs at 2pm and arrives the next day at 8am at this point we are panicking blood pressure going way up. So we get up and headed to the airport 7 hours Before the posted departure time. When we got there I asked for a manager Norma shows up and proceeds to tell us that it was a GLITCH in the system. When I complained about the missed flight the day before She then tells us that our lack of planning is not Jet Blue's problem. I got upset with her rude attitude and explained why it is her job to direct the customer to the proper line the first time and they failed to do that when asked for directions causing us to miss our flight. she then explains that she has been with Jet Blue for 17 years and that I was talking to her like a child, I then asked her what that had to do with her dealing with my issues. At this point security shows up. instead of dealing with the problem the moved us along. (the flight still did not depart until 2:30). On the return flight from Montego Bay (MJB) It was delayed departure and once in the Air the 1hr 40 min flight turned into a 8 hour mess. First we couldn't land in Orlando wand stayed in a holding pattern for hours until we were running out of fuel and had to go back to Fort Lauderdale for fuel. once on the ground in Ft Lauderdale we stayed so long that the pilots and crews time ran out so we had to wait for a new crew. while waiting a lady in the row across from us got sick and had to be removed from the plane. Everyone was hungry and thirsty nothing was provided. I paid for a direct flight so that I would not have a long flight because of my back problems. it has been two days and my back still has not recovered. The airline has not offered to do anything to make up for the worst $1500 flight that I have ever had. I have been on hold for 3 1/2hrs you can make this s@%& up!!! read more

This was my first experience with JetBlue and with using a vacation package. No complaints here. I worried before my trip since I was flying internationally to Jamaica and wondered about what I needed to take care of beforehand and how long my wait would be in customs. JetBlue Vacations made my entire trip seamless. They handled everything, my flight, my hotel (gorgeous!), my ground transportation, my meals, all made for a relaxing vacation. Very impressed with the plane's leg room in coach since me and my hubby are tall, him at 6'4, we were not compressed for space unlike that crappy American Airlines. When I interface with the jet blue staff they are always very pleasant and helpful. I'm not sure if it's just the location but the line was so long (wait time 7 mins) to check in and there was at least 5-7 staff but not all of them were were serving customers. After waiting in the security line ( which was also very long) there was more waiting in the jet blue 'just ask' line as well as the gate line that seemed like it never moved. Which it really didn't move for 20 minutes... So my advice is to just get to this airport early! read more

They automate a lot of fluff emails but in the end just another corporate machine taking money for nothing. I purchased the Even More Speed option to get through security faster only to get to ORL airport and have security tell me they didnt come in today and I had to go through general security. I emailed Jet Blue and got this lame response, "We respectfully decline your request that we refund the Even More Speed (EMS) fee and we regret any further inconvenience". Mking excuses that sometimes additional security steps are needed. What a load of crap! Dont buy it as they dont control it or stand behind it. read more

Love flying JetBlue but they destroyed one of our luggage. We had a really nice one and they damaged the hell out of the wheels. One of the wheels was completely missing. The best they did was to compensate me with one of their free luggage online and a $60 travel credit that would expire within 12 months. I would also like to add a $60 travel credit was a insult! They wouldn't even offer any travel credit or any type of compensation at first. We had to argue back and forth for a at least 15 minutes before the guy asked his supervisor to come in. We ended up ordering the free luggage offer through their partner website. The luggage took several weeks to arrive. It looked pretty good on the website and also in person, however after using it for the first time on a international flight to Taiwan, the shell of the luggage cracked upon arrival at Taoyuan International airport in Taiwan. At the end of the day, it was still a POS! Verdict - I would still fly JetBlue. I still very much enjoy their flights, their booking prices, free WiFi on domestic flights. It's just their customer service at this baggage damages office that really ticked me off. They were literally prepared to offer me nothing until my wife started shouting at them for their unfair treatment and logic towards people's personal property. In the future, for domestic flight, travel light, try to stick with carry-on. read more

