Someone needs to manage this location because it's pathetically bad. Paid for extra cheese on last 4 sandwiches & received none. Didn't even look like normal cheese portion. Turns out it was national sandwich month in August that must be why Jersey Mikes was calling my name LOL honestly what better way to celebrate than with the sub above the rest. My choice this day was the classic, never failing, #8 club sub. WHAT A SANDWICH. If you've read my other review for the PC location you know my favorite way to jazz it up and take my sub to the next level and that is to ask that my sandwich artist take a thin butter-like layer of mayo to my bread and toast it on the cook top... if you dont mind being extra and asking for this trust me it's SO GOOD! Another thing I really love about Jersey Mikes is "Mikes way" ask to have your sandwich Mikes way and be prepared to fall in love, I also like to add their chipotle mayo and pepper relish not really spicy but adds a nice layer of tangy flavor. This location was nice and clean, people were nice and willing to accommodate for my restrictions. I was happy with the service. Delicious and quick sandwich! I ordered through the app so I could grab and go. I ordered the Regular #65 Portabella Chicken Cheese Steak and it was done in less than 15 minutes. It was nice and warm with a lot of filling! The Rosemary Parmesan Bread was amazing with a subtle crunch from the toasted cheese on top. I definitely recommend getting that bread with whatever sandwich you order. My only critique would be to add some sort of acidic element or fresh item in the sandwich. The hot sandwiches only come with the listed ingredient inside. Anything else like lettuce or jalapeños, you would need to pay to add. My recommendation if you don't want to pay extra would be to bring your sandwich home and add your own fresh or pickled veggies. Overall a great experience and fast service! T-Mobile Tuesday!! I'm used to to the other guys where you're able to create your own and my first experience with Jersey Mike's wasn't the greatest as it felt like I had no say with what I wanted on MY sub...fast forward to T-Mobile Tuesday where you're able to get a free regular sub. Redeeming the deal must be done using the app it wasn't the easiest to be honest I thought I did it right but only to see it took several steps to do so but in a nutshell it was to redeem 72 Shore Points which is enough to redeem a free regular sub, bowl or wrap which is a generous deal! This Moili'ili/University location is in the Hale Mahana building which has customer parking just take the elevator down to the first level it's very convenient in an area that has basically no parking. Walking in I do love the decor and there's a few seating I took advantage of that to take some pics while waiting for my "Club Supreme" which has Roast Beef and Turkey with Swiss, Applewood Smoked Bacon and cold subs include "Mike's Way" which is onions, lettuce, tomatoes, spices and/or juice (red wine vinegar, olive oil blend, oregano and salt)...all cute and fun but very new to me...ordered on the app and got the option to add (pickles, banana peppers, cherry pepper relish, jalapeño peppers and yellow mustard) for free which I never had given that option so not sure if you need to know or miss out on that. The staff here look quite busy not really friendly at all and the same at other locations as I was waiting for my take out order no one says a word or greeted me and realized later that it's all at the very back of the store on a rack even though I was very early than what the app says it will be ready it already was. How was it really delicious the meats and Swiss cheese are fresh the veggies all are there with toppings of my choice and the bread was a solid vessel to hold it all in though it was quite massive so much so I gave up after a couple of bites and ate it like an open sandwich lol! Ordered online and pick up . Arrived in shop at 1:35pm only to see two employees. One person was attending to a customer while the other employee had her back to me , apparently she was preparing orders . Then, another employee appeared , I said I have an online order to pick up and she asked for my name . Then , proceeded to hand me a large bag of sandwiches. I said this is someone else's order . The last name didn't match with mine and she and another employee began looking over orders in the computer. Come to find out they forget to make my order . Then , she says we'll have your order ready in a jiff . As she prepares my order three more employees appear and now it looks like a whole team of staff . Convenient and fresh! When you are craving that sammie. They're located in the bottom of the apartments across of the 7-11 on King St after Pucks Alley. Parking is located at the turn at the intersection in the building. There's plenty of stalls marked for Retail (the signs are orange). Like any other Jersey Mike's, their sandwiches are all the same. The one I always get is #13 the Original Italian. It's so delicious and the one the workers made for me were packed, so thank you! I will say, though, for healthier options, you should get a bowl and maybe the Turkey Provolone. The #13 is a cheat day for sure because it packs so much damn sodium. But it's so good... My bf got the Philly Chicken Cheese sandwich. He enjoyed it! It was a hot sandwich, which unfortunately doesn't allow you to make it Mike's Way but that's okay. Prices are average and some would say expensive for a sandwich, but they have quality meats, bread and ingredients that I don't mind spending once in a while. Also, they always have promotions (that are actually honored in Hawaii) so that's a huge incentive for me to return. This location in particular is great! The food is consistent, but why I'm writing this review is because they went above and beyond for a delivery as I had ordered on the app and they had free delivery that day which was our anniversary. Since i was so busy with overtime at work, I hadn't been able to get a gift for my spouse But I know he loves Jersey Mike's so I ordered a sandwich and put that it was our anniversary. They wrote happy anniversary on his sandwich wrapper decorated it with a heart and even gave us free dessert of a cookie and a brownie just to make the day extra special. I truly appreciate that gesture as it was something they didn't have to do but totally made his day. Every time I have gone in that store, the workers are smiling. It's clean and they look happy to work there. Food is always consistent and tasty reasonable price for the amount you get as a sandwich can be made into more then one serving. read more

