In my 10+ year history of going to Jersey Mikes, I have NEVER been charged extra for substituting meat. Example : Instead of ham, pepperoni. The workers here both said it was extra even though I didn't get ham on the club sub and charged me extra to sub the meat. $4.95+tax for 7 thin slices of pepperoni to be exact. I even told them, I have NEVER EVER been charged extra unless it was indeed added meat. They shrugged and smiled at each other while doing it (even smirked while having the audacity to add 1 tiny slice after I mentioned that I only get 6 slices for $5) and still did nothing to improve my experience. The lettuce was also brown and looked unhealthy. By the way, the "OPEN" sign wasn't even on after dark either so I almost turned around before entering. Regardless, I should have gone elsewhere to begin with as I will never be back to this one after today's experience. $29.53 for a giant with SUBSTITUTED meat (pepperoni INSTEAD OF ham), 1 Large Drink, 1 Bag of Chips. $29.53!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You're kidding me. TLDR: RIDICULOUS PRICING. WILL NOT RETURN. DON'T GET SCAMMED! read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Sandwiches Near Me - Paso Robles, California

Not a big sandwich guy but I must say Ive eaten sandwiches from Jersey Mike's in Paso 2 times lately and the sandwich was fantastic. The kids are all friendly and working hard but the combination of meats and JM's the works just makes the sandwich a hit. Along with the rosemary parm roll, it's the best. I'll be going back(often) read more

Mine and my kids favorite place to get a sandwich. The sandwich's are always great, I've never been disappointed. Today I ordered online. My kids have been sick and I didn't want to take them anywhere so I was trying to hurry and order for pickup. I messed up the order because I was rushing. That was all on me. When I went in there I offered to pay to fix MY mistake yet they were still very understanding and fixed my mistake. So thank you. Excellent customer service. It made me love our favorite sandwich shop even more! read more

Located in the TARGET shopping center, next to Starbucks, is Jersey Mike's. I used the app. Seemed easy enough. I entered, stood by the side, then was asked if I had an order. They handed me the bad, taped closed and I took off to meet my wife for lunch, at her work, with my 3 yr old daughter. To my dismay, they for got all three bags of chips and the cookie. We had to drive by and just eat in there. The food was slightly, slightly better than Subway. If you have someone try a sandwich, the same ingredients from both, they wouldn't be able to tell them apart. Service and amount of meat is worse. *People have to make sure to check their bags, my bad, but if you're going to tape it up, it better be right! $18 for a Giant Sub is crazy! More Meat! When you factor in price, service and meat amounts, it's worse than Subway* read more

My favorite lunch shop has the nicest people working there. The tables are always kept clean and nicely spaced apart. My favorite is the original Italian done Mike's way. OMG! Try it double meat. I also like the app. easy to use. read more

Not a whole lot you can add to Jersey Mike's. The place is pretty straightforward as you get what you get. I'm reviewing and giving this location 3 stars because we placed our order online and when I walked in, just like the other Jersey Mike's that I've been to, I expected our food to be on a shelf ready for me to grab. Unfortunately, at this location, they do not do this. There was a long line of people placing orders for their food and I had to wait by the register to ask the cashier for our food. Not only was it awkward standing there, I could feel the other people standing in line being annoyed with me cutting to the front of the line. Not only that, the cashier seemed annoyed that I was asking for our food. Why not just do what other jersey Mike's do for their online orders? Buy yourself a cheap shelf and place the online orders on it so that people who do this can just come in and grab their food. read more