What can I say ... JETBLUE FLYER FOR LIFE! Greatest snacks of all time. Clean. Great staff. Always a great experience. I personally love jetBlue and think they're a new, energetic younger airline with much growth and success for the future. They are expanding over to Europe 2021 - you heard it here first .. or maybe second I can't wait. Easy way to get to the many island they fly to ! Great deals (sign up for true blue). I also have their "Barclaycard" and rack up awesome points. Having their Barclaycard also gives you 50% off all inflight purchases ... so if you're trying to get a little drink buzz while flying high then might as well get 2 for the price of one ! Mint (first class) for their longer trips is FABULOUS! I mean what can I say?! I TRULY AM a fan of this airline !! The employee perks are off the chain (y'all hiring ?) and JetBlue university (JBU) is one of the coolest airline concepts. Luckily there is a big location here in orlando ! Haven't taken jetBlue ?? We recently went to the Caribbean traveling on Delta to the islands and returning on Jet Blue. I found the Jet Blue experience much more superior than the other airline as Jet Blue had such a good amount of leg room. On the leg to the islands it was extremely tight and the flight attendants did not enforce reclining seats to return to normal position on takeoff or landing. This made all parts of the experience difficult. The JetBlue flight attendants did enforce this policy which made it much nicer in addition to the expanded leg room. Also the Jet Blue aircraft seemed to be newer and they have complementary movies and access to free Wi-Fi and TV networks. read more

Absolutely the worst customer service ever! I received travel bank credits just before COVID hit due to a horrible return flight on my last trip when I spent 8 hours stuck at the airport because JetBlue handled the problem poorly. Then COVID hit so I was unable to travel until now when restrictions have been lifted a bit, I've been vaccinated, and feel safer. So, I went into my travel bank to find that the credits have been taken away because they expired. Evidently their policy is that you have to use these "goodwill" credits, as they call them, within 1 year or you lose them. I proceeded to contact customer service who told me that they "are very sorry but their system does not allow for the extension of the expiration date". Even after I spoke to a supervisor, I given the same answer. UNBELIEVABLE! You give me a credit for a flight you screwed up on and then you take it back when I can't use it because of a global pandemic?! How is that "goodwill"? I'll tell you what is goodwill.....me choosing to fly JetBlue again! read more

I purchased three tickets to travel to Kingston, Jamaica on Saturday March 21st. The travel was to my mother-in-law's funeral. I called JetBlue tonight for a refund of the tickets because flights are under restriction to/from Jamaica due to the Corona Virus. In light of the Corona virus pandemic, why can't Jetblue give a full refund to me since I paid for the tickets with my visa card. Instead, each traveller will receive a credit. JetBlue please reconsider your policy and provide customers with refunds in situations where there is a pandemic or disaster. I believe I am entitled to a full refund. read more

I had a wonderful flight from Orlando into New York. The pilot came out of the cockpit before take off spoke to everyone and told us that safety is first and we will be getting there safely. The whole crew was very nice. They were more than happy to give out extra complimentary snacks and beverages. And what really got me excited was that there was someone there from corporate on the flight. He came over the intercom systems introduced himself and had a drawing picked out two seats at random. The seats that were chosen each one two pairs of trip tickets. I fly jetblue all the time and I've never seen that done. That was a great thing for jetblue to do. read more

I have to say.. I've flown on a bunch of different airlines, but this has got to be the best accommodation for a airline I have ever experienced! My son is very large at 424 lbs! They offered him to sit in a section that has no arm rests in the middle to let him be comfy! We were originally in the first row which is just as roomy! But Angel the flight attendant was just wonderful and discrete with him and the seatbelt adaptation! I will now forever fly JetBlue! read more

JetBlue operates THE nicest terminal at JFK. I swear that even when I'm flying another airline, I'd hang out here when I have time. For one thing, none of the other terminals had free Wifi - just this one (or at least, that used to be the case, since I didn't have a chance to use my laptop this time around). On board, they still rival Southwest for being customer-oriented, even if they do charge for checked bags. Folks are friendly, and snacks are generous, but the vibe is not as 'fun' as Southwest. They offer a free movie onboard, but you have to pay for your choice if that doesn't happen to be a movie you want to see. Baggage was a little slow this time around though - it was 30 minutes after we landed that the first bags came out! read more

