We got sandwiches to take on our plane trip from Nashville to Sacramento, CA. So glad we did because our first flight was very late and we had to rush to the gate to catch our connecting flight. No time to grab something to eat. Luckily we had yummy mini sub sandwiches with turkey and provolone to eat on the plane. I frequent a lot of JM locations and this location is just UNBELIEVABLY slow. There were 3 sandwiches/people ahead of me. It took TWENTY FIVE minutes to get through the line. The employees are nice but need to have a sense of urgency. Totally unacceptable. read more

Fresh and yummy subs were a hit tonight. We were craving a good fresh sandwich, and JM's delivered. We opted for the giant because we were hongry, and we made the right choice. My roommates and I would order here quite frequently they ordered two sandwiches and there was long strands of hair about 3 or 4 in each sandwhich I kid you not. Three months later I order from here because surely it can't be that bad and of course strands of hair in my sand-which. We love Jersey Mike's and go to many in our travels around the country. But the one in Hermitage, TN (our hometown) near the O'Charley's and Kroger is by far the best one we have gone to. The quality has always been top notch! They never skimp on ingredients - ever!! The product is always fresh and very tasty. We typically order on the app and go and pick it up, and it is always ready when we get there. The service is awesome and the restaurant and bathrooms are always clean. Kudos to the staff who work there and keep up the great work!! read more

Usually love jersey mikes but I guess this location just isn't it. Staff is not friendly at all (if you work in customer service the least you can do is greet folks). Okay but other than that, my order was completely wrong and I mean completely wrong. Looks like the staff didn't even bother to create the sandwich that I ordered. Cover your mouth when you yawn. Walked in yesterday and saw someone let out a long drawn out yawn directly over the sun toppings. Do you realize how much spittle can fly out of your mouth when you yawn? That's gross. A standard, well-run Jersey Mikes! I've come here a handful of times during the lunch hour, as I work down the street. There's usually a good buzz around lunch time, but I've never seen it get TOO crowded. When I order sandwiches ahead of time, they're always ready to be picked up. When I wait in line, it runs fairly quickly, and the employees are pleasant. Love me a good turkey wrap. read more

I have been a little sub-obsessed lately and Jersey Mike's is helping fill that need. Within a mile from my house I have access to Subway, Firehouse, Penn Station, and Jersey Mike's. I eat at all of them pretty often (eh, Subway not THAT often) but I think I'm finally confident in stating that JM's is my favorite. I like the 8" option. Sometimes 6" isn't enough but a footlong is too much. (get your mind out of the gutter-I'm talking subs here ;) ) They slice your meat and cheese fresh to order and the bread is always fresh and tasty. I love their pickles! They are kind of thick cut and appear to be homemade. I don't know about any other locations but this one always has super friendly people working. They also offer wraps that I've been meaning to try but I can't seem to ever pass up a sub! A regular 8" sub is $7.16. Not too bad. read more

Better than the 100 oaks location, but still a shame compared to the White Bridge Road location. Been here twice and the mushrooms and onions have this odd grey color to them that exemplifies their flavor. read more

Awesome staff. The sandwiches are delicious just like any Mike's but the guys behind the counter made it an above average experience.

Good quality and service. I'm always surprised they aren't more busy. Much better food and service than some of the other Sub shops nearby. Love the pepper relish, it makes the sandwich. Have eaten here many times and always consistent. What more can you ask for? read more
