First time at this Jersey Mike's. Heard it was under new management. When I walked in, they had a steady stream of customers, each one met with a great attitude and prompt sandwich making. Vibe check is great! Christian made my sandwich; he was great! Very friendly . Def will be coming back. Kaden greeted me as soon as I walked in. Friendly vibes all around. If I had one complaint, it's that the chicken salad is not a permanent menu item. read more

Aaron he helped me out making my sandwiches for me and my roommate. It came out perfect. Well done and I wanna give them a 10 star review is the manager or the owner sees this message That'll be great next time. I want Aaron to make my sandwiches from now on read more

Jersey Mike's never disappoints, but the Chipotle Beef sandwich is on another level. The beef is tender and flavorful, perfectly paired with the smoky, slightly spicy chipotle sauce that adds just the right kick without overpowering the sandwich. Everything tastes fresh, well‑balanced, and made with care. It's hearty, satisfying, and full of bold flavor -- easily one of my favorite subs on the menu. I'll definitely be ordering this one again. read more

I wish I got a picture of this beast of a sandwich! I came in and the kind lady making my sub made sure to welcome me in as well as follow all instructions on my online order. It was huge! I haven't had such a good sub in years. The store was very clean. Thank you for that California club! 10/10 coming back read more

From the moment you walk in, Ahmadou greets you with the friendliest smile you will ever see! Took the time to make my food neatly(unlike some places)and still with a smile. Made A "let's get a quick bite to eat"into " there are still genuinely nice people in this world" kinda of moment. Thanks Ahmadou! You ROCK! read more

Worst Jersey Mike's location ever! First off the workers were incredibly rude (except the dude at the register and dude doing toppings they were cool. The manager and dude taking orders first were the rude ones) which seems like a common trend based on the other reviews. read more

For those who want a short and simple review, this Jersey Mikes is perfection. For more detail: I love all Jersey Mikes, and I love them for good reason. I'm a sandwich connoisseur and they got the best around. Being a lover of sandwiches, a frequenter of Jersey Mikes, and a long time worker in the food industry worker, believe me when I say that while all Jersey Mikes are great, this one is the best. They've got these boys Andrew and Karston running the place so good it makes you want to be a part of it. If they asked me to come in one day and mop the floors I'd do it, and I'm not even on the pay roll. Thats probably the reason the whole staff treats everyone like V.I.P.'s, learning names, memorizing orders, smiling at you through the windows before you're even in the store. These guys are so good it demands customer loyalty. I will be coming back. (Pretty much daily lol) read more

Ahmadou was on point with making sure I got everything I needed. Really made my day!!! Great service.

Greeted enthusiastically, efficient, friendly service. Great birthday lunch! Karsten was awesome and the whole family said it was the best Jersey Mike's sub they've had. This is our new favorite location. Well done! read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - #7 Mike's way - Sandwiches Near Me - Mesa, Arizona

It was my first time trying this place so I was a little confused about the sizes and bread and topping and the staff had no patience for me at all. They looked very annoyed with me picking my toppings. I also said giant and they have me regular. I told them I wanted a giant and the girl said "well next time tell them that" I said I did tell them. All she said was "that wasn't in the ticket" and waved it in the air sarcastically. Why are they arguing with customers? They purposely made me wait till they cleared the whole line until they made my other half. They didn't give me a bag for all the stuff I had either I had to ask for one. Felt pretty crappy leaving this place. read more

I think this is definitely my new favorite jersey mikes location! I came in a bit before close and they were still busy from some orders, but Carston was who made it stand out completely. He handled the amount of sandwiches with grace and finesse ensuring everyone was taken care of and everything was accurate! Truly makes me appreciate the hard work they put behind their subs for each and every order! read more

The food is amazing! It is pricey for the sandwiches but the quality of food is great. All the workers seem nice and the service from Ingrid is phenomenal. I always get the right sandwich that's made perfectly. The music is also very nice every time I come in. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who enjoys good customer service and good food. read more

Ahmadou was so friendly and made for an amazing experience! We appreciate the amazing service!

We live closer to another location but Ahmadou always is friendly and takes good care of us every time we come in! It's worth the drive.

The service worker was rude, she was rolling her eyes and it did not look or sound like she wanted to be there at all. I understand if there are bad days but that should not affect the service and quality of the food. Very poor experience. read more

I have ordered from this store plenty of times, at least once weekly. I stopped because we usually order it for delivery and at least 50% of the time my order is wrong. Well my daughter is pregnant and she can't eat cold cuts and she wanted a cheesesteak sandwich, so we ordered last night. We ordered 5 different sandwiches and 3 bags of chips. I ordered mine with double meat and cheese, as you can see there's no double or cheese, I also asked for no MAYO in capital letters. Well not only did they not add the extras ($6.00 extra) they put MAYO on a 1/3rd of the sub! We only received 1 bag of chips, so either the driver ate them or they didn't get added to the order. This is the last straw with this Jersey Mike's, just no attention to detail, I'm sure they would not want their orders screwed up 50% of the time! read more