ABSOLUTELY RUDE, this girl was not only disrespectful and very sarcastic to me as a customer, but to even co workers . She had told I'm assuming one of the new girls in front of everybody, including customers " instead of standing there can you do this " which I've worked in fast food and retail so I know the most professional way to address something is in private. I wanted to double check with her if I had to let her know what I wanted added to my salads because I was afraid she would put the oils on the sandwich that I did not want because was not paying attention. She was busy making the other sandwiches for the order of head. Her response was yes in a minute. I am busy doing something and points down at the sandwiches and says " you need to wait a minute " me getting taken back by the disrespect in her voice. I said absolutely when it came to her actually doing my sandwich, I said I want everything just the vinaigrette on the side she looks at me and says " so the Mike's way,you want the Mike's way " and I said " yes everything "again she tells me the Mike's way which I could tell at this point she was being sarcastic. I told her what side i wanted, and she only gave me the ranch when I told her I wanted the oils on the side with a side of relish. When I told the person charging me, she came back up and said what other oils do you need very rudely and I said I already told them " I want " midway saying she started walking off. I said out loud under my breath. She's starting to piss me off and the customer behind me shook her head like she agreed so I knew I was not being dramatic at this point. The cashier didn't even talk to me at all just said the total I asked like three times if they got the side because nobody was telling me OK they were just looking at me and not reassuring hearing me . I cannot believe how rude they were to me as a customer. I don't understand how the higher management would allow this to happen especially considering how busy and popular their sandwiches are. It's not a good look for their company at all. GET THIS . I called jerseys mikes to ask to speak to the manager SHE IS the manager, I asked for a corporate number bc I REFUSE to talk to her, she said she'll ask, the manager wouldn't give it to her she said go to the website we asked her name and the employee wouldn't give it, we had said what the issue was and how the MANAGER was not setting a good example and them theirselves were speech less. read more

We were very pleasantly surprised by this location, especially with it's three star rating. We came here to grab some sandwiches to go and the price, size and quality was really good. We even had leftovers. We made sure to stop by again while we were in the area and lucky for us they are open late. Both times, the food was fresh, fast and tasty. The prices are better than many other sandwich shops and they are convenient with good hours. Plus the leftovers were almost as good as the originals. I would definitely come to this location again. read more

Incredibly rude and condescending female employee made me unwelcome with her snide replies to my clarification about my sandwich. Left her with the bread sliced and cheese in the grater. Not going to be treated that way. Tuesday , 1/27 appx. 6/20 pm. Editing to add that it is clear the business owner has only responded to glowing 5 star reviews. So will be interested to see if they care at all about their customer experience. read more

I eagerly came in for the new chicken salad sandwich. As I gazed at the poster advertising Jersey Mike's new offerings, my mouth watered. Lo and behold, although the poster was there right at eye level, I was told that it was a limited offering and they were not selling it anymore. Hmmmm, seems like the poster should have been removed! I said, okay, I will take my regular on a mini white. Oh, wait, I was informed that they were out of minis! Come one, guys. I drive 24 miles one way to get my sandwiches at Jersey Mike's. If it were the first time they were out of minis, I could give some grace but this is the third time I have heard it. If it's so common to suffer from basic inventory issues, then this is what should be stated ... hey, customer who comes in weekly, we are out of minis but for the SAME price you can have a regular. (I am confident their bread inventory issues would get corrected sooner than later.) I am not going to wait for the three strikes rule. You no longer offer what you advertise in the store and you habitually run out of minis. Do better! read more

I'm very disappointed on my first visit there. Upon recommendations for my neighbors having eaten their sandwiches, which are very good, I pre-ordered my sandwiches to be picked up the night before at 11:30 AM the following day. I called again that morning at 11 in order to let them know, I was on my way and I'll be there in 15 to 20 minutes. When I got there, they made at least a dozen sandwiches before they even started my order and I waited 15 minutes longer and was late getting back to my house to start the party for the soccer game. I'm very disappointed. The staff kept saying the lady at the front. The girl at the front kept saying she was working on my order which was absolute bullshit cause they didn't even start my order until 15 minutes after I got there. They made me wait before they even started my order even though I said I was picking up at 11:30. I found that extremely rude to do that to a customer. She actually did an on purpose. I believe you need to speak to the staff whoever's in charge of this location really really bad staff review in my mind. read more

