Professional, excellent service, and fast!!! We hired Jesse and his crew to do a big move with very heavy expensive furniture and they were so gentle with it. We considered hiring a high end white glove moving company but so glad to have gone with Jesse's. They probably moved it better than most of the white glove moving companies out there! And did I mention fast? Moving is usually an all day spectacle however this started at around 830AM and done by very early afternoon. This is the second time that either myself or my family has used Jesse's service. In both cases we were very impressed with service. We had Carmello as the lead on both moves. His team treated both my possessions and my in-laws possessions as if it were their own. The team was very pleasant and respectively of the possessions and structures. They did not stop to take unneccessary breaks. We provided lunch and drinks through the day and they were very appreciative of the respect we returned to them as they did to us. They consumed their lunch quickly so as not to extend the hourly cost. They did not charge for the 15 minutes they took to eat. The trucks were clean and they had all of the materials needed to do a thorough move and put your mind at ease. They will only accept cash or checks for payment, no credit cards. The crew called two days prior to the move to confirm time and location to start. We will be moving again in 6-8 months when we purchase a house, we will use this service again. read more

Jesse and his crew moved our office last week--3 businesses under one roof. They did a PHENOMENAL job and three, very hard to please owners cannot recommend them highly enough. They worked incredibly hard packing us all up, moving us and then unloading. They were tireless, and showed enormous care for our furniture, art, accessories, and electronics as well as many personal items. They were so pleasant and patient throughout 2 very stressful days, and were willing to do anything we asked or that was needed (not the least of which was hauling off our trash and even fixing some furniture pieces). I have been moving all over the country for 20 years and this is the best moving service I have used. All My Sons and others ripped me off and broke things. Jesse's crew was right on time. They asked questions and were very polite. They pointed out anything they say before they moved furniture. They carefully moved boxes and never threw anything down. Never used the service, but I looked it up after one of their truck drivers almost hit me. Need to get better drivers who know what YIELD means. I was coming off the highway, and they didn't yield. In fact, they just started coming straight over into my lane and cut me off. Luckily my brakes work really well because I slammed on them and the horn. Then he had the audacity to lean out the window and flip me off like I was in the wrong. Get better drivers. read more

Do not use this company. I have been using this company for about 8 years. I had a few things broken over the the years, but nothing like this last move. On my last move I had so many things broken including antiques and family heirlooms. Things I've had since I was a child. I am 76 years old so it was devastating to have thes things broken. All I got were excuses, from the boxes I used , which were new from Public Storage, the same kind I used in all my other moves. I just got the runaround. I have filed a complaint with BBB. read more

They knew exactly how to move our heavy items. They arrived right on time and made my move easy. These guys are absolutely amazing. I got a quote from Jesse and one from North American Van Lines. Jesse was half the price. On the day of the move, they came on time and packed my house. The next day they moved me. Every piece of furniture and box made it fine and not one thing broken. The movers were extremely cordial and friendly. I managed a storage facility that use to use this moving company a lot. We had several locations in the DFW area and we use to send them a lot of business. The problem we eventually found with this company, was that they old did good work for very expensive moves. If your move was under $1,000.00 you got mediocre service and care of your goods. The straw that broke the camels back was when I asked them to pack a Penske truck for me. I told them it had to be packed really good because it was going a long distance. They told me to get a lot of moving pads and ratchet straps to wrap and secure everything. We got 120 moving pads and 14 ratchet straps. The day came for them to load the truck and all the guys kept talking about is "we have to hurry and load this, we have a big move at noon". They loaded the truck and finished at 11:15 am (3 guys loaded from 7 am to 11 am). When they were done we did not see where we had any moving pads or straps left over. We thought, "wow, they really wrapped everything and secured it". Three days later when we were having the truck unloaded by another professional moving company. The lead man asked to come out to the truck to see something. To our surprise, he showed us where they had stuffed 52 of the moving pads and 6 of the straps in areas of the truck. Half of our stuff was not wrapped correctly or secured. We ended up with over $1,000.00 in damages. When we contacted Jesse about the damages he denied that his guys would do this. I sent him pictures of the unused pads and straps stuffed in the cubby holes and of the damaged goods. His next excuse was that he had done the loading for us at a discounted price. For 3 guys in four hours for $750.00 + each man was given an $80.00 tip is no bargain. After several discussions with Jesse by phone with no resolve, Jesse finally made his thoughts clear . . . Oh well, you are now 800 miles away so what we think does not matter to him. Well we made a call to our former employer (Self Storage Company) and they no longer allow Jesse's Moving on their locations. They said they could see a deterioration of their service over time and it was inevitable that they would no longer receive referrals from the company. I would stay totally clear of this moving company unless you have money to throw away and want to pay a premium price to receive the service you should receive without paying super inflated prices. read more

After years of referring Jesse's Moving. We finally need a mover for ourselves. Of course we called Jesse's. We wanted a price for loading a 26 foot Penske truck. He was the highest quote we received. We thought what the heck, all we have been told for years is he is the best. We scheduled our move and the showed up on time. We had seen them move hundreds of our clients over the yea rd. They wrapped everything super good and made sure it was packed tightly so nothing would shift and break. We even went and got 8 dozen moving pads. We even supplied 20 ratchet straps to secure items.The three guys took about 4 hours to load the truck. All of the moving pads were no longer at the back of the truck when the finished, so we thought they really wrapped our stuff. The truck was packed clear to the back. We paid the bill and tipped each of the guys $20.00 per hour (3 guys, $80.00 each = $240.00). When we arrived at our new place we hired movers to unload the truck. They were not 3 feet into the truck and they called us out to look at a problem. Several of our items looked like they were just thrown in t he truck, not wrapped or secured. We found 44 of the moving pads stuffed in open areas within in the truck. They were not even unfolded. Of all of the straps we supplied, 6 were used. The others were tossed on the floor of the truck. We had a company appraise all of our damage. There was over $800.00 Of damage. That did not include items that cannot be replaced or fixed. We called Jesse directly and he said they did their best. If this is their best we would hate to see when they are having an off day. We think they knew that they would never see us again so they half assed the job. I would never have used them if I had known that they were capable of this bad of work. What goes around can come back and bite you on the back side. Remember that Jesse. We worked for a company (top of the line storage facilities) that had 22 locations in the DFW area. None of them are referring Jesse's Moving any longer. Hmm, wonder what caused that ? Was it worth short cutting our move Jesse ? Steer clear of these guys. read more
