I used Jet Blue for the first time from Hartsfield Jackson in Atlanta. I was really impressed. I checked in on the app but when I got to the airport I asked for a wheelchair because I have bad knees. I boarded the plane before other passengers because I'm slow. That was a nice touch. The plane itself was nice and clean and I have to say comfortable and I'm a large size person. There was WiFi on the plane and the option to watch tv or a movie. I watched a documentary about Aretha Franklin. The flight attendant advised passengers in my section that another passenger had an allergy to shell nuts. They advised they would not be providing nuts as a snack and asked if anyone was currently eating any at the time. The passenger seated by the window on my row was already eating a bag of nuts so she alerted them and the flight attendant changed her seat. That meant we could stretch out with no middle seat person. That was awesome since the flight was full. I was impressed with how friendly the staff was on that flight. Also they give a snack that is a full regular size bag. Not a tiny joke of a snack. Our landing at JFK had to be one of the smoothest ever. I have zero complaints about JetBlue and look forward to booking with them again in the future. read more

JetBlue trapped us in Puerto Rico for three days last month. They cancelled our flight to Atlanta on Thursday and now have delayed my flight to New York this morning. I have used them as m preferred airline for years. But, alas all good things come to an end. I guess they are the new Spirit of the skies. Very disappointed read more

I am extremely disappointed with JetBlue's service. Our tickets were canceled twice, causing unnecessary stress and confusion for my entire family. On top of that, after the second cancellation, JetBlue separated our family onto two different flights instead of keeping us together. Traveling with family should not be this difficult, and the lack of coordination and customer support made the situation even worse. We planned this trip carefully, and these repeated cancellations completely disrupted our travel plans. This experience was frustrating, inconvenient, and unacceptable. I expected much better organization and customer care. Unfortunately, this situation has seriously affected my trust in JetBlue, and I will reconsider flying with them in the future.nuestra experiencia con decepcionante.

JetBlue routinely lies to its customers, saying there is no overhead baggage room left and forcing you to check your carry on. Every time I fly there is room in the back even though they forced me to check my bag. On my flight today, the last six overhead compartments were empty, though they told me "The crew says all luggage bins are full and you will have to check your bags." JetBlue states that you get one carry on, but you do not unless you are in groups A or B. This is a policy of deliberate lying to force you to buy more expensive seats. read more

My flight from Atlanta to Paris was very smooth. My JetBlue flight from Paris (CDG) to New York (JFK) on September 6, 2025, however, was a nightmare. It was cancelled just ten minutes before boarding due to the pilot's illness and the lack of a replacement. Passengers, including myself, were left waiting at the airport for more than two hours before being transported to the Mercure Hotel for an overnight stay paid by Jetblue. The rebooking process only took place the following day. This disruption had significant consequences for me: * I was forced to cancel multiple appointments and make numerous phone calls at my own expense. * The replacement flight on September 7 was further delayed by over an hour due to the addition of another machine. * To my surprise, JetBlue charged my account on September 5 for a service that was never rendered on September 6, the date of the cancelled flight. read more

Just flew in from.Boston. flight crew of 2 female 1 male based out of Boston. 2 females were rude, unprofessional, and lacked any type of customer service skills. Got up to use bathroom in front, they did not start beverage service, I approached and was told your going to be stuck here for a while...I said to her, you haven't even started service and I would only be a minute or less..no response then she decided to start route..was there for 15 min, they returned. Female passenger standing with me was asked if she needed a beverage, while I was completely ignored and never asked. Even female passenger was saying to me, you've been standing here for a while, I've only been a few minutes, why would they ask me and not you? I went back to my seat at 14C, and the male flight crew asked if needed a beverage..he was good. Those other 2 female attendants need to find another career. read more

This is my second time flying JetBlue from the Atlanta airport. The first time was a few weeks after JetBlue came to this airport about a year ago, so I didn't expect much as it was new. However, the planes that fly to and from this airport under JetBlue are so outdated, and they all have a faint odor. I always have high expectations with this airline, but they missed the mark in this airport. The seats are all slightly tatters, and they have definitely seen their fair share of passengers. Please, get it together JetBlue ATL! read more

Leaving from Newark airport to Fort Lauderdale.....A four hour delay due to mechanical issues with 2 different planes used for this flight.....Jet Blue has the audacity to give a $50.00 voucher for the next flight. JetBlue's customer service really hit it out of the park this morning. I tried to check into my flight and was having trouble. Apparently, the reservation hadn't gone through. I must admit, this may have been operator error on my part. I know many of my followers can't believe such a thing would happen. Nevertheless, I called the customer help line and it suggested we text back and forth. If you have the time, take this option, but it does take some time. The person on the other end managed to re-book the flight for me and give me the original fare. To say I was amazed is understatement. So they follow-up with a call to get the credit card and have to put me in an upgraded seat. They waived the fee...my second miracle of the day. I don't recommend this as a tactic for getting out fees. Good job. We'll see how the flight goes. read more

I booked a flight to go back home. They changed the flight without letting me know, so it overlaps my next destination. I've waited to talk to the customer representative for over three hours. They keep sent me to different department then got cut off. Please save yourself time, money and headache. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. There is no way to find anyone to resolve your problems when you need them. I'm extremely disappointed. I'm a very patient person and very understandable person but there is a limit to that. read more

Heartfield -Jackson ATL: My experience was so bad, I don't even want to give 1 star. I missed my flight to Montego Bay Jamaica, due to multiple employees giving me incorrect information. I paid 30.00 for priority check-in, and was sent to the CLEAR entrance, due to the employee seeing the two arrows in the upper right hand corner. Stood on the CLEAR line for over 40 minutes. The staff is extremely rude, and not well trained. I was put on an evening flight to JFK, NY. My flight to Montego Bay was scheduled for the following morning. My layover was over 8 hours. JetBlue refused to provide a voucher. Informed me it was not their fault...This was my FIRST and LAST time flying with JetBlue. read more