This is the most awful airline I have flown with and I fly a lot, everything is unprofessional, landed with me and my family from the flight We had a few days after that flight back to Los Angeles, we arrived at check in time and after all the checks and everything we arrived at 12:22 and the flight at 12: 40 told us it had to be 15 minutes before the doors closed for the flight. We arrived a few minutes ago and were still not ready to take us into the flight. There was a staff member who explained that there was no situation for us to board and smiled at us, we did not understand why she was smiling in such a sensitive situation. 15 minutes they asked to reach the doors of the working plane Maria was not even ready to hear She told us with a smile that we didn't rise no matter what we said and that we had no reason to try to explain anything at all. JetBlue really screwed us over in Orlando last night! Not only was the flight delayed multiple times (which is not their fault whatsoever) but the flight kept getting pushed and eventually cancelled. They never updated anyone or made any announcements in the airport to help us. An 8:30 pm flight turned into no flight at 2:30am with absolutely no help with hotels or new flights until days later. Everyone was extremely nasty and rude. JetBlue should have done better to help the people they stranded. The Jet Blue Nightmare. Flight 828 on 02/26/2022 Orlando to Newark, NJ Prior to leaving for my Jet Blue flight we were notified of a delay of 40 minutes and told continue to come to the airport. We arrived and after going through check-in and security at about 7 PM the delay become two hours. With no options we sat in the gate way hub. Speaking to the gate agent we were told the plane was delayed in Boston and is still scheduled for a delayed departure. After another two hours another delay as the plane didn't depart from it's original destination. Speaking to customer service we were informed there are no alternative flights for three days and no hotel rooms available. Their lies and insensitive responses to this nightmare continued for many hours. Some of their lies: need a captain, captain in transit to airport, captain decides if flight can take depart, captain says new crew needed, then we until directed us to a rebooking desk. Finally the truth emerges FLIGHT CANCELLED. Waited twelve hours and treated inhumanly and told untruths for hours. This may be my nightmare but their were two hundred individuals many with toddlers and babies subject to this ordeal. I hope all of the Flight 828 co-passengers are sending their comments. Here for training. The facility is wonderful and the staff are outstanding. Every interaction I've had has been warm and intentional. The food has been good. My favorite was the steak fajita salad. I also wanted to shoutout, Julio! He went out of his way to make sure that I was taken care of when I was looking for a quiet place to study. Interacting with him was a great microcosm for the Lodge as a whole. Would love to come back for more training when the time comes. read more

Every time I fly it's either delayed or they change gates on me last minute. Their customer service is very rude and blames customers for everything. Awful. My fiancé and I had a round trip flight from DC to Orlando for a recent trip and flew Jet Blue both ways. Our flight randomly got pushed back 3 hours with no advanced warning or notification to us. We went up to the counter when we were checking in and asked if they could put us in the system to receive notifications, in case the flight time was changed again. They told us they couldn't because my fiancé had booked through a third party (think Orbitz and Expedia) and they didn't provide him with his email address. He said he would be happy to give it to them himself but they would not accept. They said we would need to be at our gate and wait for several hours. We went to get dinner and our flight time got pushed up again!! We called the national Jet Blue representative and they told us there was nothing we could do to receive update alerts and that we would have to keep checking at the airport. They said that since our tickets were linked to the third party service we used to book, we couldn't be put into the Jet Blue system. Wtf?? We are paying customers and flying on YOUR flight! How is this even the case? I've booked through a third party service on numerous occasions and have always gotten notification emails or texts (depending on my preference) about flight status changes... it's unacceptable that Jet Blue did not care to give us satisfactory service. Jet Blue is yet another airline I'm going to avoid in the future, if possible. read more

I just flew Jet Blue for the first time a few days ago, WOW! I was impressed. I fly a lot for work, every few weeks usually all over the place. I'm not sure if it's the cheapest airline, I don't see how it can be with all the cool stuff they have. The snacks are amazing. I got a big bag of cashews and a bag of Key Largo? (I guess key lime was trademarked?) Cookies and they were stupendous! The only bad thing was I asked for a can of Apple Juice which I always do on every airline and Jet Blue gave me one of those half pint cans. The best part of all is the TVs, Every seat had Direct TV LIVE! At first I thought maybe it was taped or something but it was live Via Satellite. This is a good airline. Great is a stretch I think. It used to be a discount airline with bells and whistles seldom seen on other more expensive carriers. Now its just the same as all the rest and many times more expensive. Also the padding in the worn out looking seats are almost non existent. Isn't passenger comfort the firsy priority? The flight was delayed due to weather. Finally they opened the runway at eight pm.they claimed the plane is come from Mexico.it takes them longer to check off.finally at 10 the runway was reopened. Then they don't have pilot and crews. Flew into Orlando on December 1, 2017 from San Jose, Costa Rica with my family of five. AS we boarded the jet, the Captain signaled our 10 year old son to the cockpit and let him sit in the co-captains seat while he kindly explained the instrumentation and navigation gauges.He was extremely friendly!!!! and It made my day and literally made my boys life!! During the flight we were treated very good by he flight attendants and there was plenty of legroom in the coach section for a 6'2" passenger. We had never flown this airline prior to this date, but will gladly travel again with JetBlue in the future. read more

