The employees in the drive through were very pleasant, but it took longer than it should have (10+ minutes with only 2 cars). In addition, this is some of the worst Taco Bell I've had. The chalupa shell wasn't fully cooked, nor was my grilled cheese burrito...in fact, it was barely grilled at all, the cheese was still mostly solid. That makes the whole shell really chewy and limp...just not great. I couldn't quite place the flavor, but somehow everything tasted a little like cilantro too? Weird experience I've never had at any other Taco Bell. There's no doubt I'm a little of a Taco Bell addict, but I will skip this one 5 times out of 5 in the future. The other nice thing I could say about this place is at least they respect the published pricing of Taco Bell...so many locations (especially franchised ones I think) are adding some on top...e.g. the new "$2 burritos" are actually $2.50 at the one near me. So, it's nice to see this Taco Bell honors the advertised prices. read more

We made a mobile pickup order, and when we showed up we were told that they weren't doing mobile orders in the drive thru (doesn't make sense but ok) "I can't go inside right now and I've already paid for my food" "OkAy PuLl ArOuNd tO tHe FrOnT" 15 minutes go by... *goes back through drive thru "Hey, I didn't get my mobile order after waiting for 15 min-" "We ArEn'T dOiNg MoBiLe PiCkUpS" "yeah, but we already paid for our order and you told us we could pull around to the front" Then they reluctantly gave us our food, and shockingly, we got everything we ordered. Very poor customer service at this location. The nacho bell grande did not look like it had any cheese on it and when we complained about it showing the nachos to the lady she stated it was made correctly and we could purchase additional cheese we we would like. We did this. Our cup of cheese had what looked to be a piece of chicken inside of it. When I took it back to her and told her my cup of cheese was contaminated with something. She said your cheese is not contaminated. You will need to buy another. Very poor service. I only wanted to exchange my cup of cheese for another cup of cheese. I shouldn't have had to buy in the first place if they had correctly made our nachos. read more

My order tonight was togo and they got it 100%. They were busy but all hustled and the lines moved quickly. One customer brought a order back in and they quickly and happily fixed it. I have tried 3 different breakfast items in the past and it's my opinion they should bow out of the breakfast game. After seeing 50 commercials about their cinnabon coffee and those cinaballs I'd have to say they didn't live up to the hype 1 bit. I'm still giving 5 stars because I don't think of taco bell for breakfast. read more

Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would! But I guess a 1 will work! I ordered a chicken chalupa, a cheesy roll up add beef, 2 Doritos locos tacos, 2 nacho fries, and a beefy 5 layer burrito. Keep all that in mind...I get home and my chalupa wasn't in the bag, and my beefy 5 layer burrito wasn't even done all the way the tortilla wasn't done at all! Usually I wouldn't be upset nor pissed about it but they weren't even caring at all, they had music so loud I could hear it before I made it to the window to pay for my order! Probably the worst Taco Bell experience I've ever had. Surprised they're still even in business and the franchise hasn't been revoked. Diara took my order and overcharged the hell out of my order. Subbing beans for beef is so common that they even have a button for it. She charged me $.50 for each item she SUBBED beans on, key word sub, not add. Also added a nacho cheese charge for the Doritos locos gordita crunch. The manager Tiffany comes out after Diara makes disgruntled annoyed sounds. She gives me $1.62 instead of $2.50 +tax for the over charges. When I got my food I didn't even get my main item: the cheesy gordita crunch. My brothers gordita crunch had beef so we told Jada (the only person interested in helped me at all). She gets me a new one. So we ask for my brothers too since the never gave me mine and messed up my brothers. Finally we get our main items: they are so uncooked my stomach is going to pay in a few hours. We were on a road trip and already an hour late. It took 45 min to get our food, partially eat it and fight for our partial money back just for the undercooked crap. Got a refill for the road and half the things were bleh and even out. I think they need a whole new staff or go out of business. read more

This is literally the slowest Taco Bell in the whole country. I live 3 min up the road and no matter who they hire they can not get it together at this location. Long story short, this visit, as usual, we went through the drive thru and they gave us another customers order and someone else got ours bc when my wife ran back inside the employee making the food heard what my wife said and he told my wife he wasn't making our whole order again bc he just made it. I do not even know what to say to this except corporate office needs to step in and get this Taco Bell running right bc it is making the whole company look bad. read more

This location is pitiful. There is hardly any meat in the tacos, and the service is HORRIBLE! Go down the street to Rey Azteca, and you'll get better service and better quality tacos. Azteca is a little more expensive, but worth it. read more

The worst Taco Bell I have been to in my life. Drive thru took forever. When I got my food it was cold and the beans were old and a thick paste. Reminded me of cat food thickness. Gross! Shell was stale and old. I made the mistake of stepping into this place to get a fork. It was nasty inside. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned in at least a year. Do yourself a favor and drive past. Other than a few orders getting messed up, the service is great. Food is fantastic. I had one incident that was extremely unprofessional. I came through the drive-thru, and although there was only two cars in front of me, the wait was extremely long. When I get to the window, two black females were too busy talking to each other to even notice I was there. When they finally realized I was there, they took my payment, and then two of their friends rushed up to the window (they were parked beside me while I was waiting, and then they parked their car and ran up toward the window and began to loudly converse with the staff through the window). Everytime I go to this taco bell through the drive thru it is always very slow! Finally last night my boyfriend and I said enough and spoke with a manager. We spoke to Casey and she was very sweet and understanding! Also the intercom speaker isn't very clear either and there were some communication issues. She said they were working on fixing these problems and that it hopefully won't be like that anymore! So we were very pleased with her. But other than that the food was great and we'll more than likely go back! read more
