Within two days, they replaced the power outlet in the computer and got me a new power cable, as the accident destroyed the plug in the former cable. Jeff at Total Tech Solutions, LLC fixed the camera on my laptop by connecting to my laptop the moment I called! He fixed it in about 10 minutes. I had to wait 0 seconds to get service. He first tried a couple of things but figured it out on the third try. I will now receive a bill by email, which I can either mail, pay online or stop by the store. It was a reasonable fee. It couldn't be more convenient, efficient or easier. I highly recommend his services. Please know that this is the place that used to be across from the Post Office. They are now located at 670 Johns Ave, Gettysburg, PA 17325 which is the same building as the cat rescue place. We were having a problem with our desktop computer shutting down at random times. Jeff did a remote check of the system and noted that the hard drive was having issues, in addition to the age of the operating system. We bought a new Acer (very much similar to the one we had) and Jeff transferred all of the files and programs from the old one. When we got home, he remotely installed the printers and other drivers we needed. We had one other question a day or so later and he also advised how to fix it.
