Quick service. I was in and out the door in less than 10 minutes. They had gluten free rolls which made my mother in law very happy.

While the store itself is rather clean, I think the problem lies with management and the lack of competency to hire people who know what they are doing and the lack of work ethic to show those people how to do the job and instead opting for sitting them down in front of a computer screen and having them watch "modules" that do a poor job at telling them how to do the job, (I know this because I used to work there for three months). I saw an employee try to show a customer who lacked the brain cells to pay for his stuff, how to work the card machine and the store manager Ben was yelling at her when she was just trying to do her job and it was holding up the line. Keep in mind the store manager didn't even take the time to help his people out even after passing by like four times while this is happening. I've also heard and experienced for myself that the management there doesn't care for people with mental disabilities who want to work there and even go as far as to try to set those mentally disabled people up to get fired by putting them in scenarios that trigger them. Sometimes they even straight up fire those disabled people for no reason and make up excuses so they don't have to give them special treatment, (I have autism and DID and they did this to me and even called me retarded straight to my face saying "We don't need retards causing trouble at our store." which I was extremely confused by and upset by at the same time). Don't shop here, the people here are either stuck up or lack the brain cells to help you or even a mixture of both. (When I say lack the brain cells I mean they are Neurotypical and stupid)

Jimmy John's - After buying a $10 sandwich, I asked for a cup of water and got charged for a large cup. I'll think twice next time.

Walking in we thought they were closing because they had chairs turned upside down on the tables like they were going to mop. At a table near the door there was an older couple waiting for order when walked in. Another man was sitting at a table with paperwork on table in the corner. What first got me was I saw a young girl with large bluetooth headphones on at the sandwich making table wearing a white tank top with her stomach showing. Girl (blonde hair) who took our order barely spoke. She was dressed in a sweatsuit. No one had on a uniform. Neither girls knew the menu items and kept looking up at the sign. When I mentioned I wanted a "unwich" the blonde asked the male worker in the kitchen to look at the lettuce bucket. He seemed to scavenge through to find decent leaves while tossing out the old infront of us before finishing ordering. At this time a couple came in plus another young man and two other gentlemen behind him. As the line got longer and no sandwiches were getting finished the man in the corner table just sat there. I mention him because as we were finally leaving 33 minutes later with our food in hand the man said "Thank You". I'm guessing he's either the owner or manager. Either way, my experience working in the restaurant industry he should've got up to help take orders or make sandwiches when seeing the staff was struggling. As our sandwiches were being made and wrapped in the paper my fiancé noticed the Blonde girl cut the tape with her mouth that she taped our wrapped sandwiches in. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!! Once in the car I sanitized the outer wrappings with a sanitizing wipe. It took 33 minutes to get our 2 sandwich order. I'm not on YELP, but after this experience I went on there and wasn't surprised about ALL of the negative reviews. This is the ONLY JJs near our small town and we will NEVER go here again. I honestly believe a JJs Corp Rep needs to visit this store unannounced and see for themself.

I should give one star but I give 2 because they have some great sauce they make for subs, they even sell. They no longer but the squeeze bottle out you have to ask for it, they give you a little cup of it now. I ordered a meatball sub. It had to be the dryest sub, all it had was meatballs and cheese. No sauce or anything on it. I was very disappointed. It was not good at all. I would think they would put sauce on it and the bread was not the freshest tasting. The meatballs had very little Speghetti sauce as it was. I put some of the firehouse sauce on which made it a little more tolerable but after this visit I would not go back to get another sub, it's a shame I use to love any sub I'd order there. There are other places close by if I wanted one. Firehouse subs you need to put some sauce on those subs!!

It had little to barely there sauce just a few meatballs so when you spilt it in half you got 2 meatballs and there was suppose to be melted cheese on top didn't get any!! This has to be one of the worse subs we have ever got from Firehouse subs, unless they are being micro managed and told not to add anything to the sub to save money it was horrible! So they saved money on the sub but lost a customer because we would not ever go back and give them another chance, we felt so ripped off.

Re-Review of Dino's Italian Pizzeria…read more We've dined at Dino's a total of five times now because it's always been one of our favorite Italian spots in the area. Unfortunately, our most recent visit was a bit of a letdown. I ordered my usual favorite--the Chicken Piccata--while my husband had a sandwich and my mother chose the Alfredo Lasagna. We also started with the bruschetta and breadsticks, which were just as tasty as always. However, when the entrées arrived, my Chicken Piccata didn't look or taste like it normally does. (To be fair, I accidentally forgot to request linguine instead of spaghetti, which is how I usually enjoy it.) I still gave it a shot and ate about three pieces of chicken and a few bites of the pasta. Sadly, it was drier than usual and lacked the flavor I've come to expect from the dish. I mentioned this to our server, who brought over who I believed to be the manager--turned out to be Dino's wife. She listened to my feedback and said Dino wouldn't be happy to hear it wasn't up to par, which I understood. I also explained that I'm legally blind, but what I lack in sight, I make up for in taste. I know good food--and I also cook myself. What left a sour taste in my mouth was feeling like I had to repeatedly apologize and defend myself. I even showed her a photo I took of the Chicken Piccata from a previous visit--the same one featured right here on Yelp--only to be told it wasn't the same dish. A customer should not have to keep apologizing for giving respectful feedback, especially when they're offering proof and speaking from genuine experience. She ultimately told me she charged me $10 for the dish since I'd eaten "half," which I didn't--but I didn't argue, because I respect the work that goes into cooking. I had also asked our server if I could get the senior portion since I knew it'd be too much food. I ended up receiving the full-size order, and didn't realize they had a Veal Piccata special that day priced at around $26.99--possibly what I would've been charged. That said, my mother's Alfredo Lasagna was delicious--no complaints there--and my husband enjoyed his sandwich. The cheesecake was also excellent, as always. I told Dino's wife that I hoped this was just an off day, and to be fair, the restaurant was very busy during our visit. Our server was okay--nothing particularly memorable--but perhaps she was just having a rough day too. If you've read my reviews before, you know I'm honest. I don't make things up, and I'm not here to tear down good businesses--I simply believe in fair, respectful feedback. Hopefully, next time will be back to the great experience we've known in the past.
