She looks up your plate etc, you pay and she doesn't explain charges, takes payment and says ok. She doesn't tell you where to hey your car is. You just walk out to your right to find your car only mines want there. They apparently have two lots. They pretty much could not locate my car for. Because the staties took my plates. A nice tow truck driver was able to help look for it he finally had to use my alarm to find it. I got it but had to get my plates from troopers headquarters way across town. I come bk with my plates and go straight to tow lot where the tow driver left it for me. I ask receptionist if there is anyone yo help screw on plates.