I'm here to help with the 3 star situation. My wife and I have never been big on "chain restaurants" especially sub-sandwich ones. But this last week we had the opportunity to try our very first Jersey Mike's Sub shop. Not gonna lie...it surprised the hell out of us! The sandwich's we got were great. I got the chicken bacon ranch sub, tender chicken and great flavor throughout along with more than enough fixings. My wife got the club sub and she couldn't be more annoyed of how many times I said..."babe, it's a sub above". She enjoyed hers too but definitely not as much as I did haha. So yes, I'm gonna go back and I'm gonna try all the damn sandwich's...much to my wife's dismissing eye roll. P.S. The employees have been fantastic the two times we have gone! read more

Today we placed an order for *one* sandwich through the Jersey Mike's app. We knew it would be busy in the restaurant today because our local school was having a parent lunch and a lot of people pickup lunch from Jersey Mike's. We assumed placing an order through the app would be the fastest way to get our order. We placed the order through the app at noon, and were given an estimate of 15 minute wait time. At the counter, several people were already waiting in line for orders they had placed through the app... and the amount of people standing there to wait continue to grow. The app orders were coming out painfully slow, meanwhile everybody who had stood in line to place the order in person was getting their order in the usual amount of time. It was as if all of the app orders were put aside, in favor of the in-person orders, regardless of the time the order was placed. When we arrived, there was a group of four firefighters standing in line to place their order. They got their order quickly, sat down to eat their meal, and done and gone by the time we even got our order. Our *one* sandwich finally came out at 12:50pm. And I was only after we have been asked more than once by an employee what our name was. The final time we were asked, they had to reprint the ticket and *then* started making the sandwich. Fifty minutes for one sandwich. I completely understand lunch is a busy time at Jersey Mike's. But it is frustrating when app orders are overlooked in favor of in-person orders. So parents who planned ahead and tried to be efficient by placing our orders through the app we're all very late in receiving our orders and getting back to school to feed our kids. Unfortunately, we were the last among those parents, and arrived back at school with only 5 minutes for our daughter to eat her sandwich. We get Jersey Mike's sandwiches for dinner on a weekly basis. Today's experience was disappointing and poorly managed. I'm not sure what the official protocol is, but it seems that the food should be made in the order in which they are received, not set aside simply because they are coming from an app, rather than in person. An order is an order. read more

2nd terrible experience at this location. It really is the staff. This time my pregnant wife and I went looking to get this friendly style blt for pregnant women and when my wife asked for blt but asked for the other condiments this recipe followed the girl with curly poofy pony tail had mouthed under her breath "that ain't no BLT weirdo" where I had heard this and just mentioned to them it was a friendly pregnancy recipe as her and her coworker just look at each other as it was funny to them. Just common respect is lacked and that has always been a problem here. read more

Amazing service!! I have food allergies, and it's very rare to find a restaurant that is able to accommodate for them. Maria, the GM, was incredibly kind and made sure my sandwich was safe, and now this Jersey Mike's is my go-to lunch spot. Super grateful for this location and its staff! read more

We've been occasionally stopping in here since they opened a couple of years ago. They are consistent with a higher quality sandwich than many other sandwich franchises. Quality of the meats & breads is excellent, and they have their assembly procedures down-pat. They offer hot & cold sandwiches. Personally not a fan of "Mike's Way", which consists of lettuce, onions & tomatoes drowning in a blend of red wine vinegar and olive oil. Don't forget extra napkins & a hearty appetite! read more

We've given this location multiple tries and it's a fail every time. We order on the app and the order is never correct. Feels like they just don't care. Today we ordered a turkey wrap with "extra easy" oil and vinegar. The flour tortilla was completely soggy with liquid dripping out of the sandwich to the point you could barely eat it. There wasn't much else on the wrap, just turkey and a few other things. Soggy tortilla tasted terrible. Going forward, we'll visit the other local sandwich shops who put in the effort. read more

