Pulled in just before noon to the Jersey Mike's Fenn Rd., Newington location. Easy and ample parking in the front of the business. Wheelchair accessible through the front door. I was greeted warmly by the five workers present, not only with a hello, but a warm smile Jersey Mike's has been one of my favorite places to have lunch since there are many locations opened recently near me I placed my order at the counter to the meat slicer person at the beginning of the construction process of my order I ordered the Italian, Mike's Way, but also included jalapeño peppers, banana peppers, pickles, and mayonnaise. This is just about everything, but the kitchen sink going on that sandwich! This sandwich was spectacular, as consistent as the other three or four Jersey Mike's I've been to. But here's the variable.... this place was hopping with guests, the workers were jelling as a team, constructing these delightful sandwiches, and with a smile on their face. They really enjoyed what they were doing! This sandwich had the tang, the crunch, the deliciousness, the heavenly and generous portion of meats and provolone cheese, that just put a smile on my face and wanting more... to sum it up, this was a fist pounding, lip smacking, explosion of flavors in my mouth. Simply the best the way I ordered it. The Fenn Road location is newer and very, very clean. Restrooms were spotless, tables were not sticky, floors were clean, windows were sparkly, and the soda machine area was very trustworthy. If you are in the area and need a delicious sandwich, this is the go to place. Hours of operation I think are 9 AM to 9 PM. Bread/meat/cheese tasted fresh. Toppings seem a little more limited than some other sandwich shops but the sandwich was good for what it was. Staff were friendly- definitely very busy at dinner time. Probably best for takeout. Only thing I might mention from a food safety perspective is to have a headset for staff answering the phone to avoid having a gloved hand go from touching a phone on someone's face to preparing sandwiches- it seemed difficult for staff to keep up while answering the phone and preparing what seemed like a lot of orders. read more

Every once in a while, I have a desire for a Jersey Mike's sub. Every experience has been positive at the Fenn Road location. The place can get quite busy. The line usually moves quickly. They have some seating, and the decor gives off a beach vibe. They currently have nice touches for the holiday season. My personal favorite sandwich is The Original Italian. I like it prepared Mike's way which means with lettuce, tomatoes, a signature olive oil blend, red wine vinegar, and spices. Their Chipotle Chicken Cheese Steak is another fantastic choice. I noticed that they have a children's menu for $6.25 each. The choices are turkey and cheese or ham and cheese. I thought that might be helpful for those with kids. I like to order the regular. The giant is a little more than double the size. It's also double the price. It would come close to $20 for a single sandwich. On my last visit, the employee gave me traditional white bread before I could tell him which bread I wanted. That's the only slight knock I have on them. You have to be quick with your order. This place is awesome. i love Jersey Mikes and me and my daugther decided to have linch here on a rainy day. We got greeted right off the bat. We took out time to decide before we got inline cause ordering with a 7 year old takes time. Everyone was super helpful and SMILING which is not very common in fast food places. Everything was fresh and tasted AMAZING so much meat and sliced thinly which I am all for. The inside was clean and well kept aswell as the bathroom. Loved it all and so did my daugther! read more
