Ordered from here yesterday for lunch with a coworker and she opted for the classic philly regular sub and I opted for the ham and provolone. I customized mine to have mayo along with the other toppings and ordered through Uber Eats. Although the food came quickly, my coworker's white bread for her sub was stale and definitely not fresh. I had to watch her pick out the meat and onions, leaving behind a sad lonely naked load of bread. Mine on the other hand was great! Great meat to bread ratio and had everything on it I was expecting it to have. Not sure how they botched this order in the middle of peak lunch time, but I would attempt to order from here again in the future. read more

Expensive and extremely slow, and the plaza it's located in is absolutely disgusting. No wonder they got a B. 13 bucks for a wrap. This in NYC. Better options, all local. Litter and trash all over, and the surrounding restaurants on the outside property. I'm sure they all share the trash compactor next to Chipotle, but it's horrendous. read more

Pros: Decent subs but Not the best. Their Philly cheesesteak on rosemary bread is your best best. Ask for it the "jersey mike's way" with cherry peppers. Pretty good. Cons: a 6 inch sub is almost $10.00!! Extremely pricey. Very cheap with meat. Worth a couple of lunch sessions but there are better options out there. Drive to Philly!! read more

We just ordered Mike's Famous Philly and an Original Italian for dinner. Both sandwiches were so good! I loved the Philly cheesesteak so much more. You have to eat it hot while the cheese is still melted. Perfect chill type dinner. read more

I wish, I wish I could give more stars, but it just was not up to par with the Sandwiches I usually get from Jersey Mike's. I'm a die hard fan of Jersey Mikes, and always get the Original Italian, but this time it's not what I was expecting. It just seemed like a completely different sandwich with little meat. However, the bread was fresh and tasty, it was soft with a nice crunch on the crusts. The veggies were definitely fresh and I'm hoping I can give a 5 star review soon. Jersey mikes definitely deserves it. I'm on a missing to try all the Mike's in NYC I'll go back again, and hope it was just an off day. read more

Has to be the slowest Jersey Mike's in existence. 7pm and only 2 people working?? Place was packed and they were flooded with online orders that the 2 workers were working on. I was next in line and stood there for over 10 minutes before I was asked my order. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. It's really unfair to the lady in there with glasses working a million miles an hour. Hire more employees or at least give the TWO workers a RAISE for having to deal with all of that. read more

Yay for the new Jersey Mike in Queens! I use to get their delicious sandwiches only when I visit NJ. Now they are in my backyard. They just opened last Wednesday and is already popular. Their sandwiches are fresh and pack with plenty of meat. I recently had the roasted beef hero; definitely great. read more

Not all Jersey Mike's locations are the same. 1 star for the food in that it was edible, 0 stars for service. After placing a delivery order and waiting an hour while still being "prepared", I called this store to ask about the delay. They then told me that an item is not available. I asked them when they were planning on calling me to let me know being that an hour had already passed, and their response was "we're very busy today". No refund option so I was forced to replace the item with something else. Then the order was delivered about 2 hours after I placed it, one of my other items was missing. Called the store back, was on hold for about 5 minutes, and they told me they can make it for me. But I was not willing to wait another 2 hours for delivery for one sandwich. Asked for a refund and the person on the phone said they don't offer it, which is BS in and of itself. So I wound up paying for a sandwich I didn't receive and got a replacement sandwich that wasn't even made right, two hours after I placed the order, and the staff at this store didn't so much as offer an apology. Corporate said that a refund should have been given to me especially in these circumstances. You would think that after waiting an hour to start making my food after I had to call and check, they would have at the very least thrown in a bag of chips out of goodwill, but no. They instead were careless to have missed a part of my order and were completely apathetic to the mess they caused. I am a big fan of Jersey Mike's but a store like this brings them down. If you want good food, with reliable service and actual customer friendly staff, then go elsewhere. This place is not it. I went there tonight. the girl behind the counter was reluctant to serve me. prob because they were closing in 20 minutes. regardless I order the first sandwich she makes it and proceeded to rush me. the second sandwich I asked if they could make me a roast beef melt and they said absolutely not and her manager named Mike said that the roast beef is raw meat and they can't heat it up on the grill because it will contaminate the steak and ruin the grill. i proceeded to tell him the reason why we cook meat other than taste is to kill off most bacteria that god be on the meats. but he stuck by what he said that roast beef can not be put on the grill to be warmed up. oh yes and the provolone can't be melted onto the bread. Jersey Mikes is top tier sandwiches. However, this is more for the in app ordering experiences at this location. I've ordered online prior numerous times in attempt to skip lines.. in which the app is supposed to be intended to do. And every single time, waiting for my online order takes longer than if I order in person. Clearly some kind of disconnect between delegating tasks and maybe an issue with under staffing. I mean, it's a sandwich joint. You know you're going to be hella busy around lunch time. I totally understand the influx of online, third party apps, and in person but there really needs to be a different system set in place. I even tried ordering and arriving even longer than anticipated time for pick up and I still had to wait for the sandwich. Again, top tier sandwiches, poor time management skills. read more

I love Jersey Mike's and am glad they're reappearing in the area but they lose a star for having a nonfunctioning soda machine forcing you to buy a bottle and not even any ice. I was in the store eating for a half hour around 1pm on a Saturday and the last empty table was left with food scraps on it the whole time even though there was no excessive line for service. read more

Usually like like this location but lately it's really upsetting me. I always order a #55, chips, and a brownie. Lately the sandwiches I've been getting has been cold and lackluster but I order it anyway hoping it'll be back to the fresh delicious hot sandwich I used to get. Also, I've noticed if they don't have the brownie, they'll just give me a cookie even tho there is a price difference and the brownie is a few dollars more. TODAY, they forgot the brownie all together. I called to ask if why, the man on the phone said to use the app for a refund, I said ok but I was pretty upset by it and he just said "ok" and hung up. I don't care so much about the brownie, it's the decline in service/care I've noticed, so I really just don't know if I'll be ordering from here anymore.