Good food always fresh and delicious I always do take out never ate there yet but looks ok

Amazing service love all the workers. They always make me feel welcome, some of my favorites are Andrew, Tristan, Parker, Ingrid, Anmadoo, Kirsten. I usually do a stop and go but these guys always want to make me stay! Will be a regular stop for now on. Some of the best food and definitely the best service!! read more

At least the theme of this Jersey Mike's is aligned with the other subpar locations in the East Valley. It's incredible how they have the knack to hire the most incompetent workers. This is the second time I've come to this location to order cheesesteak sandwich. And on both occasions they royally messed up my order. On both these occasions, I have ordered a cheesesteak with provolone, toasted bread, and instructed them to put lettuce, tomato, jalapeño, and chipotle Mayo. And this is the second time I come home to a sandwich that just has the meat and AMERICAN CHEESE. They wrap up the hot sandwiches behind the counter where you cannot see and check if they are adhering to your order. The workers lie to your face and it creates for a horrible customer experience and atmosphere at this restaurant. I'm tired of being robbed by Jersey Mike's locations in the East Valley and I'm equally as tired of these doorknobs and tree stumps they hire as workers. I recommend anyone who wants a sandwich made properly to just buy the items from the grocery store and make them at home yourself. What a truly sickening experience. read more

Tried placing an online order for pickup an hour before close and it said they were no longer taking orders. I drove to the store and when I walked in I was told by the gentleman working they are out of bread. ALL bread?!? I was taken back why not just close then? Very strange situation. read more

Ambience of this place is stellar The food amazing having them cut the meat right in front of you whoah Let's talk about the wonderful service. They asked me if I would like it "Mikes Way" and I didn't know what that was so they let me know. It was amazing. read more

Sad, sad, sad.......very transient employees but to be expected and sandwiches are consistent. This is directed at the clueless franchise owner. Do you ever watch you business and talk to your employees? If you did, you would be well aware of the incredible frustration from customers every time they attempt to give you revenue through your credit card processor. It doesn't work buddy! For the past 6 months, trying to complete a transaction takes a good 4-5 attempts and takes as long as it does to make the sandwich. You're employees are all aware, watch it daily and can only shrug their shoulders and apologize to guests. I'm so done with your shop but do better if you don't want to continue to hemorrhage customers. read more

The food is as you'd expect from every Jersey mikes, delicious. This location stands apart from the rest though because of the workers who provide attentive and friendly service. Parker brings the best ambiance that makes me want to come back every day. +1000 aura maxing. read more

Parker's the goat and makes the best sammys. This store always has the best vibes and best food

We order through the app at this location often. 8/10 times they get it wrong, even though it's printed out in front of them what we do and do not want. Today we asked for no onions on all 3 sandwiches - today they put onions on all three sandwiches. And they put jalapeños on our kid's sub that was supposed to have pickles on it. Best description of the service you can expect here? Hot mess. read more

I love Jersey Mike's sandwiches, but this location has some issues. Numerous times I've dined there or in the same plaza, I've witnessed frustrated customers walk out due to slow or poor service. The crew seems nice enough, but perhaps they're just taking on too many pickup orders to serve the in-house customers effectively. That being said, I've ordered online pickup twice, and neither time went well. The last time, after ordering on their site, I arrived well after the scheduled pickup time, only to discover that they had not even started the order. And they weren't busy - there was just one customer, and one of the employees was walking around sweeping up. To their credit, they offered to make up for it, but why was there a guy walking around sweeping when there were unfulfilled orders sitting there for 40 minutes? (Most likely answer: Poor management). We now go to the one off San Tan Village Parkway instead, even though it's further away. read more

After a terrible experience tonight at the chipotle next door, my boyfriend came to Jersey Mikes to redeem his hunger. It was about 9:10pm, and the employee couldn't be happier to assist him even though he came in late. My boyfriend had mentioned it was his first time and the employee went out of their way to explain their whole process, especially the Mike's way. We didn't catch the employees name but we wanted to thank him for his kindness and compassionate customer service. I have been to this spot before and it is always a pleasure at this Jersey Mikes location! read more

I want to come on and update my review I was contacted by the Director of operations and he assured me they would look into this further, and was super apologetic as they love the fact that they're able to help out the gluten-free community by offering a gluten-free option. Everybody has been great with trying to help get the service better. We love the fact that we do have a gluten-free option with Jersey, Mike's, and the gluten-free bread is actually good. Thanks for taking the time to reach out to me and making the situation better. read more

Don't bother ordering ahead and expect it to be ready when you arrive. Pickup orders are apparently put aside until they have time to get to them. Ordering ahead ends up being a complete waste of time. read more

The team lead Ahmadou is an absolute angel and is so unbelievably kind. He makes amazing sandwiches but also remembers people and starts great conversation. Truly just an incredible man. read more

