I have been dealing with Jesper's Computer Services for years. Ayse is very good in working with the computers. Even when have problems at home she works thru the remote. Abysmally juvenile and unprofessional customer support, (or lack thereof), with unreliable and unpredictable employees. I voiced a professionally worded, legitimate critique/concern with an employee of Jester's Computer Services, Mr. Stenabaugh, who simply responded with a laughing "emoji" and nothing more. I am happy and relieved to say that I will be taking my business elsewhere, (and I strongly recommend that others do the same). Perhaps others have had positive experiences, but Mr. Stenabaugh has solidified my opinion that this company is an entirely slap-dash, immature operation. Intensely disappointed. I can't think of a better company to give you the exceptional service that they provide. The turn-around time for repairs or service is very fast. Bob is informative to what has been done during an annual cleanup of the hard drive. The paid subscription for AVG is well worth the low price, I have it on my laptop also. Bob has literally brought several of my dead systems back to life and built and maintains my current machine to my to specification. We've also bought great refurbished laptops from Jesters over the years and they stand by their products. Ayse also came to our house for a site visit and set up our home network after I became hopelessly confounded by the process after buying a new router. And their prices are extremely reasonable, much better than the big box store tech departments, which generally hire people who don't know what they are doing. they got my computer fixed and as cheaply as possible. i only paid 211 dollars i know for a fact other places would have been a lot more expensive. i am really happy with their service, the owner a typically IT guy, thinks we know nothing, he knows everything...but for the fact that my computer was fixed in as little time as possible and the bill was small, i think everyone can deal. read more

Jester's Computer Services is a great small, family run business. They have always done any work I needed on my computer(s) in a timely manner and their prices are very reasonable. I had to get a new laptop and they gave me all the information I needed to purchase one. I guess they could have pushed one built by them, but they didn't. They even went on line and found one that they recommended. Then they took care of transferring all of my stuff and disposed of my old laptop. When I had a very simple problem with the new one (costing all of $10 to fix) they didn't even laugh at me when I couldn't figure it out. I highly recommend them.
