What impressed me most is that they offer gluten-free bread and take cross-contamination very seriously -- which is a big deal for someone with Celiac disease like me. They wiped down all surfaces before preparing my sandwich, changed gloves, and even had separate bottles of mayo and mustard stored in their own section with a dedicated fridge. The gluten-free bread is kept separate from the regular bread and individually wrapped, which adds an extra layer of safety. I was told that the store manager also has Celiac, which explains the team's strong awareness and commitment to following proper protocols. You can tell they've been trained thoroughly. I've honestly never seen a sandwich station so clean. And it wasn't just that area -- the entire restaurant was spotless. The vibe here is just different in the best way. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by two young ladies working at the front. I didn't catch their names, but they were incredibly sweet, friendly, and welcoming. In my order there were (3) of the same r8. They marked one with the name, the other (2) were r8, and they mislabeled an r9. So nonetheless, order from here, just make sure they are different sandwiches or you will have to pick through them and touch them all to figure out which one is which. read more

Disgusting!! I was waiting for my food and noticed there was bread sitting on the trash can. I asked the worker and he said it was old bread from yesterday and they aren't using it. I continued to watch and one of the workers making sandwiches at the counter pulled a bread from above trash. The worker must have told her I was watching because she looked back at me and she put the bread back and pulled a new one from tray. I demanded a refund and the manager asked why. I told him because you are making sandwiches with bread on the trash can. He said it is fresh bread and they didn't use the trash that day. This location is the best! They handle my food allergies to the best they can. OK but my family and I order 5 sandwiches. I order mine 1st I say I'm allergic to cheese. I don't expect them to wipe down the blade even though they should. I do need them to re-glove which they do for our order. Here's the thing though they get all the bread ready, then cut the cheese then the meat, then slide all the sandwiches over. Literally they can't avoid cross contamination. Either I should order mine alone, and pay together later, or they should just treat mine as separate because I said I have a cheese, dairy allergy. The restaurant is always super clean, so are the bathrooms, the key is on the side of the food glass. The associates are so friendly, and I always enjoy the music playing. Probably one of the most rudest staff experiences at a Jersey Mikes. This is not the service you typically get from Jersey Mikes. Stood there for quite a long time with no acknowledgement that they'd be with me shortly or help me. I understand it can get busy but making a customer stand there for ten minutes with no acknowledgment is just not good service. If they would have at least said I'll be right with you that would a great, instead they give you looks as if you're bothering them by coming into their business. I finally asked for an estimate of how long it would be and the girl with the glasses was rude and laughed and told her coworker something behind the glass. I have to address my concern here as they wouldn't give me the name of the business owner for that location or that employees name. Which is unfortunate as you would think the owner would want to address this with their employer to improve their service. If you have a choice go to a different location. And by the looks of the reviews, it seems like I'm not the only customer with a bad experience at this location. read more

We have ordered on the app & waited to give them time to have our order ready. Each time we have done this, & arrive to pick up our order, not only do they not have our order ready, they haven't even started it. In addition we have to wait for them to serve anyone else who comes in & stands in line before they begin our order. Obviously the walk ins are not in the queue before our order was placed. Our order has already been paid for. So we are hostage to their servers until they get around to it. Otherwise I would have walked out. This will be the last time we order from this Jersey Mikes. I had a catering order let me tell you there is a girl works here I did not get her name she was so rude . I'm a manager of a retail store myself and her customer service was horrendous ! I was there last Tuesday, ordered a sandwich online at 6:36 pm. Was surprised to see the pick-up time was 7:20 pm. I thought maybe they were really busy.