Quick and easy lunch spot that always tastes fresh and gets you out the door fast! They have three sizes (I prefer the medium) and three different types of bread to choose from. I love how they cut the meat right in front of you so you know it hasn't been sitting out for hours! The staff is very friendly and restaurant is well maintained. I'd recommend you getting it "Mikes" way the first visit and alter the toppings to your liking on the next go around. Although I love the simplicity of the menu, I do wish they had more veggie variety. Also, a different side other than chips would be good i.e. fruit, potato or macaroni salad, etc. read more

Thank you to the girl who comped our meal when the POS system was down. That was very nice and we greatly appreciate it!! Great customer service. read more

Great store will always come here for me meals. always just the way I order them and the one time it wasn't they were quick to fix it

I really enjoy their food, however I was very disappointed in this evenings experience. First the young man who took my order didn't seem to know the meats or cheeses that were available and even forgot to put cheese on one sandwich. Secondly a little disappointed that there are no varying prices. My daughter order a giant sandwich with just ham. Nothing more. It was a piece of bread with ham on it and it cost me 14 dollars. I ordered two other sandwiches that had many more ingredients on them and the same price. They have great food but seems a little high for bread and meat. read more

New store. Still a little slow. Missed the mark on building the sandwich. Asked for pickles... no pickles. Little overkill on the vinegar and oil. This sandwich was soggy. Price is a little high. 9.50 for a regular size sandwich. Parking is awful. Spaces are extra small. Come here for your car door ding. read more

Just WOW, Jersey Mikes customer service was ON POINT! I not only had multiple people reach out to me sympathetic with my situation, but they also corrected the mistake. My fiancé and I went back for round two tonight and found our sandwiches to be incredible with the right ingredients I appreciate the quick replies and turn around and feel confident that they actually took steps to make sure this can be prevented in the future. Jersey mikes is and will stay my favorite pregnancy craving! read more

I'm gluten intolerant so you won't find me in sandwich shops often, but I was picking up lunch for one of my partners, so I stopped. Immediately when I walked in, the folx working there greeted me and looked genuinely happy to be there. When I asked about gluten free options, the super helpful young woman behind the counter told me they had GF bread More than my excitement about the bread, the entire atmosphere was just - GOOD. The people who work there have great energy. They work super hard and - and I swear it's true - they make beautiful sandwiches. The put effort into preparing food for another human and that is something to celebrate. (I'm also not mad about the tall, sexy man in the blue shirt behind the counter.) The sandwich was delicious. The GF bread isn't fantastic, but it's GF bread, so expectations must be adjusted. I was just happy to eat sandwich that wasn't wrapped in lettuce. 5 stars for great energy, happy staff, and pretty sandwiches read more

Well five stars for Postmates and one star for Jersey Mike's. Order two sandwiches from them through Postmates on Saturday night at 5:45. Everything was great until I opened the bag and only my wife's sandwich was correct. Mine somehow turned from a Philly cheesesteak into a small BLT on the drive over. So I called the store and told them that Postmates dropped off the order but their store made it wrong. I asked them to redeliver the correct sandwich for me and I was told Postmates is a completely separate company and that they can't do that but I can come in and get the correct sandwich. I suggested they pay for the Postmates redelivery since they messed up the order. He said he couldn't do that. I asked to speak to the manager and he said there was none working. I suggested he call the manager to ask him to make the decision and he told me to call back in 5-10 minutes. I asked for his name so I could talk to him when I called back and he hung up on me. So I called back right away and a new kid answered. I told him the whole story and asked who just hung up on me and he said he had no idea. I asked him the same questions and got the same answer that I could come in and pick up the correct sandwich. I asked him how you don't have a manager on duty on a Saturday night and he said they were not really a busy store and actually said you can trust me come and and take a look there is no one here. So I asked, if they are not busy, and there is no one ordering in the store how do you mess up a two sandwich order? No reply to that one so I said I'd be right in to pick up my correct sandwich. Go to the store and three kids working behind the counter with one customer at the register. First kid making sandwiches asked what I wanted and I said my #56 no jalapeños. He looked confused and asked the kid at the register. He said yeah regular no charge. So kid making the sandwiches had no idea, kid at register was the second person I talked to which left the kid in the middle. I asked him if he hung up on me (process of elimination right?). He gave me a deer in the headlights look and said he had not answered the phone all day. I said three people working and two people answered my call. Kid at register said there were four working but one just left. Ah-ha now it makes sense; the mysterious fourth employee. Not sure how a restaurant that admits to being a not very busy location can actually employee four kids and stay in business. Boggles the mind. I should have called Firehouse Subs. Lesson learned. P.S. if there is an actual manager who works there and who possibly actually looks at reviews, you might want to work on customer service and how to not screw up a two sandwich order. Considering how poorly the 3 (maybe 4) stooges working on Saturday performed I doubt that is the case. P.P.S. To the kid who actually made the sandwich. Making a joke about doubling the jalapeños when I asked for none is not funny given the circumstance. Be more professional next time. read more

Frustrating that they are so inconsistent. Our office orders 3 sandwiches every Wednesdays, but it might be time to find a new lunch place. Its always something. I think they rush things during their lunch rush. Never have issues with them making an order when I am there watching.