This is the worst airline in the history of air travel. Please, if you have to fly with JetBlue, you're better off walking. On the weekend of September 10, 2023 I had 2 round trip ticket on JetBlue from Atlanta to NYC. I spent 11 hrs. in Atlanta experiencing a delay after delay after delay. On the return, spent 6 hours at LaGuardia experiencing delay after delay. They provided no truthful reason for the delays which further frustrated the awaiting passengers. At one point Kate in the process they stated that there were no pilots for the plane. They would not even try to place passengers on another airline, which is stated they would do according to their company policy. Additionally, they would only credit me $100 total for their incompetence. Again, according to their own policy, I should have been reimbursed $300 per ticket. I'd rather crawl to my destination than fly JetBlue. If I could give a minus star rating, I'd do so ten times. read more

I gotta tell ya - it's been AGES since I've been on a plane. I took JetBlue back from Atlanta to FLL (my brother's wedding in Atlanta) and the flight back home was comfortable, I had enough leg room and I even got to watch Big Hero 6 cartoons. Classic stuff. The flight attendants were all smiling, very nice, approachable and made sure were were safe and relaxed. I would definitely recommend JetBlue in the future. read more

Great customer service from the door to the plane. It was easy to receive help with the check in process because I got off work later than I expected. The reps were able to print my ticket for me quickly when the machine prompted me that it wouldn't print the ticket. The airline desk was very friendly and her smile made me feel at ease. We are on the plane now and even though the air conditioning is causing a delay, they are working on fixing the issue and I'm sure that my flight won't arrive late and I miss my car rental before they close. The flight attendants are all professional and willing to assist anyone who has questions about the delay so that is great customer service. Wish me luck, AUSTIN. read more

JetBlue is the worst airline with the worst customer service EVER. I was flying from Atlanta to Orlando on July 4th at 11:55am. Flight was delayed 4 times once I arrived to airport! At the 4th time, it was expected to leave after 4pm. Mind you, this is the 4th of July. So then they said the plane broke down and is being serviced so the flight was delayed again while servicing the plane!!! Who wants to get on a plane that is broke down and they have the audacity to "try" fix it and put it back up in the air??? So I asked for a refund... which would take up to 10 days. They offered nothing but a SORRY and PIZZA which could take an hour to arrive!!! This is the worst birthday ever! Did I say it was my birthday??? Exactly! I had to book with another airline which was more money and the flight fussing artjve in Orlando until 8pm . Meanwhile, my husband who i haven't seen in months is waiting patiently for me to arrive. JetBlue gave no compensation, no nothing. All they gave was heartaches to disgruntled customers who spent the holiday in the airport trying to see loved ones!! Do not fly with Jetblue!!! This was my first time and worst experience ever! read more

Best airline, hands down. Free WiFi and directv in addition to plenty of space in regular seats with the option of more for about $54.

Flight delays with no compensation or communication to customers. Rude staff. I couldn't believe this was happening at Jet Blue. Maybe at Spirit Airlines or American Airlines but I was not expecting that from Jet Blue. read more

Once again, JetBlue gets the Zero Customer Service award. It's great if you don't have any issues, or can connect via app. But, if you have to actually talk to an agent, chat with their customer service or talk to a human, forget it! All they know how to do is say "sorry we can't help", or "that will cost you another $50"! Why I keep flying them is beyond me! Switching back to United. read more

I've been here at Atlanta airport for 6 hours waiting to board my flight. There has been 3 delays and now a gate change. I'm over it!!! If I could I would give Jet Blue negative 5 stars. My wife and I were flying Jet Blue for the first time on our honeymoon trip. It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with an airline. We were traveling to Thailand using 3 different carriers. We were using Jet Blue on the first leg of the flight from New Orleans to JFK and connecting at JFK with a Cathay Pacific flight to take us to Hong Kong. Lazy Gate Agents - In New Orleans at our gate we heard announced that the flight was going to be delayed due to an aircraft maintenance problem. I went to the Jet Blue agents at the gate, identified myself and expressed my concern with making our connecting flight. The agent had already circled our names on the manifest and said that since we had a 3 hour layover at JFK we should be fine. Ultimately the flight was delayed for 4 hours during which time I repeatedly went to the agents to express my concern about potentially missing our connecting flight. They all seemed to have a rather casual attitude about our situation and assured me everything would be fine. After 3 hours I again checked with the flight agent who was now on the phone talking to someone about our situation and what to do. After 3.5 hours they finally started boarding the plane. When we were finally airborne we were over 4 hours late departing New Orleans. The gate agent did very little to assist us. We arrived at JFK about 20 min after our connecting flight departed. Upon our arrival at JFK we received no support or assistance from Jet Blue. Apparently no one called ahead to inform the Jet Blue agents at JFK as to our situation. This was an unacceptable situation particularly since it was Jet Blue's delay that caused us to miss our connecting flight. The following morning we went to the Cathay Pacific counter and explained our situation. Cathay Pacific required a $600 fee to re-book me and my wife. I called Jet Blue and spoke with a representative while we were working with the Cathay Pacific agent however we still received no useful assistance from Jet Blue. I had hoped that the Jet Blue agent in New Orleans would start working this problem much sooner. Had the agent had acted sooner there could have been a solution to the problem and we may have made our connecting flight. Problems with Jet Blue * Lazy Gate Agents * Poor Customer Service * Lack of Concern for Customers This was the first time that my wife and I flew on Jet Blue and this experience was very poor. I would hope that any future flights on Jet Blue would be better. read more
