I've been to Jersey Mike's many times across various locations, but this particular one truly stands out. What impressed me most is that they offer gluten-free bread and take cross-contamination very seriously -- which is a big deal for someone with Celiac disease like me. They wiped down all surfaces before preparing my sandwich, changed gloves, and even had separate bottles of mayo and mustard stored in their own section with a dedicated fridge. The gluten-free bread is kept separate from the regular bread and individually wrapped, which adds an extra layer of safety. I was told that the store manager also has Celiac, which explains the team's strong awareness and commitment to following proper protocols. You can tell they've been trained thoroughly. I've honestly never seen a sandwich station so clean. And it wasn't just that area -- the entire restaurant was spotless. The vibe here is just different in the best way. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by two young ladies working at the front. I didn't catch their names, but they were incredibly sweet, friendly, and welcoming. Their customer service was absolutely top-notch and really made me want to come back. Now of course, this is still a sandwich shop -- so if you have severe Celiac, there's always going to be some level of risk despite the precautions. But based on my visit, I felt confident and safe, and I truly appreciate the extra care they put in. Highly recommend this location for anyone gluten-free or just looking for amazing service and a clean, welcoming environment. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Sandwiches Near Me - Wildomar, California

When Im in the mood for an Italian style sub this is the place for me. I appreciate this location more than others because I feel like they have their routine more well coordinated and solidified than Ive seen elsewhere. Service is quick and friendly and unless you are there durimg the rush I have never waited long to order. The meats and toppings here are always fresh and truely delectable. I love the vibe here and they are often playing all the great classic rock and beachy rock songs that I enjoy while having a great "Shore-side" sub sandwich. read more

Very little meat in my sandwich it was mostly lettuce . I usually order other sandwiches and they come out great it's very sad that this one came out so little. read more

I had a great sandwich and the service was excellent. Restaurant was very clean. I loved the experience.

Disgusting!! I was waiting for my food and noticed there was bread sitting on the trash can. I asked the worker and he said it was old bread from yesterday and they aren't using it. I continued to watch and one of the workers making sandwiches at the counter pulled a bread from above trash. The worker must have told her I was watching because she looked back at me and she put the bread back and pulled a new one from tray. I demanded a refund and the manager asked why. I told him because you are making sandwiches with bread on the trash can. He said it is fresh bread and they didn't use the trash that day. He proceeded to say they have no where else to put the bread. I would never go there again!! read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Bread being used to make sandwiches stored on trash can. Disgusting!! - Sandwiches Near Me - Wildomar, California

The sandwiches are good. The service kills this place. Place an online order, with specific names (its an option on their app) and they mark the sandwiches with their typical (size/#). In my order there were (3) of the same r8. They marked one with the name, the other (2) were r8, and they mislabeled an r9. So nonetheless, order from here, just make sure they are different sandwiches or you will have to pick through them and touch them all to figure out which one is which. read more

best Jersey Mike experience ever !! Nadine took her time and made our sandwiches as if they were hers thank you soooo much really means a lot will definitely choose this location again over the others for sure read more

This location is the best! They handle my food allergies to the best they can. OK but my family and I order 5 sandwiches. I order mine 1st I say I'm allergic to cheese. I don't expect them to wipe down the blade even though they should. I do need them to re-glove which they do for our order. Here's the thing though they get all the bread ready, then cut the cheese then the meat, then slide all the sandwiches over. Literally they can't avoid cross contamination. Either I should order mine alone, and pay together later, or they should just treat mine as separate because I said I have a cheese, dairy allergy. The restaurant is always super clean, so are the bathrooms, the key is on the side of the food glass. The associates are so friendly, and I always enjoy the music playing. We do online orders, but eat in-store. Love the Mike's app! Get it if you don't have it, great discounts! read more

So thankful to have a great community sandwich shop that knows how to treat their community! I was greeted with such joy as I walked in. Very busy there at lunch time and Megan was amazing! You can see she loves her job and serving others. Great attitude and encouraging to her team. Cleanliness after each sandwich made was clearly of utmost importance here. Grateful for these experiences! read more

Great service even though I know they were busy being that it was 5:00 Halloween night. I'm sure a lot of people wanted to pick up sandwiches for a quick dinner on a busy night. Food is good and the sandwiches are large not skimpy like at other sandwich places. read more

Great sandwiches as usual. They made my number 13 as requested when I placed my order on line. Thank you for the great sun!

3 visits in a row ordered the Philly cheesesteak on wheat. 3 visits in a row received it on white. Why offer alternates to white bread if you don't honor it? I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

We have ordered on the app & waited to give them time to have our order ready. Each time we have done this, & arrive to pick up our order, not only do they not have our order ready, they haven't even started it. In addition we have to wait for them to serve anyone else who comes in & stands in line before they begin our order. Obviously the walk ins are not in the queue before our order was placed. Our order has already been paid for. So we are hostage to their servers until they get around to it. Otherwise I would have walked out. This will be the last time we order from this Jersey Mikes. I would prefer to support our local businesses, but the service here has been terrible for us & we are done giving them another chance. read more

