They called me 40 minutes later saying it was done and ready to be picked up. Out the door it cost me $110 bucks. I don't think you can beat that kind of service I will definitely keep them in mind as cracked screens seems to be a common issue in my home.

On July 11, 2013, I told you that my PC did not start -- most likely because of the power supply failure. You had my PC overnite, and your diagnostics was: "The motherboard is dead! The power supply is OK! Your best option is a new PC (we will pay for your hard drive as it can be used as a replacement!)" I took my PC from you to Sunrise Computers in nearby Chambersburg, PA. They figured out the real problem -- the power supply. As they showed me expected business honesty, I also wanted them to upgrade the RAM of my PC to the max. They certainly did a professional job, as I use my newly fixed PC for this communication. Evidently, it is my duty as a citizen to bring this issue to the attention of government agencies as well. I can only think of families with kids, when children's' computers go bad -- and they need a fix quickly and reliably and honestly... I do NOT believe you should be in business...
