He spoke so kindly to both me and my daughter and was incredibly complimentary and personable. In a world where people often rush through interactions, he took the time to make us feel welcomed and appreciated. I left the store feeling uplifted and reminded that there are still such genuinely wonderful people out there. He truly made our night better. I wish he worked there every day! She was reluctant to even enter my GoodRX info and made a point to slam the keyboard as she typed. The price came out higher. She had the audacity to ask me if a wanted to pay the higher price since she went thru the trouble. I'm so sick of this pharmacy. I worked in a pharmacy as a tech for years. If I'd talked to a customer like this I'd be thrown out in my rump.

He is always reachable for any questions, has so much patience and his expertise is unmatched. Today I had a laser treatment with Dr. Annie Buinewicz, again with a fantastic visit. She explained everything about the procedure and is also a top notch doctor. The results of the procedure I got will be gradual but I have no doubt that they'll be amazing. Their office is gorgeous, every single member of the staff is just the best. Laurie was the attending assistant to Dr. Annie today and she is just wonderful, again with patience to answer any questions and is very knowledgeable about any procedures they do there. She had me HOLD MY BREATH & turn my face to the side and "quickly pull my mask down" and then pull my mask back up. I have had to wait from time to time but his staff is very friendly. He is out of network with insurances so he really only takes Medicare but they do send it off for you. Scheduling was fairly easy. They recently hired a new PA, Jennifer Rendall and she was great when I met her! She said she has practiced dermatology for 8 years and she seems very qualified. They also said if I ever need a later appointment she is doing extended hours so that is good to know. Although it is out of network I think spending a little extra money for great service is worth it.
