Somehow I forgot that I like Jersey Mike's. This place is clean and they are fast as well. They slice your sandwich ingredients right in front of you. This is my 3rd review over the last few years. I like Your food. I don't like how the managers kids run around the kitchen and looking at food being cooked grabbing chips. Playing inside the establishment. It's a little unprofessional. You food has been more on point not as many mess ups but the fact the kids run around has been keeping me away. Stopped in for 2 sandwiches. It's been about 10 years since I had a Jersey Mike's so I forgot how things went. Gave my order and the guy told me they'd take my topping request at the next station. I stood awkwardly wondering how/when that would happen... a little direction would be nice. There were just a ton of sandwiches lined up. About 4 minutes after I ordered the guy asked me to come back because they lost my ticket... the one they just wrote out last... 4 minutes ago... okay. So my turn is up and I tell the chick Mike's way on the first minus onion and add pickle. She said "pickle?" I said yes. Looked away for a minute and told her the next one was also to have Mike's way and add pickle as well. She gave me a weird look and I had no idea why until I got 20 minutes back to the house... even though she said "pickle" for the first one, she thought load the shit out of it with jalapeños was a better idea...no pickles. Sandwiches were loaded with meat so I can't complain there but they just weren't tasty due to the amount of oil and vinegar they were soaked it. Food was awful. Service was terrible. Kiona, the Manager was the worst. We we're on our way to Pueblo reservoir, and called ahead. We ordered 15 minutes before arriving. Got 5 subs, spent over $60. My "sandwich" was in a bowl. No mention of doing that sort of thing on the phone. I can't understand that, it's gross. I couldn't eat it on the boat. Everyone is eating their sandwiches, and I'm just looking at my bowl, wondering what to do. Cheesesteak but cold and hardened in the bottom of a paper bowl. It would have been total mush had it been hot. Not good at all, and I was still charged full price for the bowl of Philly cheesesteak. Kiona said at least she didn't change me for the GF bread. I was excited when this place opened because they generally had decent sandwiches for a chain. The first few times I ordered it was okay. The last few times I ordered it was horrible. Forget online ordering. We had to give that up because they completely ignore any special instructions like "no onions". Must be too complicated. Started to go in to order, hoping that would help them get things right, if they actually spoke to the person ordering. It didn't. The final straw was that I paid $9.59 tonight for a regular Italian and it was a lettuce sandwich. How do you feel okay selling such a terrible product to people in your community? Very rude teenagers working that didn't seem to care about making a customer order. Hardly any meat and they threw it together. Didn't care if they rolled up the sandwich in the wrapping paper carefully to keep the sandwich together. Real surprise when we got home and had to put the sandwich back together. The franchise owner might want to check the camera's to see what this group of workers are doing or he may end up a closed franchise. read more

Pretty disappointing experience with a place we really enjoy. We ordered catering for Father's Day for a party. Firstly, the employees were short with us at pick-up, and forgot the oil and vinegar side. When asked about it, they said they'd get it but waited until serving the entire line of people first after we'd been waiting awhile. Secondly, when we got home, none of the order was correct. Sandwiches were mislabeled in the box (e.g. you'd open a sandwich labeled "turkey and provolone" but it would actually be ham or capicola). We ordered an entire box of club sandwiches but there were none. Additionally, the bread on the bottom of the sandwiches were soggy which means they likely sat for a long time before our scheduled pick up. Lastly, when called to tell the store about the mistake (in case we had somehow gotten someone else's order) the employee told us we could get a refund on the club sandwiches which are more expensive. She told us to come in the morning and they would handle the refund. When we arrived after their advertised opening time, they were still closed. When we called and spoke to the general manager, she asked "well did you eat the sandwiches?" and said the sandwiches we didn't get aren't more expensive and there was nothing she could do. Overall just an unfortunate experience. I know food places are struggling right now, but catering isn't cheap and the situation could have been handled a lot better than it was. read more

The food is great. I had filed a complaint to corporate about cleanliness and they corrected the problems. My visit this week only showed the windows and window ledges meed attention daily to clean grubby hand prints and bread crumbs on ledges. The food is very good my sreak sandwich was excellent my wifes turkey sandwich was very good. I refuse to go to subway because their sandwiches suck and service is terrible. Staff does not care, long long wait for order, order comes out wrong, and no apology. On October 21, 2021 I walked in to order two sandwiches, one for me and one for my wife. There were about six employees working. The order taker took my order while constantly moving around doing other things. There was not a single smile in the place. My wife's sandwich was a regular steak and cheese on white with provolone and mushrooms. After about 7 minutes I received my sandwich. After 11 minutes I asked the order taker to see about my wife's sandwich. I could see the grill worker only had chicken on the grill. The order taker said to me, "he knows". Then after 15 total minutes I asked the cold sandwich maker, a tall white male that may have been the manager, if he could check on my wife's sandwich since it had been 15 minutes. He asked what the sandwich was and I told him exactly what it was. Apparently, the cook interpreted the manager as saying a Philly Cheese Steak as the menu has it with peppers and onions. After 4 more minutes the manager was wrapping the sandwich and I could see that there were peppers in it. I mentioned this to him and he clearly became angry and quickly started tightly wrap up the sandwich and was moving it towards the garbage. I said that we could take out the peppers. He said that he could make another sandwich. I told him we had no more remaining time. We left with the sandwich. My wife opened the sandwich in the car and noticed onions in the sandwich. I took the sandwich back in the store and asked for a refund. The manager shook his head left to right and said no. I left the sandwich on the counter and left the store. read more