Once again, no reason/shifting explanations for hours of delay. Jetblue isn't unique, or even uniquely bad. Although there are many airlines, each is essentially a monopoly seller relevant to any small group of ordinary customers in the airport, with our non-refundable tickets. They're not incapable, just unmotivated. They don't care because they've built disrespect for consumers into the system, and we won't stop flying with them, so this is what it is. I could wax poetic about the friendly people at jetBlue. However, I can't say the same about their counter hours. I chose a flight out to Boston at 6am. As suggested (and because Disney won't let you do anything else if you take their Disney Magical Express), I arrived at the airport with two and a half hours to spare before the flight. However, jetBlue doesn't seem to get up that early. You can use their Curbside Check-in, which'll cost you $2 a bag, out on Level 3. Not that they'll post a sign saying that you have that as an option if their Bag Drop Off counters aren't yet open for the morning. read more

This is the best airline around. I love the fact they have free wifi on their flights and have those nice tv screens for each seat with direct tv. This airline doesn't pack the passengers in. They have some of the most leg room that you will find. Being almost 6 foot tall I sometimes have my knees getting crushed by the seat in front of me when they recline. At Jet Blue you don't see that and they don't nickel and dime you to death for beverages and snacks. You have a choice of snacks that are unrivaled in the air. read more

I enjoy Jetblue because of the nice experience you get from the staff. I usually check in online so it's a rare occasion when I deal with someone behind the counter but there was a staff member Byron, who was extra helpful. We were leaving MCO back to JFK and were on a different flight from our friends, but realized that since it was raining, there would be little to do for the rest of the day so we wanted an earlier flight back home. We must have gone back to Byron at least 3 times asking questions about moving up or being on standby and checking our luggage. He did a great job "dealing" with these requests. Our luggage arrived where it was supposed to and we were put on a flight that we wanted. We paid a $50 fee each (standard fee to change flights day of) and were bumped to extra space seats which was a nice treat and upgrade. I ended up sitting next to a woman who worked for Jetblue as a phone operator and spent my whole flight talking to her. Very nice and pleasant. The onboard service was a bit spotty this time with one guy forgetting the orders and looking a little "unfriendly." One thing to be mindful of in this Jetblue terminal in MCO is that you can check in and eat before the security checks so make sure you plan accordingly because I almost totally forgot since I had checked my bags and was almost late for the boarding time. Security checks were pretty quick too so that was a plus. Jetblue is what I usually fly with and I'm happy about that :) read more

Worst airline company ever!!! We arrived to the MCO airport at 10 AM, our flight to JFK was scheduled to 12:18 PM. At 11:30 they announced that there will be a delay due to "constructions" in JFK and they rescheduled to 14:30. At 13:30 they announced there will be another delay beacause of the weather but at the same time there were another flights to JFK with JetBlue and with other airlines companies They rescheduled to 16:00 At 15:00 PM they announced that the flight is canceled!!! We waited for 40 minutes until they had to give as explanations but all the other today's flight were already sold out !! "There nothing we can do about it" they repated !! We are waiting for two hours by now for our luggage for trying to find an hotel for tonight in Orlando. read more

I was on a flight to Orlando where the crew members didn't serve row 3 members drinks. They forgot. Had to keep reminding them and at a point they said were landing and it was too late. Imagine sitting on a 3 hour flight without a drink while the guy in front of you gets 4 cups of coffee. Customer service didn't care and said to call the JetBlue number as its not a "real issue"... Great airline...I fly down to Orlando usually more than once every year from JFK. The Terminal could be a lot nicer and up north where I live,the staff at JFK are much nicer and more helpful this in Orlando. The lady at the gate was quite a bit snotty and I really despised her. So that's 4 star explanation. But anyways JetBlue is an Amazing low cost airline. The most legroom in coach/economy seating and to me Is the safest airline in the U.S with no fatal accidents except for ONE emergency landing #292. You also get your own TV screen on their EMBREAR 190 ,AIRBUS A320 which is AMAZING! Never giving American Airlines another chance! Always fly JetBlue no matter where you are going! read more
