I think I arrived 15-10 minutes early, and was seen a few minutes after I sat down. My hairdresser was Ailan, and she is the sweetest. She was very gentle with the hair wash and precise with the haircut. I showed her pictures of what I wanted, and she truly delivered! I do think that if you guys couldn't work on my lashes because of the services I had done previously, then that should have been communicated to me. I visited the Amazing Lash Studio three days ago after Cassandra texted and called me to see how my…read morelashes were holding up. I decided to follow up with her because my lashes are hideous!!! When I called, she claimed I had never been with them, so I had to refresh her memory by giving her my number again. Then when she magically remember me and snapped her attitude on like a fake smile. As her sour attitude started , I had to stop her and say I have a text and call for you that says . Hello this is "Cassandra" It is now been 48 hours so you can wash your lashes and if you have a blow dryer, extend your arm and dry them. She went ahead and asked me if I do lashes when she realized that I was a customer. P.S. so professional she does not do them but had no idea that I do. So rude, then she wanted to tell me that the reason my lashes did not adhere properly was because I haven't been getting them done regularly. The most inappropriate question she asked me was if I was a lash artist. ( when she is not one) I guess being a customer is not good enough anymore maybe you gotta bring your resume. ... hmmmm. The whole experience was really bad, especially the fact that she was listening to some sort of social media on loud blast through the entire experience at the front desk. So it was for sure not the spa feel I was looking for. Luckily I got a peppermint out of it. PS If they don't offer you a lash bath ( which is standard ) in her words it is because a " lash bath is an extra service" that's why I never got one. I would not recommend this place to anyone who wants a relaxing experience, or to feel a bit dazzled as a woman if they are feeling like they need a revamp. When she told me I did not need to tip my artist at the end, ( I did anyway as I was receiving a service) ! Maybe she needs to get educated in @ your services. Then pulled up a brochure in my face and asked me if I was going to sign up for a membership. Not that day. Check out the pictures DONT GO HERE! Also she is having "the manager" call me because she could not handle her job and very mad that I told the truth. . Get ready to see time and money blown . Good thing It was not for pictures or a wedding. It would have been a disaster. **Excuse my diabetic eye redness.