Let me preface this by saying, I absolutely love Jersey Mike's, just not this store. In the beginning, it was very consistent, and the staff was friendly. However, somewhere along the line, things changed for the worst. The first bad experience I had, wasn't the first bad experience I had reported. It took a series of incidents for me to report to the district manager. And when I finally did, instead of the customer service getting better, I felt like I was being targeted. My most recent interaction, and the reason why I will not be going back to this location, was horrendous. My son and I walk in, and find the ENTIRE STAFF on their cell phones, except one kid who was trying to clean up. Okay, maybe they weren't busy, but someone should have at least greeted us within a reasonable amount of time. Called my dad to make sure I got his order right, so I let a lady go ahead of me. Got up to tell them my order (one giant Italian, and one giant Philly) and they proceeded to to tell me, "They don't have giant bread." Really? Okay then, why if they knew they were out of "giant size bread", then why were they on their phones when they could've been making the bread? But I digress. So I then ask them, if I buy two "regulars" will I be charged the price of the giant? She responds with, " Yeah, just the two sandwiches, right?" I say, "Yes the two GIANT sandwiches." She agrees. So as they're making sandwiches, I'm having a conversation with my son, but I'm paying attention. I see several sandwiches being made (some "giant bread" they're pulling out and cutting in half) and then it's my turn for the toppings. There's only a regular Italian. Still no word on the Philly. So one of the other workers, tells me I can cash out. So I did. She charged me for a GIANT Italian. Remember, I only had a regular at this point. So I ask, "Where is my other half of the Italian and my giant Philly?" And the SAME girl that told me they didn't have "giant bread", responded with, "Well if I give you two regulars, that would just be a giant." To which I replied, "WHICH IS WHAT O WANTED IN THE FIRST PLACE!" Keep in mind, I was CHARGED for a "giant". Then I asked, "what about my GIANT 17?" Then the SAME girl who said there wasn't "giant bread" told the guy who was cleaning up, "Just make her a giant Philly!" Irritated, obviously. So then the same girl who wrung me up for a giant Italian, said she'll "only charge me for a regular Philly." So I had to pay, AGAIN. So here comes the giant Philly. Still no other half of my Italian in sight. So I ask, again, "And the other half of my sandwich?" Now I'm ready to lose my cool, but I don't! So cashier girl goes to "no giant bread" girl and asks what she should do. They were both whispering to each other and rolling their eyes and finally she comes back and says it'll be right out. I'm still standing at the counter, watching. And after a few orders later, I FINALLY get my other half and they made the young man who was cleaning give it to me. Keep in mind, this entire time, a whole line of people had formed. So the young man hands my OTHER half of the Italian, to me and my son and I left. The time before this, I ordered an Italian (my usual) with EXTRA MEAT, got charged for it and got even LESS meat than usual! I kept my mouth shut, because I KNEW I'd be back and maybe they'd get my order right. This time, was even worse!!! Needless to say, I will never be back to this location. Even after expressing my frustration to the district manager, and him trying to resolve the situation with a gift card and a few coupons, helped this location be a better environment. Order delivery from Jersey Mikes' in Pueblo, Colorado tonight. Said deliver would be at 544pm. It is now 638pm. Called the shop and was told food was never picked up from DoorDash. I demanded a refund and I was told by the 'alleged manager" that they could not refund me the food. So I said I would drive down to pick it up from Pueblo West. I asked that they make me fresh sandwiches since mine has been sitting there over an hour. The "Manager" told me no, unless I wanted to pay for new sandwiches. WTF is up with this. Not to mention unless you phone your order in before you get there you will have to wait while they fill all the phone orders before they will take your order. Very poor health practices! Sure they wear gloves, but it was observed that they clean, check out customers, handle money and then make sandwiches without changing gloves. It may take a visit from the health dept since it was the manager doing this! When I asked if he was going to change his gloves BEFORE making sandwiches, he said nothing and walked away. Went to your restaurant for lunch today at 11am. it will be last time I do. First, I wasn't even sure if they were open since the " open" sign was not turned on. When I walked up to check the door I noticed the glass was competing filthy with finger prints and grease marks. Second, when we came inside and let the employees know the sign was not turned on, it seemed like I was bothering them. When they filled out of the back and came to take our order it was pretty obvious that they were all high. My wife ordered a gluten free sandwich ( the whole reason we were there) she specified that it was an allergy no a preference and they did very little to ensure there was no cross contamination. Wiped the counter down haphazardly instead of using the back counter like they have done before. Paid our $34.00 bill and tied to get some tea. None was made made. But what takes the cake is one of the employees connected their personal phone to the sound system and played very profanely laced music. Heard lyrics suck as " hit that pussy" and " fuck your motherfucking crew" with the " N" word splashed in for good measure. How do I know it was a personal phone? Oh, because her phone rang and it came through the speakers. At least she didn't answer it. Lastly, while we were eating in seating area, I watch one of the employees ( phone girl) wipe her nose, work the cash register and go back to making sandwiches with the same PAIR Of GLOVES! We tossed the rest of our sandwiches and left. Can't believe you have the audacity to ask for a tip.