I stopped in at 2:10p, on Sunday, 3/17/24 with my friend for a quick bite to eat. Although, there was a line we were helped in an ample amount of time. Our server was very pleasant and took great pride in preparing the various meats to place atop our bread. Another server helped add the vegetables and cash us out. My friend ordered the Giant Club Sandwich meal with chips and a drink. I ordered the Regular sized Italian Sandwich with chips and a drink. I added tomatoes, onions, spinach, pickles, and jalapeños to my sandwich. I also added a side of oil and vinegar to my sandwich. My salt and vinegar chips and Raspberry Ice Tea rounded out my meal. My friend and I both enjoyed our refreshing late lunch. Overall, our sandwiches were fresh, crisp, soft and very flavorful. We will indeed visit Jersey Mike's in the future. I was in search for food for a small baby shower, and Jersey Mike's Sub by the Box fit the bill!! I called this location on King Street (same building as Raising Canes in Moiliili) the day before, to place my order, and when I arrived 10 minutes before my desired pick up time, my box of 12 sandwhiches (4 giant sandwiches, each cut into thirds and indivudally wrapped and labelled) were ready to go! For all of us at the shower, it was our first time trying a sub from Jersey Mike's, and we all LOVED the subs. Everything about the sub, from the bread, to the meats and cheeses, to the seasonings (I had all sandwiches prepared "Mike's way" which includes Onions, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Vinegar, Oil and Spice) tasted fresh and clean. And as a bonus, they have gluten-free bread as an option ($3 extra), which was a must for us since we had a guest who can't eat gluten. Yes, the prices at JM are higher than other national chain sub sandwich establishments, but you can definitely taste the difference, and I do not mind paying a premium for higher quality. My first time at Jersey Mike's Subs and I ordered two subs. The hot sub, Mike's Famous Philly (Philly cheese steak) which has grilled onions, peppers, white American cheese included with the steak. The cold sub, The Original Italian which has salami, pepperoni, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, provolone, lettuce, and tomatoes. The original italian was nice, and pretty filling with salami, pepperoni, etc, but I liked Mike's Famous Philly more. Their philly cheese steak was smaller than the original italian cold sub but very meaty and the melted cheeseee. It was so good. The cashier gave my friend and i, a free chocolate chip cookie because it was our first time. He said "a free cookie for a rookie." It was kind of him to offer. Great customer service. I have been a long time customer of this Jersey Mike's location (Chipotle Cheese Steak and Club Supreme are my wife and I's favorites). We were ordering via Uber Eats, and I accidentally chose the wrong sandwich. I contacted the restaurant as soon as I noticed my mistake, and Knack was able to quickly problem solve and re-make the sandwich (I'm also amazed he was working the grill and answering phones at the same time). He was also patient with me and was able to add my loyalty points to my account (a feature Uber Eats can hopefully implement in the future). I ordered a bacon bacon ranch chicken sandwich and was soooo excited but when I bit into it all I could taste was SALT! The area to order is in the middle and the workers took a couple minutes to approach us to take our order even though there were 5 workers behind the counter. My fiancé went in and ordered 2 regular sandwiches. I asked the worker what the "red stuff" was and she said "pepper relish, it's pretty spicy". So I asked her to put a little bit but she put 2 heaping scoops of it on my sandwich. "The sauce" is very vinegary. I do not recommend getting the sauce with the pepper relish. I could barely taste the sandwich because the vinegar was so overpowering from both toppings. the quality of the ingredients are so good and I know I would've otherwise enjoyed the sandwich more. Here for the free cookie (Which was amazing after we heated it up and had it with milk so totally worth writing this review !!!) but also here are my thoughts: Mikes Famous Philly - they made it fresh hot on the grill, inside beef and vegetables were tasty, my biggest problem was with the bread. I don't love the bread , something about it just wasn't great. Also bread wasn't toasted. Chipotle chicken- heavy on the mayo. Didn't have much of the spicy chipotle kick I was anticipating. Ended up needing to eat both with lots of Siracha. Out of the two , we preferred the Philly. I appreciate that they offer both hot and cold subs. I will say the meats looked really fresh. They slice it on the spot. Pretty efficient service. Place was clean, bathroom was available, and located in convenient location with parking in the apartment home. read more

I love this Jersey Mikes I was here a couple days ago. The Ambiance is nice and laid-back. The sandwich's are so good. I usually order the same thing every time, but decided to try something different. Rachel suggested the 17 but I wanted extra veggies. She let me know that I can order it with extra veggies, which was awesome. At the time a few other people were in the shop but she was very patient with me and my indecisive ordering skills :) It was literally the best sandwich I've ever had The meat and vegetables were cooked literally perfect!!!! my daughters. #3 was made super fast and she loved it!!
