I needed an Apple phone screen fixed as mine was severely cracked…read more I walked in the door with no wait they took my phone and said it would be ready in about an hour and a half. They called me 40 minutes later saying it was done and ready to be picked up. Out the door it cost me $110 bucks. I don't think you can beat that kind of service I will definitely keep them in mind as cracked screens seems to be a common issue in my home.

On July 11, 2013, I told you that my PC did not start -- most likely because of the power supply failure. You had my PC overnite, and your diagnostics was: "The motherboard is dead! The power supply is OK! Your best option is a new PC (we will pay for your hard drive as it can be used as a replacement!)" I took my PC from you to Sunrise Computers in nearby Chambersburg, PA. They figured out the real problem -- the power supply. As they showed me expected business honesty, I also wanted them to upgrade the RAM of my PC to the max. They certainly did a professional job, as I use my newly fixed PC for this communication. Evidently, it is my duty as a citizen to bring this issue to the attention of government agencies as well. I can only think of families with kids, when children's' computers go bad -- and they need a fix quickly and reliably and honestly... I do NOT believe you should be in business... This Staples has been a cornerstone in Hanover for many years…read more The location is ideal with plenty of parking in front. The store is really well laid out so whatever you're looking for you can find fairly easily in a store is absolutely immaculate. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful, and will do their best to answer any technical questions that you may have on a possible purchase. A nice feature they offer is this is an Amazon return location just make sure that you have everything packaged up properly and you have your QR code for them to scan and verify. When I walked through the store today after my return, they have some really really good holiday sales going on.

Very Disappointing Experience at the Hanover, PA Staples…read moreThis Staples location is unlike any other I've visited -- the level of rudeness here is unbelievable. On my very first visit, as soon as I entered the store, the manager looked at me with a harsh, unfriendly expression, as if he disliked me for no reason. I was completely confused. When I went to his register to check out, he was rude and dismissive. I even asked if I had done something wrong since I had never seen him before, but his attitude didn't change. I left the store feeling hurt and confused. I couldn't help but wonder if it was bias or something else? I'm not sure, but it was very uncomfortable. When I returned on another occasion, a different associate treated me the same way. That's when I realized this behavior seems to be part of the store's culture -- the associates follow the manager's example. It's a clear case of poor leadership and unacceptable customer service. This was one of the most unpleasant shopping experiences I've ever had at a Staples.
