    I used Jet Blue for the first time from Hartsfield Jackson in Atlanta. I was really impressed. I checked in on the app but when I got to the airport I asked for a wheelchair because I have bad knees. I boarded the plane before other passengers because I'm slow. That was a nice touch. The plane itself was nice and clean and I have to say comfortable and I'm a large size person. There was WiFi on the plane and the option to watch tv or a movie. I watched a documentary about Aretha Franklin. The flight attendant advised passengers in my section that another passenger had an allergy to shell nuts. They advised they would not be providing nuts as a snack and asked if anyone was currently eating any at the time. The passenger seated by the window on my row was already eating a bag of nuts so she alerted them and the flight attendant changed her seat. That meant we could stretch out with no middle seat person. That was awesome since the flight was full. I was impressed with how friendly the staff was on that flight. Also they give a snack that is a full regular size bag. Not a tiny joke of a snack. Our landing at JFK had to be one of the smoothest ever. I have zero complaints about JetBlue and look forward to booking with them again in the future.

    This is my second time flying JetBlue from the Atlanta airport. The first time was a few weeks after JetBlue came to this airport about a year ago, so I didn't expect much as it was new. However, the planes that fly to and from this airport under JetBlue are so outdated, and they all have a faint odor. I always have high expectations with this airline, but they missed the mark in this airport. The seats are all slightly tatters, and they have definitely seen their fair share of passengers. Please, get it together JetBlue ATL!

    Flight changes overlap my next destination

    I booked a flight to go back home. They changed the flight without letting me know, so it overlaps my next destination. I've waited to talk to the customer representative for over three hours. They keep sent me to different department then got cut off. Please save yourself time, money and headache. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. There is no way to find anyone to resolve your problems when you need them. I'm extremely disappointed. I'm a very patient person and very understandable person but there is a limit to that.

    Best airline, hands down. Free WiFi and directv in addition to plenty of space in regular seats with the option of more for about $54.

During that transition, I really did not get the chance to enjoy the airport itself because once I arrived, I was in search of the airline gate. Post my short layover, the airline gate was easy to find within the terminal thanks to posted signage, as well as the Plane Train for getting me to the concourse quickly! By the time I arrived at concourse F from concourse B, it was time to board the airplane once I arrived at the Delta Air Lines gate. By then, I swear my anxiety level was nearly at its peak because I did not even have a boarding pass at the time, so I was thinking to myself that I might miss my flight back to Chicago. Near the end of the boarding process, the gentleman that was checking travelers in came over and assisted me, which released that anxiety. The last thing I wanted was to miss my flight, or purchase another ticket, which more than likely would have resulted in a later flight back to Chicago. As for the airplane interior, I loved that the seat area had enough space to where I could adjust my body while seated. I had a decent amount of foot space to where my military-style backpack could fit underneath the seat in front of me. And there were also charging outlets within the seat, thankfully because I burned most of my battery checking the Delta Air Lines website for my boarding pass while enroute to the concourse. While onboard the flight, I ended up watching the movie 'Blade', which put a smile on my face after the commute to get to the gate, and potentially missed the flight. And onboard this flight, the Delta Air Lines attendants gave out refreshments, and snacks which are always a plus. In closing, I am still open to choosing and recommending Delta Air Lines to a friend, relative or colleague even after this experience. My rating given is mostly because of me not receiving my seat until near the boarding process was completed, which is something I never want to experience as a traveler who just wants to go home. Due to some health issues, I need assistance, & the the people that assist us are the best. (By they way, tip them - they are pushing you & your carry on through the airport!) They do it with care & a positive attitude each time. Because I'm always flying international, I'm usually going from terminal A to terminal F! Yes, they have a tram, still that's a huge airport. The underground pedestrian and moving walkways are a great answer to moving huge crowds of people. Funneling people to the trams and dropping them off at their departure terminal helps clear the congestion. I do wish they had better food options though. I've passed through here a bunch of times and still have not discovered a go to food option. If they could figure that out I would choose to fly my connections through here more often. The concourses are in need of maintenance . The Ac systems aren't adequate to handle the Georgia weather. The roofs leak. Nothing like dodging water collectors inside the terminal because the roof is leaking. Delta should apply more pressure because it shows poorly on them.

We went to the restroom Walked to the concession area came back and was told Gate is closed - you missed it 10:28pm The staffing at the gate were less than helpful Supposedly the woman at our gate Didn't catch her name but was very NON-EMPHATIC of our situation. She claimed she called our names We were a party of 4 6 others also missed this flight!!HOW DID 10 PEOPLE MISS THIS FLIGHT tonight??? The man at the adjoining gate tried to stick up for her and said she called your name I heard her Meanwhile his gate was loading and we heard him giving them Last call boarding in 5 minutes Flight # Ft. Lauderdale 4 minutes please come to gate 3 minutes doors will be closing 2 minutes final call Ft. Lauderdale flight # They made the flight by the way As for me and my family we are sitting on the floor waiting for a 6:00am flight to Boston. If it wasn't for Ella at the ticket counter to assist us I'd probably have some really nasty things to say about this airline. Will I fly Frontier again? Probably not unless I had no other options. One last complaint I ordered a vodka and cranberry stewardess took my card and said $ 15 and pointed to leaving a tip Not only was it dark I couldn't see the tip choices Apparently I gave a $ 2 tip So it cost me $ 17.04 I know should have said no tip But they should at least point to the no tip option!!
