When we were ending our phone call, there was no goodbye, just a mumbled grunt of illegible acknowledgement. They also don't take coupons. There were a lot of people inside and the employees were quick making all of the sandwiches. I ordered a giant Ultimate Italian with added cucumbers and Jimmy Peppers. Holy heck, a giant is HUGE! The app is really easier to order, which should be a given, but it amazes me how bad other establishment make their order process in the app. Easy layout, easy to customize, and easy to re-order a favorite. The speed at which my food is ordered, prepared, and available is very reasonable. By the time I place the order in the app and arrive at the location 7 minutes later, the order is ready. The team here is also great. They always meet people with a smile and attentiveness. Clearly, they prioritize the in-person experience by being available and engaging every time someone needs something.