Jersey Mike's has become an absolute favorite of mine! The Paso Robles location is an ideal spot for brunch, lunch, or pure crunch time. Great atmosphere, service is swift, and their sandwiches are uber delicious! Their Hot Subs are top-notch in taste and flavor. #26 Bacon Ranch Chicken is my go-to, but my guy Abe put me on #43 Chipotle Cheesesteak, which was fire. Now see that Mike's Hot Honey CCS blew my mind! Maria is such a great store manager that I just had to leave a review. She really looks out for her customers. They have a great crew, and the "newbies" seem to catch on quickly! I also like to give Abe a hard time lol, but it's only because of his positive attitude and commitment to his craft, just like the rest of their team. I've never been to a Jersey Mike's before and one of the guy's insisted that we go. It's a place he frequents in San Jose and what I thought would just be some good 'ol sandwiches was actually not. We walked in and I've never seen employees who looked more unhappy standing there. I looked from left to right at all 3 of the associates. They all had the same look on their face. No welcoming smile. No hello. Just a disheartening gaze that said "We hate it here and why are you guys even bothering to come in?" Walking up to the register, the same look did not wipe off the associate's face as we put in our order. Alas, we were hungry. And our friend still insisted that these were going to be solid sandwiches. That was until he noticed that they *skimped* on the meat they put in our cold sub. Instead of weighing the cold cuts like they do at the locations in SJ, the associate skipped this step and proceeded to put one layer of meat on the sub and stuffed the rest of the sandwich with veggies. What was that all about? Not sure what's going on here but clearly, something is wrong. read more

This place needs to turn off online orders. Every time I go to this location there is a minimum of a 20 minute wait in line and you hear the online orders keep coming in (it plays a noise and prints a receipt every time a new order comes in) The food is good, standard as every other Jersey mikes but this location is incredibly understaffed and always behind on orders. The employees always seemed overwhelmed and stressed but the amount of orders and lack of staff. Would really recommend the general manager or whoever runs this location to think about staffing more employees (or turning off online orders) especially during lunch and dinner times. The lines and waiting times are just crazy. read more

You have the absolute worst customer service I said three times too that I wanted the California club then when it got to then he goes out did you want the avocado and bacon well it wouldn't be a California club if I didn't ask for bacon and avocado correct it just be a turkey sandwich at that point then when I went to check out I was having a problem with my pen didn't know I even had a pen they could have easily said just go in your app and disc connect using a pen but no I said there I said you have an 800 number now nobody's ever asked I didn't never need to use it okay well I have a $188 points and I was getting a giant California club just rude as hell I definitely will not be back to this location cuz of the snooty coworkers you have all of them they're just rude and it was the butt of the turkey that they were slicing and didn't give me hardly any meat on my sandwich get better servers to help your customers seriously your business will fail with those attitudes read more

I really like Jersey Mike's. Well, normally. Unfortunately, not this location. Dirty. At 1140am, by the sandwiches, glass was smudged with many hands for hours all over it. The sandwich-making area was not clean whatsoever. Unappetizing. Obviously, it was not cleaned that morning. Plus, the bathroom was disgusting. No personality. From the order taker to the person at the grill to the cashier. No service with a smile. I ordered a cheesesteak, and the meat was tough. That's the kicker -- I won't come back here again. read more

Well, wrote 1 bad review (2 stars) and said I'd never be back. But...the grandkids wanted sandwiches and Jersey's is close. Didn't even get to order. The place is filthy. The service crew is so nasty we just left. I've read the reviews and the ones under 2 stars are right on. I've also read the pablum that the owner, Mike S., leaves on yelp. What a laugh. He's been giving the same comments for 3 or more years. And yet, the place is still dirty and the staff is still unfriendly. I this Mike S. is a figment of Jersey Mike's corporation.