Probably one of the most rudest staff experiences at a Jersey Mikes. This is not the service you typically get from Jersey Mikes. Stood there for quite a long time with no acknowledgement that they'd be with me shortly or help me. I understand it can get busy but making a customer stand there for ten minutes with no acknowledgment is just not good service. If they would have at least said I'll be right with you that would a great, instead they give you looks as if you're bothering them by coming into their business. I finally asked for an estimate of how long it would be and the girl with the glasses was rude and laughed and told her coworker something behind the glass. I have to address my concern here as they wouldn't give me the name of the business owner for that location or that employees name. Which is unfortunate as you would think the owner would want to address this with their employer to improve their service. If you have a choice go to a different location. And by the looks of the reviews, it seems like I'm not the only customer with a bad experience at this location. read more

Blonde with the glasses, Erica, more focused on chatting with her friend (also wearing a jersey mikes shirt) who was sitting in the dining area. Asked for banana peppers 4 times and she was head down, no eye contact and more focused on getting back to her gossiping than listening to our order. Brian is the only reason this review is 3 stars. Excellent communication and awareness. Give him more hours and honestly just get rid of Erica. read more

This place is mind boggling slow. Came in here because I wanted a quick bite to eat. Was thinking of eating at the Thai place across the way, but I didn't have time. How long could it take to make a sandwich when there's 3 people working and only 2 customers in line. Answer: a long time read more

Every experience so far has been positive. The staff is great and the location is very clean. Sadly this was my fourth visit and the bread was so dry it was almost stale. I've never had a negative experience here but this was disappointing and it fell short of the experience I've had before. ******** Update! We purchased a 15$ buffalo sandwich and it was almost inedible. The sandwich was so drenched in sauce & so soggy from the chicken being cooked from frozen it was very disappointing. read more

I love jersey Mike's!! But this location seriously has the worst customer service of anyone I've ever been to. I literally wait 20 minutes over the 15 i was quoted for my online order. Never an apology for the wait just very passive minimal service. Management from the corporate office need to look into this. read more

Yum! I had heard the Philly cheesesteak from Jersey Mikes was good but wow this thing hit the spot. My toddler son and I split a Philly cheesesteak and even he loves it. From the gooey cheese to the delicious meat, this thing is a favorite of ours. I love a good Philly Cheesesteak. My husband loves trying the hot sandwiches and hasn't found one he didn't like. A favorite of his was the bbq beef sandwich. Above all else, the service is so friendly and that's a plus in my book. Sierra was so nice and made our sandwiches perfect. They also offer free local delivery at most locations, I believe. From their delicious fresh sandwiches to the great service, Jersey mikes has quickly become a house favorite here. Good taste good bread. We both tried the steak sandwiches. Kahuna was huge and longer than a foot long. Too expensive though. The app to order on yelp doesn't work too well and prices are not clear on the menu. I will try again but it's a little more than subway and taste a little better. Cheese is saltier than I like. Always a great sandwich here. A pet peeve of mine is places that use green or white tomatoes, or 'tomato butts', the part I would normally discard. Mike's always had red ripe tomatoes. I've tried many sandwiches and never found one that didn't meet my standards. They do offer veggy and gluten free options. Their Philly it right up there with the best. Staff has always been pleasant, that makes it nice. Even when very crowded, they are fast (hear that Jimmy John?). read more

I had a catering order let me tell you there is a girl works here I did not get her name she was so rude . I'm a manager of a retail store myself and her customer service was horrendous ! I had a coupon she refused to honor . She argued for ten min . I had ordered 9 sandwiches ! I have sold Mattresses to the owner of the Jersey Mike's by where I live and they have the best customer service ever the only reason why I continue Dubai from this establishment because the young gentleman was so kind to me and apologize for her behavior. The next day when I came in to pick up my sandwich is the girl was there again she did not even say hello she was again rude to me I had to wait 15 to 20 minutes for my order no one acknowledge that we were even there until a young gentleman after he was finished with a customer asked us if we were there for the catering order and he retrieved it from the back. And the girl was standing up front the entire time the same girl from the day before I believe she has brown hair and I think braces. I'm pretty sure I will never come back being I spent over $100 there and was treated like a piece of garbage I just want to say thank you to the young gentleman that was there that treated me so kindly I wish I knew his name he had a light beard and a mustache dark hair read more

Had an online order and the time for pick up was 10:15. I didn't mind that my order wasn't ready due to the fact that they had just opened but I waited an extra ten minutes for these people to complain to one another that someone didn't show up. ordered a philly cheese steak, the meat was burned & dry and the cheese was not melted ... so was my #26 sandwich. If the workers were focused on what they were doing, their jobs, the sandwiches wouldve been better. ps : it was great comedy but not for when you have customers in the lobby. read more

WHERE'S THE AVOCADO?? It was on the menu as a sandwich ingredient and as an additional topping just earlier this week. Today, there's no sign that they carry avocado at all. I was there last Tuesday, ordered a sandwich online at 6:36 pm. Was surprised to see the pick-up time was 7:20 pm. I thought maybe they were really busy. So at about 7:15, I started up to get my sandwich. I get down there at 7:20. There is 2 customers in the store, one eating and the other one was finishing up the order. There is no sandwich ready. But there was either 3 or 4 employees at the back of the store.1 was doing something work wise. The girl that was making the sandwich for the last customer, said give me a minute. Finishes with the customer. Then asked if I had a phone in order? I said no, an online order, she tells one of the girls to make the sandwich, funny not funny! It was suppose to take 40 minutes to wait for my sandwich to be made, but I still have to wait to get my sandwich. The cashier did say they were busy, and I told here, it doesn't look busy now! You guys do the pick up time, not me, so why should I be standing here waiting? Absolutely no reason that I should have to wait! I already waited 40 mins, it's a sandwich, not a steak dinner! read more
